I like almist everything as the hotel met our expectations. The hotel was recently renovated, so that made our staying nice. The staff was friendly. The restaurant and the food variety from other restaurants around the area were great (Le room service). The hotel room service and cleaning staff were great also.

The only complaint was that the mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable. You could feel the springs mattress on your back. Also the AC in the lobby in the hotel needs to be set higher, or they need to protect better the building facade from the sun.

Having to queue for coffee as generally only one machine working which was also very slow. The coffee itself was disappointing and you actually only got half a cup!! This was an annoyance to ourselves and most of the other guests present!! We also experienced an unusual noise that we could hear in our room, which sounded for about 2 seconds every 10-15 minutes 24/7. I mentioned this to reception but did he not know what it could be. We got used to it, but very odd!!

The room on the 7th floor with the big terrace is a big plus. Nice view. The cleaning ladies do they job very well and are very friendly. The bathroom is very spacious and even has 2 sinks, so no wait to brush your teeth. A good variety for breakfast but probably not for a 4-star hotel. The location is the best part, close to everything.

The room looked a little bit worn. They try to fix some fix and cover it in paint, but some renovation need to be done. Noise in the morning because some construction sites are close by. Take into consideration it is a big city with all that comes with it.

We got a double room quite spacious with king bed Identical to photos on the listing Receptionist were kind and accommodating

Bed was big but not ultra confortable (we could feel the separation in the middle of the 2 mattresses) We were probably lucky to get a double bed because, strangely, even if you book in advance you are not sure to have a double bed if you’re 2. We found some hair in the bathtub and on the floor near the bed and the bathroom Very disappointed by the breakfast : We were expected either a real english/american breakfast (the hotel is called America) or a typical Andalusian. There were no pancakes, and some products (e.g. tomato beans, mushrooms) were probably from cans… not tasty at all. Also, for a Hotel called America, it would be notable to have the housekeepers to speak a little bit in English ;)

The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice to meet one’s likings. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a very good stay and would definitely stay in this hotel if we plan another holiday in Seville. I recommend it. Bus no 32 that goes to the train station Santa Justa passes just in front the hotel. Seville is a very beautiful city with a lot of architecture and beautiful churches. It also offers lot of pedestrian streets, shops and restaurants and is lively even late in the evening making it a good option for everyone.

Perhaps some kind of fountain in the reception area of the hotel to make it more welcome and lessen the outside traffic.

The hotel is convenient for visiting all the sites, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately the hotel is right next to a shopping mall (El Corte Inglés) and every night they spend 2 to 3 hours unloading vehicles which kept us all awake from 4am! We mentioned it to the hotel staff but they said there was nothing they could do. Another thing was that there was very little water pressure, so took me ages to wash my long hair. Once done, took me a good hour to dry it as the hairdryer kept over heating and stopping… not good!

The room was a decent size, with a wonderful view of the cathedral in the distance. The bed was large and the linen a good quality. The toiletries in dispenser bottles were nice and the room was well equipped with a kettle, windows that opened, a small fridge and black-out curtains which helped keep out the heat during the day. The location is very central in a square where you can easily pick up a taxi or bus, and an easy walk to the historic centre. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants very nearby. The hotel is next to El Corte Ingles and Aldi (where we picked up our breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice.) The hotel foyer is attractive and comfortable and on our arrival we enjoyed the complimentary glass of Manzanilla (it was Fería week!)

This describes itself as a 4 star hotel and therefore we were surprised to find a damaged bathroom floor and very inefficient air-con. There were some plumbing issues and we woke to no water at all one morning. It was fixed during the day but after that the shower water temperature was very inconsistent, changing from very hot to very cold on a couple of days. I like a reasonably firm mattress but for me the mattress here was much too hard.

Very good hotel. Convenient location for Seville - besides the Setas and main Flamenco shows, a few minutes (1km) walking to the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, and all central attractions of the city, about 2km to the Plaza de España. Parking is public underground parking in the plaza just in front of the hotel, which is big and convenient. There is no difficulty in reaching the hotel by car - at the plaza just in front of the hotel, there is a restricted street, but you are allowed to stop by the hotel entrance to disembark your luggage before going to parking. There are good options around for breakfast (I did not try the hotel breakfast).

I had no issues. Just be careful with heavy luggage on the stairs at the entrance ;-) (there is a huge construction just beside the hotel, so some noise is audible after 7:00 am)

It is a very well-located hotel, just in the middle of the city, which allowed us to walk around the main historical attractions and also reach nice places to have our meals during the day, including breakfast. The hotel is across the street from a huge department store, which makes the surroundings very busy with people coming and going. Although one has to pay attention to one's personal belongings, we could feel no insecurity at all, including at night. The hotel is nice; the room is clean and has all the items described, the Wi-Fi is working well, and everything is fine. Parking is the same as the department store, so you can leave your car there and walk around the city, and then get a fixed price per day of stay. In general, I would recommend it as a place to stay in Seville if you plan to be out in activities all day.

The directions to reach the hotel and have all the information to park, check in, etc., could be better explained prior to our arrival, as Seville is such a busy city in terms of traffic. As with most of the places to stay in the city, the price per day was a little expensive in general (also considering there was no breakfast included in our package), although not as some other options valued in anticipation. I guess that is the problem with very touristy cities, anyway.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to main tourist attractions. The breakfast was of high quality and very enjoyable. The hotel was clean.

As a family, we booked two rooms expecting them to be connected. Unfortunately, the room connected to our children's room was given to someone else, and we, the parents, had to stay in a room away. This made our stay less comfortable. Additionally, I did not like the smell in the hallways. Better management of room bookings is needed to avoid such issues."
