The location by the sea was beautiful. We would spend some time at the pool and then walk down to the beach for the afternoon.

The reception staff were pretty unhelpful. Aside from actually booking you into the hotel they didn’t really help in questions about the surrounding area or had any interest in day to day queries such as a missing towel etc..

Located in a beautiful spot and for a 10 minutes walk is another amazing beach around the cliffs .Room was nice and clean with sea view. Nice food and space to park the car after you fill up some paperwork on reception.

The staff has a very rude and aggressive way to tell you things which was a massive turn off and reason I would never go back again .Specially male staff ,with a totally wrong attitude.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach. You can walk to nearby town and restaurants, and also catch the ferry to other parts of Ibiza. SOOOO family friendly.

We were on the fifth floor and the lifts kept breaking

Everything was perfect, hotel right on the beach and with a pool and they also provide beach towels. Food was absolutely good changing everyday, menu so various. Nice room, clean with a balcony and safe, fridge in the room and complementary water.

We booked a double and got two single beds attached, not an issue but not what we expected. I booked an all inclusive, drinks options should be explained better, we end up paying for something we thought was included.

The hotel is located in a beautiful coastal village of Es Cana in Ibiza. We had a sea-facing room and the view was magical. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with the queries we had. Breakfast menu had plenty of options for vegetarians,non-vegetarians and vegans. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Would love to go back and enjoy the hospitality again.

On leaving very hard to get a taxi had to walk 400 metres to a square but still couldn’t get one.luckily got a bus to the airport and just made our flight

The location of the hotel is marvelous! The staff and the food are just great, specially Angela from the reception. She was very helpful with our trip and gave us very good tips on what to visit on the island, eskerrik asko :) Don't miss out on the beachwalk of Santa Eulalia, definitely worth it!

I absolutely loved the location. It was in a more quiet calm part of the island with spectacular setting. Just at the beach surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. There were bus options to travel from the hotel to Ibiza center or the airport. The hippie market is walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. It must be said that every one of the staff working there went above and beyond making the guest experience excellent. The food was wide and varied. Everyone loaded their plates with whatever they loved the most. Loved my cappuccinos each morning and it was awesome to have breakfast and dinner included in my plan. It only cost 4€ for bus fare from the airport. I loved lounging on the bali beds overlooking the sea. There are nice areas to walk at sunset and see the sea views. I swam multiple times in the beach and then came back to sunbathe. My suitcase handle broke and I was panicked that I would need to buy a new one, but was relieved to have the staff fix this for me. So immensely grateful for this. An added bonus is having a safe in your room to lock up precious personal belongings. This is not something that was available always while traveling in Europe.

The room that I stayed in was a bit too small and it took a bit getting used to, but so worth it when you saw the incredible views and the location. The toilet seat was right next to the sink giving very little wiggle room for your arms, but again minor in comparison to all the awesome benefits of this hotel.

Our stay at the accommodation was very satisfactory. The meals were exceptional; I highly recommend booking with them – you won't regret it. The property is conveniently located right on the coast, by the beach. If possible, request a sea-view room; it's absolutely worth it. One of the highlights was the proximity to two lovely beaches, Cala Nova and Cala Llenya. The surroundings are picturesque, with abundant natural beauty, and you'll find everything you need within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, including a pharmacy, shops, groceries, and playgrounds. This made it a perfect destination for a family vacation in Ibiza, and it's incredibly easy to manage. The hotel staff is dedicated and ready to assist, even though they can be quite busy with numerous requests. They are always willing to help.

On the downside, the hotel lacks an airport shuttle service, and the 10 am checkout coincides with breakfast still in progress. Additionally, the stairs and overcrowded elevators, despite having four of them, can be problematic during peak hours. It would greatly improve the experience if the checkout time were extended to 11 am to allow guests to move their belongings and kids downstairs more comfortably. I did express my concerns in person, and while the hotel staff mentioned the availability of a storage room, the early morning checkout, particularly during or even before breakfast, presented challenges, especially with a child to manage. It felt like the purpose of having a checkout time was undermined by its early timing.
