The hotel is located in great, quiet area of Santa Pola, which can be a big advantage for those looking for some quiet holidays but within walking distance to the beach. Also the town centre is 10 minutes walk away. I don’t think that young party going people would be happy in this location but for those looking for something different this place is perfectly located. Hotel room we had was spacious enough and very clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and right on spot. Breakfast choice of food is wide and everyone could find something for themselves.

When we were looking for accommodation in Santa Pola we wanted something with parking lot as we had car rented. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. On arrival there I found that parking on hotel’s premises is charged extra but there’s a lot of parking places just outside hotel gate. Neighbourhood is safe so we didn’t have to worry about the car staying there overnight. All in all everything worked out well.

Great cosmetics for tourists in the form of mini toiletries, including a toothbrush with toothpaste for the forgetful.

In the hot summer, water should be provided free of charge during meals. I was surprised when no drinks were offered with dinner and you had to pay for a small bottle of water. I also missed vegetables, in the middle of summer, only tomatoes and zucchini were served for breakfast every day.

The hotel, breakfast and evening buffet very good and exceptional value. Location. Room size, and decor. Room very clean. Good size bathroom. Very good size balcony with beautiful afternoon sun. Friendly helpful staff.

Girls football team from Norway. Mostly quiet and well behaved, but our last night in hotel the noise from the room above us was really bad. Had to go down to reception to ask them to solve the problem. Quiet by midnight. Had to leave early for the airport so went down to breakfast at 07.35. All of the cooked food very stone cold.

As an off peak weekend stay, the hotel is more than adequate. In a great location just a short walk from the beach and the Marina area, the hotel offers great value for money. All the staff were super and happy to help with anything. The rooms and public areas were all super clean and there were plenty of sanitising stations dotted around. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold items and the pastries were particularly delicious. We will definitely book again when looking for a short break in the area.

the evening buffet was so good for the price very fresh food not the biggest buffet ever but definitely quality over quantity in this case, the room was great and the aircon was great also

i thought the location would be a little better although it is close to the beach, its also impossible to get taxis anywhere but this definitely wouldn't deter me from staying again

It's in a decent location with an open feel, and not overlooked by other buildings, the parking is good (there's ample on-road parking), the rooms are pleasant and airy with their own balcony and plenty of room to set up your laptop, breakfast is v good - the bacon and eggs (clearly aimed at Brits!) were done well, and the staff were helpful and friendly. If you need shops, etc., there's a Lidl nearby, as well as a low-cost gas station, but the hotel is set far enough away from this commercial area to avoid any traffic noise or disturbance. In fact, it is a quiet and peaceful street. I would recommend this location to people who need to work, and do it undisturbed. Near the hotel, I drove past salt marshes that play home to flocks of flamingos. A magnificent sight!

Upn arrival, I had to request a room change because the WIFI did not work on the fifth floor, plus I had been given the one room in the esablishment without a balcony. When I pointed this out, the matter was resolved quickly, in a friendly and helpful manner, and all was fine in the second room. Just one tiny thing! Really my own fault, but I was ticked off by a member of waiting staff for taking an apple from the breakfast room, and made to give it back, I felt like a naughty schoolgirl! Bearing in mind that this is a very minor infringement, I think saying "please don't do that - it's against our policy" would have been preferable. Or a sign saying "please do not take any breakfast items outside". Err lol. So, anyone reading this, don't remove any apples to munch outside!

Hotel and the room was exactly how described online it was excellently cleaned the facilities in the room were marvellous the room was nice and big the bathroom is just spectacular the bed was very comfortable in fact everything was perfect staff were smiling and talking unfortunately I didn’t have time to stop off for breakfast but I did see the breakfast all open and it looked absolutely lovely very clean that’s one thing I noticed the whole price was very clean

Nothing absolutely nothing

Upon entry, staff were well mannered, super friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean with towels etc provided. Close to the beach. Lovey pool, cleaner came frequently.

Noticed most nights there were random noises (banging, tapping, etc) which continued for all the time we stayed. We didn’t inform staff about this as it wasn’t something we couldn’t sleep through but it did get annoying at points. On occasions, the breakfast was cold, however, there were multiple options of food to eat, which is good.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Location a bit far from centre of Santa Pola. Poor air conditioning in room. Hotel bar not staffed. You had to ask at reception for a drink.

A big room with a big and comfortable bed. A good night’s sleep. A good and generous breakfast. You get what you can expect for a three star hotel

In winter time is the location not that great as the houses in the neighborhood are empty and a long walk to the city to get a coffee outside the hotel.
