The location was ideal in the old town almost equally situated between the cathedral and alcázar which were both 5 or 6 minutes walk away. The gardens were a pleasant surprise as was the view of the castle from my bedroom balcony. Parking is limited so it pays to book early although there is ample parking in a public square two minutes away. Breakfast was good, including bacon and egg if wanted, and reasonably priced.

First be aware that many of the streets in old town are narrow with sharp bends and shared with pedestrians. Also, Google maps are not necessarily your friend, having taken me up a calle which narrowed to almost nothing meaning I had to back out with only cms to spare on each side and bends to negotiate. I was fortunate that a young Spaniard took pity on me and helped me to reverse. Whoever you were, muchas Gracias, señor.

The hotel was great, very good location between the main square and the castle. Our room was lovely and comfortable, there was a bath and shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, and we had secure parking in an underground garage at the rear of the hotel.

On a whim, I added one night in Segovia to my itinerary. As usual Booking.com came through with many great options in the old town. I chose this hotel because of its location and the reviews. As I was traveling alone, I was pleased to have the option to get a room with just a twin bed! The hotel is in a perfect location--close to all of the sights--with parking nearby (I suggest dropping a pin when you exit the lot, which I wished I had done the next morning as I was struggling to retrace my steps). The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was worth the additional fee. Only comment would be that the room was a little overheated and I couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat--it was cold that night, though, so warmer was better than colder, for sure! Definitely recommend!

I had booked a room with a view and walk in shower. I got a fully disabled sit down shower or a climb over the bath shower. neither suited. The view was a small window overlooking a rooftop close by. I had booked trip this in Msy, but as the hotel was fully booked I would not have been able to have a different room.

The hotel was located in the old town and within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was not included but could be purchaced for 9 Euro/day/person which was fine compared to the excellent breakfast buffet. The beds were very nice as everything else in the room and bathroom. No noise during th night and room heating OK. The taxi from AVE trainstation Gouimar is about 12 Euro and highly recommended. We had great lunches (and even dinner) in the close by El Socorro bar.

Amazing location! It really could not have been better. Driving into the city center was a little intimidating, but the directions were very clear and it was an easy and scenic walk to the main plaza. The room was lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was also a very good value for the high quality of the hotel. We also had the very best shower, with excellent water pressure and amount of hot water, that we’ve had on our entire three week trip through Spain and Portugal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful town.

Inside walled city that took you back in time. Room was modern so to speak as the building was built 15 years ago to look old like surrounding buildings. It had modern conveniences you would expect. The breakfast was very good and well stocked with many options. There is much to see and do in this walking city. We got some good tips from the staff. There is no shortage of pastry shops, wine bars, and great restaurants either.

We had a bit of trouble with heat control in our room. The staff took care of it through the modern controls installed. We did not have a car but there is not much parking close. There is a small garage under the hotel that charges per night. Shopping and town square area very entertaining.

The room was very clean, bright, well appointed with all necessary things including coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe. Fantastic view of the valley, countryside and the Alcázar from the balcony (had room with balcony on same floor as reception). All the staff was amazing and helpful, even though I spoke very poor Spanish. Only 1-2 mins walk to the wonderful Restaurant Don Meson with incredible cochinillo asada (suckling pig). A short walk to the Plaza Mayor and everything else you need. The breakfast (9€) was pretty good as it included a few hot items as well as pastries, great selection of fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, and good coffee. Only 3 mins downhill walk to the Alcazar. Great common patio with grassy area and tables. Nothing not to love about this hotel.

If you want a place right next to restaurants and bars, this is not it. But that was not what I needed.

The location was a surprise, in a positive way. Close to the castle and everything else in the old city. Nice with a garden with a spectacular view. The room was clean , warm and nice. The bathroom was very clean and big. We liked the hotel very much! 👍 The only thing that was a bit negativ was the window in our room faced a small and dark innergarden. But no big thing. After have seen what the view could be, we just wished we had that too. 😊

Hotel recently renovated to a high standard. Gave everything you would expect. Short walk to the Plaza Major and the Alcazar. In house garage was reasonably priced and accessible though was difficult to find due to road closures for works by the Ayuntamiento. Not a fault of the hotel who provided details of alternative route. Thankfully a local group of workers assisted by leading me through the maze of streets. An example of the generous nature of the locals. When they dig up the roads forget the sat-nav.

Grab rails to assist and provide security when using shower over bath. Not all clients are young and fit!
