This is a modern up to date hotel. Located in a great spot, 10 minute walk to cathedral and 20 mins to bus station. They offer breakfast for a small fee, which is great. It opens at 7am for the early birds (me) as a lot of places don’t open till 9 or later. Everything you need at this place. Highly recommended. Also an awesome hidden gem patio out back. Lots of sun and looking into green space and countryside.

The location is great, not far from the city center but not too close either: it was very quiet at night! The staff was lovely, they all spoke great english and italian too!

Nothing too complain, the structure was maybe a bit old but it was still very clean!

The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean. The location and s also good - you can easily walk to the cathedral and park. Grocery stores are in walking distance.

The main issue is the noise. If you have a room on the first floor with no double doors then you face both the noise from the corridors and the street. My friends who had rooms with double doors, didn't complain about the noise from corridors. But the first floor rooms are straight besides the walkway from the school and the street to the other part of town, so locals just walk by room and bathroom window all the time. Most of them talk and yell loudly. The location of the hotel can't be changed but maybe if they could agree with the city government on placing gates at the end of the walkway and closing them for example at the end of (school)days, the visitors of the hotel could finally have their long-awaited silence at the evenings.

Staff were very kind even I couldn’t speak Spanish very well ! I took a taxi from the airport as I arrived at Santiago around midnight. (It was 23 euros) . Reception opens 24 hours so if you arrive late at night, you can check in.

The location was great (about 10 minutes from the cathedral), the room was very comfortable, awesome bed, quiet, nice and renovated and I really appreciated that they gave soap as for some reason many hotels seem to forget this. The price/quality ratio was amazing.

The only thing I missed was a mini-fridge in the room to store snacks or drinks.

The location was perfect, only 10 mins walk to the cathedral . Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very spacious room , spotlessly clean. OK breakfast.. Parking 500 Mt's away in a blue parking zone 1 eu for 24 hours.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Good choice.

Breakfast, I like some protein in the morning. Eggs, boiled or scrambled would be a good addition. Also some mornings there wasn't much left. The toaster needs to be on and ready , it's very slow.

Location excellent. Walkable to most things. Very clean and well appointed room. Lovely foyer to lounge in. Good aircon. Staff very professional and friendly.

Was a bit expensive for budget travellers like us.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Fast WiFi. Very clean. Easy 10 min walk to the Cathedral. Good price. I would stay here again.

Dinner was overpriced. They could not accommodate an early check-in, but they did lock.up my bag for me.

Staff was nice and bed was good. Public parking garage is located relatively nearby.

It can be difficult to find the entrance of the parking garage for the first time. Also it is quite a walk from the parking garage to the hotel.
