First of all, the staff were lovely kind and very smiley 😊 The service was good. Fitness room also it was good.

You are far from the all activities in the city of Ibiza and you should have at least around a 30-minute drive to go to in city and other activities. On the last day, the water had some issues, and it was impossible to wash at all. It all felt so greasy, and it couldn’t even get rid of the shampoo from them, and you constantly felt your body was greasy.

Proximity to the beach at Cala Pada Hotel was extremely well appointed, great facilities Great range of food at the buffet restaurant Good gluten free selection of food (I'm coeliac and had lots of options) Loved the bar directly on the beach, beautiful verandah Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable Lots of activities available if you wanted to get involved

The drinks machines didn't always have cups (so had to queue at the bar anyway) so it was frustrating for the staff too as their queue's could have been reduced Hot drinks machines in the buffet restaurant were quite often out of order Midnight snacks fridge wasn't very well stocked One of our rooms (it was a disabled access room - 462 I think) was a bit smelly, like a drain smell. Ours (next door) was absolutely fine

Overall food was good, we did eat out a lot though. The 2 speciality restaurants were really good. Pools were excellent. Beach location. Local beach bars should be visited.

Downside was tables were not cleaned fast enough and it was difficult to get a clean table that you didn’t have to clear yourself! Glasses, crockery and cutlery also not very clean.

The resort was amazing and very well maintained. Initially I thought the food was going to be blend. I couldn't be more wrong, the food is amazing and as a lot of choice. The rooms are a little bit outdated but they're comfortable. My family loved the stay so did I.

Not having amenities in the room.

Food was great quality and selection for an all inclusive package. The kiddie level servery was a great idea. The entertainment team was great and it was lovely to see families enjoying time together each evening. The ferry calling at the Cala Pada beach was a real bonus. Es Canar in walking distance along the coast from the resort was a bonus.

The property was clean and comfortable. Food was good, plenty of choice and the kids. Lots of activities, clean and fun pool areas. Good entertainment. Kids loved the daily crepe and waffle station. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails where good too.

I think this is down to the time of year but the wasps and bees around the drinks dispenser and bar. Not sure what the hotel could do because it’s wildlife, it was just off putting for the kids.

No sound proofing in the room, the evening entertainment was very loud in the room, even with ear plugs. There were some food labels in the restaurant but would have been better for me if there were more (i am coeliac) e.g. When there were a selections of entrees there was one sign listing allergens, but it didn't say which allergen(s) belonged to each option, staff were helpful when asked but it meant getting the head chef to come out.

Location was very good with proximity of beach. The pools were very good and children liked the slides

we weren't able to book any of the speciality restaurants as they were fully booked but whenever we walked passed they were half empty. The drinks were disappointing, especially the gin and tonics as they weren't served with tonic.

Very friendly staff, food excellent,clean environment.. Big thank you, special mention to, Staff Valentina,?Alberto and co. for such a wonderful and thoughtful experience we had, for that surprise champagne for my birthday…you guys are amazing, keep it up..🤙💕

We liked the spacious layout of the resort, the large pools and gardens. Drinks were ok. Location to beach was good with some nice walks in both directions along the coast

Entertainment was shocking. Very lazy and poor, with silent disco 4 nights out of 7. Food was repetitive and average
