Beautiful bedroom, we were upgraded which meant we had a sitting area too. Great breakfast bar.

The design and decor is wonderful, it was a beautiful stay with everything we could have needed. The food for breakfast, in the restaurant and by the pool was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and having a good sized pool in the heat was much appreciated!

Details of the provided amenities would be great on the website so we could have packed smarter. The rooms had USB charging ports, so no need for plugs and adapters. They also had hair straighteners which would have been great to know!

This hotel is really, really, really awesome! Loved everything about it! Beforehand they ask you if you have something to celebrate so they can make your stay even more memorable! Never had a hotel ask that! The staff is really awesome, the hotel is designed to a tee, the food is outlandishly good, the whole experience was unforgettable! Will definitely return soon!

The only 2 things (not really cons, but maybe good to know): - The pool is smaller than you see on the pictures. There are not enough sunbeds, so if you want to sit on a sunbed at the pool, you should go in the morning to secure a sunbed/chair. On saturday it was a little bit too crowded, but still manageable. - The cleaner threw away some stuff that wasn't done yet (some creme test packages). So maybe ease up a bit in cleaning! But actually it's also a positive thing, because they clean your room 2 times a day (Junior Executive room)

The staff was excellent, front office was friendly and efficient. rooms were very well appointed and housekeeping was VERY efficient. Overall this hotel was great to be at. Safe, secure, clean, and breakfast was fab.

The location. I should have checked to see, but this is near the train station and not an easy walk to downtown. If you are dining downtown, sometimes cabs are not easy to find, especially on Sunday so then walking back can be a good 35 mins. Cabs are not easily available at all times from the hotel, but the staff is very helpful and always call for one if you book in advance.

It was a beautiful property with staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible. The room was beautiful, beds comfortable. Within a 10 minute bus ride to the centre. Bakery was a lovely touch at the front. Would definitely stay at an Only YOU hotel again. One of the best places I have stayed at!

The only thing I didn’t like which won’t affect the score was the lack of teabags in the room and little milks (two of each only) despite asking for more on a couple of occasions. The rest was impeccable!

This wonderful hotel really made our stay in Sevilla. We enjoyed warm hospitality, superb level of service, very nice and stylish pool area. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which was spacious and luxurious. Complimentary tea and coffee were replenished every day and we received champagne and chocolate cake from the hotel manager upon arrival and again a few days later on my wife's birthday, thank you for this kind gesture. Breakfast was served in a beautifully decorated room and the choices were opulent, accompanied by freshly prepared delicacies. All in all, a wonderful stay and a warm recommendation.

Breakfast was amazing, rooms really good size and cleaners excellent. A lot of reviews say it was quite far from the city centre. It was about a 30 minute leisurely walk, or €8 in a taxi…we actually liked where the hotel was located as you could get away from the city centre.

Only thing was the swimming pool. You couldn’t get a bed unless you queued up in morning…we didn’t bother. It seemed that people queued up, put towels down to mark their sunbed, then went off for the day in the city, then went on sunbed later in afternoon…the hotel needs to police this fat better…everything else was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful as expected by the pictures, the rooms are very comfortable (pillow menu is nice), there's lots of amenities, a nice welcome offer and the staff's seems tireless. Breakfast was also very good and varied, although sometimes there were some longer delays at the cooking/egg station. Location felt perfect for both ppl with a car or using public transit.

Unfortunately, the pool area is what really let us down. The space itself is beautiful and comfortable (although maybe lacking in sunbeds), food was great and cocktails were okay, but it was the service and music that led this review to be "just" an 8. Music was just obnoxiously loud at times, didn't seem to fit the vibe of the hotel and there was a clear lack in staff specially at lunch hour (the actual staff was great). It might not be a decisive factor for everyone as it's a personal thing, but I feel it really needs to be highlighted and personally is the only reason why I don't see myself going back.

The bed is so comfortable.

Brilliant hotel, lovely staff - it was my birthday during our stay and the staff made sure to leave a little present in our room and surprise me during breakfast which was incredibly sweet of them. The pool / bar area was fun and the restaurant and bakery were amazing. We can definitely recommend getting the breakfast! Very very clean, the maid service did a fantastic job in cleaning up and restocking the rooms and we were pleasantly surprised by the amnesties in the room which include a hair straightener - truly a five-star experience worth returning to. Which we will - I've already looked up all other locations. See you soon, Only You!

The rooms could be a little bit more sound-proof, it was quite easy to hear loud neighbours. There are not a great amount of sunbeds at the pool area, we couldn't get any the whole time we were here, but the lovely staff made up for it. Also keep in mind that it's about a 25 minute walk into town, though bus services are available directly outside the hotel.
