Very good value, great sized room, extensive breakfast buffet, beautiful lobby area and a good pool with shade provided by the high stone walls

You couldn't get a drink until 5.30pm (not just alcohol, any drink) all of the services advertised (beauty treatments, room service) appeared to be outsourced so weren't actually provided by the hotel. It was advertised as having a 'spa' but when I booked a massage a man arrived at reception and I was told that I would be having the massage in our room - he was very professional but I felt really uncomfortable having the treatment in our room and not in a more public area/space. The rooftop bar is advertised as being open from 5.30 but we had to find someone to make us a drink, not much shade up on the rooftop. I'd recommend using the rooftop bar at Los Seises Sevilla hotel, 2 mins walk away instead, open to the public, much cooler and great atmosphere

Hotel is beautiful, everything is greatly decorated, reception people were very helpful with any questions we had! Room was big and beautiful, the only problem I had was windows were facing the lobby.resulting in the very dark and kind of musty smell, the only way to refresh was to open the bathroom window! Lack of any English speaking Chanel's, but we didn't come to Seville to watch tv. Breakfast was great, big variety!

The lack of air in the room, you should get one with windows facing the street, might be noisy, but possibly better than the stale air!

location excellent views from rooftop terrace, with amazing there was an outdoor swimming pool, which, although I didn’t use looked lovely staff professional and extremely helpful. special mention to Gerardo who was on duty the whole of our stay. nothing too much trouble for him. Marta also extremely helpful on our checkout as were other staff members during our stay ( apologies I didn’t get your names) hotel quirky and clean. excellent breakfast. I saw a review on here before we went with someone who said the breakfast was awful- well they must have been at a different hotel! There was so much choice, and I couldn’t think of anything else they could have added. Selection of British cereals, hot dishes, selection of Iberian meats and cheese, beautiful fresh fruit of all descriptions, yoghurts, and yoghurt, drinks, breads of all descriptions, preserves, honey, salsa, and the most delicious cakes (how someone can eat cakes for breakfast I really don’t know, but the temptation is too much) we even took a slice of cake on a plate and put it in the fridge in our room so we’d have it with a cup of tea when we came back for a siesta!

The staff were great, very kind and I always felt I received personal and genuine attention. The room was cleaned daily and they even organised some of the mess we made with our personal belongings (they folded some of our clothes) The room had everything necessary, the bathroom was spacious. The location is outstanding, 1 minute away on foot from the cathedral.

The only thing is that you can hear outside noise from people on the street, but this is probably characteristic for many buildings in the old town.

The location is absolutely fabulous, right in the old historical centre, and just a short walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar. Next to great restaurants, tapas bars etc, bit in a fairly quiet street (too narrow for cars, so no traffic).

There is a lift, but if you have difficulty walking up steps, please mention it when you book your room. Some of the rooms are accessed via an additional few steps or small staircase. This is the case for access to the rooftop too. You’ll need to walk an extra 10 (?) steps from the lift landing. This is not a problem at all for valid people, but it may be for handicapped or elderly people.

The location was perfect for sightseeing in the city. It was easy to pop back to the hotel for a rest and then head out again later in the day with everything on the doorstep. The pool was a wonderful addition too!

It was a pity that the roof top bar was only open for one of the nights of our three night stay. Luckily our visit coincided with one of the days as we really enjoyed taking in the amazing views - it was one of reasons we booked this hotel.

The property is situated in the city centre, a mere 4 minute walk from the Cathedral and Giralda, the Archive of the Indies and the Real Alcazar. Everything is close and the property has an excellent terrace on the roof with stunning views of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The wifi is unfortunately non-existent in the rooms and elsewhere in the hotel. That’s definitely something that needs to be fixed.

Terrace rooftop bar was only open Thursday to Sunday not great when staying sun to wed. No way to have a drink in the week. Hotel shouldn’t promote it so much if you can’t use it half of the week. The pool is small and only 6 Sun loungers.

Good and convenient location and very quaint property - ideal to just soak in the history and relax - lots of good places to eat within walking distance

Taxi Service to the hotel is a bit of an issue since streets are narrow and taxis tend to drop you away from the hotel which can be inconvenient if you have large bags to be drawn across cobbled paths - The airconditioning is switched on only from a specific date which is quite strange as it should be switched on whenever its hot...

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to all the great sights of Seville and great restaurants. Big room, comfortable bed We were very glad the property had a pool as it was 40-44 for our 5 night stay. Staff were helpful.

The property is dark and needs a revamp. Patch up jobs in room look cheap and the rooms could do with a freshen up and lightening up. Tiny bar fridge but no food available in hotel. Can outsource food to be delivered though. Disappointingly the pool area is a real let down. Very stark and a few dead plants in plant pots. outdoor furniture very shabby looking. The area would look amazing with a freshen up, new pool furniture, some shade umbrellas (no shade at all) and if plants can’t survive in that heat, a bright painted mural would look amazing on the white wall and offer a bit of character to the pool area. Understanding of course that times have been tough in the last few years due to Covid
