It was spotlessly clean. Good location for walking to city centre sights. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to park up in the underground car park beforehand and deposit our luggage in the hotels secure store.

The bedroom was too hot, and we did not sleep. We could not use the air con - heating system and even though the window did open, on the 11th floor, the heavy noisy traffic prevented us utilising it.

A beautiful hotel, reasonably well located (within 20 minutes walk of tourist centre of Seville). Very friendly and accommodating staff who were eager to deal with any issue that arose.

The only issue to take from our stay was the quality of the Wifi - continuously dropping out or stalling, particularly on our first evening in the hotel. When we notified reception of the issue, they appear to have done something as the quality improved - unfortunately, it didn't improve to the degree required to enable efficient and reliable use of it. They did e-mail us to enquire of our experience with the amended situation and offered to relocate us to another room where the wifi would be better - we declined as we were leaving the following day.

Is walkable to sevilles sights but is a little to far

The rooms are a good size. They are well appointed. Some people criticize the location because it is far from downtown. I didn’t really find this much of an issue because there is a streetcar not far away that goes to the heart of the city. There are also plenty of restaurants around, grocery stores and even a coin laundry.

It is getting a bit dated and time for some upgrades. The breakfast is quite expensive as are the restaurants and for this reason we chose not to eat there. I also wish they had coffee in the rooms not just tea. I felt like they were trying to drive my need for caffeine to the expensive breakfast Buffett.

We loved the hotel it was our first time in Sevilla. The hotel is a bit out from Central Sevilla but the facilities at hotel made it worthwhile breakfast was amazing fantastic selection of fresh fruit hot buffet and fresh breads etc. maybe could do with another coffee machine as there was a queue at times. Lovely selection of swwwt treats to choose from too.. 😉

It was a bit far from central Seville. Decor in bedroom needed updating. Curtains falling down a little. The pool was closed. now this was mentioned on website so it wasn't something we expected but it was very hot one day during our stay. We stayed by the pool sunbathing and it would have been nice to have a cool down in the pool.

kind of cold in rooms at night, realy hated the bathroom: tall bathtube, enterance door opens and hits you if you are sitting and meditating in the bathroom :), toilet is realy close to the wall, it should have been switched with bidet place, floor is slippery and I could go on about all the things that I hated about the bathroom, but as one do not move there, hotel meets the expectations

The view from the high floor and the multitude of room amenities was quite good with this hotel: you can see the center from the window and you can see thr hotel from a high place in the city. The bed was huge: 2m length with 2m wide! Comfy, a bit on the firm side, and the long pillows were very comfortable for a stomach sleeper. Breakfast was pretty good but not too many vegetables, the quality of the ingredients we ate was above average. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The duvet cover was quite annoying during the night as it was not fixated by buttons or any other means to the actual duvet. It might seem like a detail but it woke us up during our sleep.

Location is very good - gentle 15 minute walk to the centre or short, cheap tram ride from San Bernardo (1€40). We had a car so parked at the hotel for 18€ per night. Breakfast there was plenty of choice, hot + cold Room was spacious, clean and had a nice bathroom; beds were fine Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful

We didn’t like the duvets - spent most nights fighting them Tiny tea cups both in the room and at breakfast Otherwise there is nothing to criticise

Room is larger than most hotels. Nice view overlooking a garden. Reception staff on 1st 2 days were patient and helpful in changing the room to a quieter one. Also helped to book our day tour to Ronda in late evening.

Soundproofing between floors is not so good. The sound of upper floor guest's high heels can be heard. Reception staff on the day we checked out were unhelpful. it was rainy and we requested to book a taxi to hotel entrance. The staff didnt help and we had to go across the road with our luggage in the rain to grab a taxi. The 1st level cafe also has unfriendly staff and no individual serving of paella.

The lobby was beautiful. Liked the terrace/pool area, it was perfect, pool just enough, sunny and shade parts, lovely view and nice bar. Good location, 10-15 minutes walking to main attractions

The cleaning wasn't great, some days better other not really. We stayed one week, the towels were changed every day but on the third day we had th same bed sheets, when I threw them on the floor they did change it. I have feeling the floor wasn't swept/hovered or washed during our stay at all. The parking for full day €18 as for quest I think was a bit expensive. We stayed in other hotel last year and it was cheaper.
