The location was great! It was within walking distance of the sites we came to see. The staff was very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage behind the desk when we arrived 2 hours before check-in time as well as for 5 hours after check out time due to our train schedules. It was very well maintained and cleaned and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.
The bed was a little hard making it uncomfortable and hard to get a good night’s rest. We might have tried the breakfast buffet but thought 20 euros each was a bit much.

If the mere fact of staying in an old monastery with 400 hundred years history (or even more) 3 min away from Plaza Mayor isn't enough for you to get excited about staying here think about: - great customer service and the most friendly staff ever - tasty breakfast with multiple options from your favourite sweet croissants, cornflakes, fresh fruit, cakes, etc. to eggs and excellent Spanish ham and cheese - stunning view - clean - beautifully renovated building with new room interior - bath + shower - very comfortable bed - general look and feel of a place with history that you can never get in modern hotels
- I wish I could stay longer ...

Lovely hotel room with a huge double bed, good bathroom and view to the countryside to the north of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we realised that the room we were initially allocated had a water leak in the bathroom and they immediately offered us an alternative room. They also lent us an adaptor since we had both forgotten to pack one. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice: fresh fruit, cereals, cheese and meats, eggs cooked however you wanted, croissants and pastries. The hotel was quite close to the main square and cathedral and there were plenty of options nearby for evening meals.
Nothing - it was all great.

Modern conversion in very old buildings which is right on edge of old town and main square. Spacious bedroom with large AstroTurf terrace overlooking valley
The directions for parking could be improved ie use Waze and approach car parking from north and then head up to floor 2 yellow where the reserved parking is against the back wall. From there to get to reception are 2 separate lifts and possibly a third to get to your room… The bathroom needed a bit of happying up and had no hooks for towels ( 2 broken off and 1 span around)

Very nice hotel in a convenient location within walking distance to everything in Segovia. Our only major complaint was the walls are very thin and we could hear children running, banging on the ceiling, etc. Our room was just above the 1st floor dining area, so all the noise from children laughing/crying, etc. could be heard as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bed was amazing. Although we had just two tiny windows, the view was quite beautiful.
We didn't enjoy: - The daily charge for parking - The expensive charge for breakfast - All spa services were booked and we could not enjoy them

I was upgraded to a suite, so very happy. The hotel is very pretty and set in a beautiful location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, big and with great facilities.
The hotel is very quiet, no atmosphere. The bar is always empty, and it is rare to see other guests. Whilst this can be good I think it would be nice to enjoy a drink or snack in the beautiful bar area. It is deadly quiet there. It seems such a shame as the building is beautiful and could offer a little more.

Nice hotel very close to the centre of the town. Very helpful staff, and a lovely old building. A bit of a maze at times but this adds to the charm and character of it.
What surprised me (in the wrong way) was breakfast. There was a small room with enough space to cater for maybe 20 guests at a time. The buffet was reasonable but not great - it was enough but limited in variety. The main issue was that the breakfast room did not open until 08:00. My trip was business, which meant that I had a rushed breakfast each day in order to get to my meetings on time. I would prefer breakfast to be available from 06:00 or 07:00 like every other hotel.

The building is a beautifully restored ancient convent with many modern touches. It is located within walking distance of the a Alcazar, the cathedral and many other places of interest and restaurants. They were having a wedding that was going to be potentially very loud - so we asked to be moved. The room they moved us to was larger with a king sized bed and very quiet! We paid 15 euros for parking which worth it and we purchased breakfast, which was a little pricey but very good! we really enjoyed our one night stay!
no complaints

This hotel is absolutely stunning in its architecture, location and facilities. I had what I thought was a standard room and found myself opening the door to a HUGE room with a sitting area, couch, side chair and terrace patio with a view to the hills beyond. The bed was large and comfortable. The pillows were the only disappointing aspect of the room as they were not flat and had no ability to be fluffed. The bathroom was large and lacking only in that the shower had glass halfway to the wall, as many European hotels seem to have now. This lacks functionality as the bathroom gets wet when one showers. Otherwise, the bathroom had every amenity. The building itself, being several hundred years old and a former convent, was beautiful and the updates mixing modern with the old stone work is stunning. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff was lovely. Highly recommend for your stay in Segovia as the location allows one to walk to everything you will want to visit in this beautiful town dating back to the days of the Romans.
The only odd thing that took a bit of trial and error was the electrical layout of the room. A separate light switch for every light. For example, one switch outside the bathroom light turns on the light in the center of the bathroom. A switch immediately to the inside right of the bathroom door turned on the light in the shower. A switch to the right over the sink turned on the light over the sink. Two switches inside left of the bathroom door turned on lights in the toilet area, which was separated by a glass door from the rest of the bathroom. Light switches in the room were similarly perplexing and unnecessarily unintuitive.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was huge and had a very long balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The bathroom was great. It was a 3 minute walk to the main square and the cathedral. A 6 minute walk to the Aqueduct one way and the Alcazar in the opposite direction. Breakfast was good, but did not offer bacon or sausages with their egg menu. Just cold meats and cheeses, which are typical on a Spanish buffet.
Breakfast could have been improved, but was good overall.
