The location was great. Our room was lovely with a juliette balcony. The staff were very helpful, especially the smiling lady at breakfast. Parking was brilliant. You can drive to the front of the hotel, unload and the valet will park your car and return it at your requested time. 16 euros cost.

Excellant central location ideal for overnight stop and cram in a few hours sightseeing. Definately requires a return trip to explore the city

Hotel chosen for central location and car parking. On arrival discovered valet off site parking at additional cost not disclosed by Booking.com Parking service provided by Hotel good but meant cycles inaccessible and additional cost. For an overnight stop it did not cause too much inconvenience.

The room, 417 on the corner top floor, had been recently refurbished and the views from there must be the best in Segovia. Overlooked the main square and Cathedral. Double lot of window doors ensured no sound from crowds below. Staff exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. We paid the extra 16 eu per night for our car to be parked by the staff. It was delivered back by 8am for our early departure. We had asked if we could take some things from breakfast with us in view of earlier departure and were told that was not a problem. We were not prepared for two boxes of food which had been assembled for us, including fruit, yoghurt sandwiches, croissants, pastries, juice, water, jam and honey etc! As we awaited the car we were invited to take a coffee and croissant if we wished, from the breakfast room. What genuine service. Thank you.

The breakfast location…..but no doubt dependent on the age of the building….was tucked in a back room, rather cramped and “ canteen like”. No fresh orange juice….my barometer of a breakfast……and the croissants were heavy. However, ample choice of fruit, cheeses etc. And the waitress gave 110% of her time attending to everyone, speaking several languages and exuding bon hommie .

This hotel was very charming and situated right on the Plaza Mayor, the hub of daily social life for the locals. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in the breakfast room who always welcomed us with smiles and warm greetings. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of warm and cold items, with so many choices. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, with plenty of restaurants to please every taste.

Our room was lovely, but the shower/tub was very slippery. Perhaps some rubberized decals would make it safer to bathe or shower without the fear of slipping and falling. Otherwise, the bathroom was fine and kept very clean.

The hotel is located in front of Plaza Mayor..we could not have stayed at a better spot from which to explore the quaint city. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Nice also to have the convenience of valet parking (+€16).

Our front desk receptionist (blonde woman) was not very friendly nor professional. The hotel staff is the first impression we have of our experience and she did not make any effort to be courteous nor welcoming, no smile or acknowledgement of our presence until we were literally in her face. On one occasion she responded with "what?!" to a question we had, which I thought was quite rude. The other front desk person (brown/black haired woman) however was friendly when we checked out. I think the blonde woman could use some training on how to better greet guests. I'd give the hotel a 10 if it weren't for this staff member who kind of made our first impression sour a little.

From start to finish it was a remarkable experience. The two rooms we reserved were overlooking the main square and cathedral. Everything on your doorstep with fabulous restaurants , cafes and bars along with convenience stores. The hotel staff who were all so friendly and efficient. Our car was parked away in the garage and brought back to us on departure. 18 euros per night, worth every penny. It was a magical time for all of us and we shall be returning as soon as we can. 10/10 David and Jayne Farrer.

Nothing 10/10 😀😀

The location of this hotel is amazing, right next to cathedral on main square. Driving there was a bit "exciting" as the streets are narrow, but then we handed them the keys and they parked our car for a fee. Super close to lots of restaurants. Shower was amazing and provided amusement as each member of our family figured out the controls to the various settings. Hotel is right next to an amazing bakery as well. They had a bowl of candy on front desk that our son LOVED!! Very friendly hosts. We had a family room that comfortable slept 4 with a small kitchenette.

Everything was great, other than the mattresses weren't top of the line, they were adequate, which is standard it seems in Spain. Just not as good as our mattress at home.

perfect location driving down from Santander to Malaga. anyone new to the area needs to stay at least two night to get the benefit of the town and area. very clean and large sized rooms with modern bathroom and walk-in shower or bath.

breakfast room very small and basic, but adequate for a early start when travelling. location difficult to find and get too in a car, but worth it for the ideal town location in Plaza Mayor. car valet parked €16 per night. ( pre booked ).

An exceptional hotel on the Plaza Mayor. Our room was double aspect with views over the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. The room was very well appointed, large comfortable bed, fridge (complementary water), and coffee making machine. Breakfast was excellent and varied and the lady who managed the breakfast room was lovely and went out of her way to make sure that you had everything that you wanted. In fact all of the staff were exceptional, one day when we returned to the hotel I asked the receptionist if we could have a couple more coffee pods. She handed over the coffee pods and then handed over a small box of chocolates and said that they were to enjoy with our coffee. When we told the same receptionist that we would not be having breakfast on our final morning as we were leaving early, she said that they would give us a take away picnic. When we checked out we were presented with two boxes (slightly bigger than shoe boxes) that contained, a bottle of water, a carton of fruit drink, a carton of milkshake, two sandwiches, three prewrapped cakes and two pieces of fruit. What fantastic service. In terms of location all of the mayor sights including the Roman Aqueduct are walkable from this hotel.

NOTHING. The hotel is exceptional. I really hope I get the opportunity to stay there again.

Segovia is a very beautiful town with several treasures: the cathedral, aqueduct and Alcazar, all within a fairly easy walkable distance Infanta Isabel Hotel is very conveniently situated, just opposite the cathedral Breakfasts were great as there was lots on offer: fruit; cheese + salami + ham + bread; croissants; lovely juices (especially freshly squeezed orange juice), tea + coffee, all of good quality The reception staff and the lady helping us with breakfasts were efficient and friendly

Nothing to mention except, perhaps, the parking fee of 15 Euros per night...however, in a city that's acceptable
