We decided to stay here for Semana Santa and found our accommodations to be clean and comfortable. We were treated with excellent service and weren't far from the Alicante city center. We ended up renting a bike and would recommend a rental of some kind for addeded freedom, though there's a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can walk all the way on the sidewalk if the weather permits. Check out La Palmeral Park if you get the chance! I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and location.

Transportation might be an issue for those without a rental (though there is a bus and you can walk all the way to the center)

Stayed here many times - mainly because of the location. It's handy for the airport bus and also local buses stop outside. There is also a taxi rank in front of this property. Food and drink options are limited to vending machines but bar and food options are available in the ibis next door. You also have to check in at the main ibis reception for your room in the ibis Budget. Perfect as a base or overnight before a flight etc...you might want to consider other options more suitable to your needs. I've stayed in many, in varying locations, in the UK and europe, never had an issue.

It's an ibis budget ,- the same standards as any other. You get what you pay for: clean room, shower and bed. Your choice.

The plcae was correct, I mean clean, organized, well maintained. Location was perfect for my purpose. (City visit.) They had enough parking space. (I guess it is not enough in the main season, nit now it was good.)

OK, for the price we went to the budget, the only thing that we missed is a small cabinet or something where we can close the clothes or our suitcase at least. (I know it is not part of the room or accommodation but the snack bar was terrible.)

at the end we stayed at the ibis normal hotel, they gave us a room there, which is a separate building. in the beginning we booked a room in ibis budget hotel, but the sewage was smelling terrible, making the whole room smell the way you don’t wanna stay there.. so the staff immediately offered us a better room without any smells in the another building which was ibis hotel. and it was even a family room, even though we are a couple.

during the afternoon I ordered a pizza which cost me around 11€ and it was the cheapest supermarket medium pizza from the microwave oven and it had a hair on it too 😞

Like you can see in the name already it's a budget hotel. But the rooms are clean, functional and calm. The beds are very comfortable. Safe parking for free. The included breakfast is really great. It's only 8 min to the airport. We were here for the second time and would surely come again.

You have to know that although the hotel is only a few meters from the waterfront you have to go about 2 km to get to the beach due to the railway.

Easy to find location and close to the bus stop. Lovely, helpful staff and excellent dinner at a great price. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money close to the airport

A small niggle. Breakfast was included in the rate. However when I arrived in the morning I was told I only had a small breakfast and that the majority of the buffet was not for me. I had planned to eat a substantial breakfast because I had a long trip ahead of me. Why do classes of breakfast with nothing to indicate that on the site? (I couldn't see anything) why display a full buffet and then stop guests eating it? Just charge the price of breakfast and allow people to eat it.

very friendly staff, clean room, I had a beautiful view of the sea, close to the bus stop - 2 stops to the airport bus C6 3.85 Euro. Breakfast is modest, but you'll eat your fill, delicious orange juice💪 Breakfast from 6.30-12.00. If you are hungry, there is a restaurant where you can eat something hot. The nearest shop is 15 minutes walk. I was surprised by the quality of the services.

Nice staff, good evening meal at fair price, breakfast available even at 4 - 5 a m. Buses & taxis right outside.

Elevator not working & my room up about 20stairss- i am recovering from a broken leg & had to carry my bags up & down the stairs Large puddle of water in entrance hall from a machine. Bin overflowing at entrance. The "budget" description is not as cheap as other places I have I have stayed at in Alicante & Elche. But the staff are nice & the room is clean.

When my brother and myself arrived I was informed I had booked the wrong date(the night before) being pensioners I had not realised at the time of confirmation (my fault totally) my brother asked if there were any rooms available. Luckily there were, so we paid the extra and we're very releived. The member of staff could not be more helpful and supportive for us. The rooms we had were very comfortable and the breakfast offered was very good. I would go back again.

Location is excellent for an early morning flight. 5 mins from the airport in the car. Big carpark, code to open the gate. Very smooth operation. Nice vending machine in reception which took notes and coins and gave change! Simple comfortable clean room.

Directions for check in (we had to do this at the adjacent hotel) could have been much clearer
