The room with a private bathroom was great value for the costs. It was a big plus that they had a 24hr reception which made our night check-in super easy. We were also provided with 2 room key cards which were very helpful! It was the best value for our stay!
The bathroom area had a very weird off-putting smell. We had to air it everyday in order to keep away the smell. Something seems to be wrong with the construction of the bathrooms resulting in sand accumulating in the corner of our sink everytime we close and open the bathroom window. We were positioned next to the elevator which was loud at times. There was mild stains on our white bed cover upon arrival. There was also no rubbish bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom. Also it would have been great to have a kettle and mini fridge in the room.

1. The location! It was perfect! No transpo needed to go around the old town. There are restaurants to eat. Stores to shop. Although the stores are open at 10am and if you want to go for an early breakfast like 6am everything is still closed. The location of our room was perfect as well. It is not side of the street. 2. The reception are all friendly. They are very accomodating. 3. Value. I think this hotel is cheaper than the other hotels. I booked another hotel and they dont have elevator. In this hotel they have. To think it is also near the old city this hotel is cheap.
When we came inside the room there was an un pleasant smell. We assume it is from molds although we didnt see any. The shower doesn’t have anything to put your stuff when you shower. I need to put all my shower stuff on the floor.

My room was larger than the standard single room I experienced in Spain. It had a comfortable single bed, 2 lovely pillows, a desk and chair and a luggage rack. Nice bathroom with a walk in shower and plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Everything was very clean. Room temperature could be controlled by the guest. Room had 2 large windows that opened to let in fresh air. Simple elegant decor. The best "hostal" accommodation thus far. There was a nice little kitchen on the 3rd floor with a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. I was able to have my cuppa first thing in the morning. All 3 ladies that served at the reception during my stay were friendly and helpful. In particular, I appreciate the young lady who gave me my room earlier than check in time which helped me tremendously. Thank you 😊 Location, location, location. Most places I wanted to get to were withing a 20-30 min walk. Plaza de Armas bus station was a 10 min walk. Tourism office less than 5 min walk.
Noise from other guests, was a bother as usual but particular issue was the noise every door made when closing shut from the outside. I tried hard to close the door quietly but i think the lock was the issue. Hope this can be fixed. Luggage storage wasn't very secure. It's in a small room that doesn't have a door that can be closed/locked, and cannot be seen by the reception. Guests leave and retrieve their luggage. To make it more secure, it ought to be in a locked room where staff store and retrieve the luggage based on a receipt, like in other hotels.

We requested a bedroom with windows and natural light and we got that. Room was bright all the walls white clean. Bed was well dressed and comfortable. Bedroom is simple and has all the basics and everything, was in good order. I almost cancelled our booking as I thought hostels in general aren’t that great, hence the price but this one was just perfect. We only stayed 2 nights, it ‘s so central we were able to walk to all the main attractions. I was with my teen daughter and we felt very safe. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Good value for money. I do recommend it.
One thing I think was a let down was the towels, the shower ones are too small, they are supposed to be white but the whiteness is almost gone, they’re too old and need urgent replacement. On a less important note the bedroom’ floor is mármol so if you don’t have slippers, just walking barefoot to the bathroom was torturous, perhaps a small rug would be helpful beside.

We like that the property is close to church, department store where there is a large grocery and laundry ( wash and fold per kilogram of clothing= cheaper than by piece. It is close to where the buses for hop on hop off are available. It is walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral, and La Giralda. Close to shops and restaurants.
The property is ok. There are elevators. There’s even a functional terrace full of cacti. There is a room with microwave, electric kettle and not much else. There is no sink and no faucet. It’s a beautiful place with tables and chairs but not many are using the place because you can’t prepare food in there. It could have been usefull because the rooms are small. If you are a couple there are twin beds but only one chair and one luggage stand. The chair then becomes the second luggage stand and when you want to eat in the room, there is no place except the foot of the bed. In the shower, there is no place to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner. You give small containers of shampoo but you just leave it beside the sink as there is no place in the shower. No rack for towels too.

Excellent location on a quiet street that’s in the heart of the old town with really friendly staff who are on hand to help 24/7 (if needed). The room was lovely and the beds were super comfy. Aircon/heating unit included which came in handy when the temperature dropped at night. The bathroom had a cute, modern Mediterranean feel and includes an excellent, high-pressure shower. The space was compact but was still cosy and perfectly suited for a brief city break; I felt right at home. The roof space and kitchen was so nice & a great place to have a morning coffee as the sun came up - amazing for those visiting in the summer! Everything Seville has to offer was a short walk away & there were loads of top-rated cafés, restaurants and traditional tapas places around. Love!

The hotel is in a great location tucked away in the historic old streets. The room was small but comfortable enough for a 2 night stay. The beds were very comfortable and although previous reviews said they experienced noise outside I can only say it wasn't silent and for sure you can hear passing people but that's part of being in the city at night. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Not a massive issue but the towels had seen better days and we're slightly threadbare new towels would be welcomed and also no major criticism but a full length mirror in the room.could be beneficial..

The property was well maintained to a good standard. There was always a presence of reception staff and housekeeping. (We stayed for 5 days and our room was cleaned 2 times with fresh towels provided each time). The terrace area was enjoyed on many occasions - a place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. There was a shared area with a kettle, microwave and fridge. The fridge enabled us to keep our drinks/food cold. (If I could leave a tip here: bring your own travel mug if you intend to have hot drinks. Tea/coffee not provided or mugs as there is no washing up facilities.)

Hostal Hom Museo in Sevilla exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's beautiful architecture and elegant decor. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Sevilla's historic center, was ideal for discovering the city's cultural treasures. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend Hostal Hom Museo to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Sevilla!

The hotel is a bit of a trek from the St Justa station (~35-40 mins walk) but we were travelling with rucksacks and prepared for this, and once you are there then you're quite close to a lot of the main sights without being in a really touristy area. For example the Alcazar and cathedral are about an easy 15 minute walk. There is alternatively a bus stop nearby that would take you to/from the airport which is quite convenient, and we made use of this on our departure as the weather was very bad! Our room was comfortable, quite spacious and very clean. The reception areas also looked very well presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm kind of sad the weather did not allow us to make use of the lovely roof terrace, although we did go up there to have a look around! There is a lovely little bar/cafe called "Bodegón Alfonso XII" just around the corner which I would definitely recommend - full of locals, great breakfast (2x coffee, 2x tostada with jamon/tomato/olive oil, 2x fresh OJ for ~11 euros) and also good tapas. We ate there every day of our stay!
This is the tiniest thing but I don't think there was an option to not have towels etc. replaced every day? Obviously fresh towels are nice, but I'm aware that the hotel industry is not the most eco-friendly at times and small actions like reducing the daily laundry load are things that we as customers can easily help with.
