Excellente location in the city center; very good rooms, confortable beds; WC, very confortable, everything is very clean, all amenities, frigo-bar in the room, excellent WiFI. The staff is great, the braekfast is really good. The car parking is paid (15.40 E) but it is almost under the hotel; however is a public park.

I liked my room. It had everything you need, was very clean and looked just like the pictures. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. Even though there were two constrution sides close by you couldn´t hear any noise (as long as you keep the windows closed). I can highly recommend the hotel and would come back for sure.

On my last night, my pillow smelled liked they sprayed some perfume on it. The smell was nice but I did not enjoy having to sleep on it. I am sure if I would have asked for a different pillow, I would have gotten one.

The hotel exceeded our expectations right from our arrival: located in Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, a nice little traditional Andalusian square, the modern hotel stands out. It definitely feels like a 4* hotel. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful with all questions and requests. The room was modern, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the beds, which were really comfortable, and the blackout curtains. Our room was overlooking Pl del Duque de la Victoria, it had lots of natural light, and, even though the area is very busy, it was surprisingly quiet. Air conditioning works perfectly fine as long as you set it properly. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold choices and there was something different each day. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location: central, but also not too far from FIBES, the conference center (the bus station is on the corner of the street and bus no 27 drops you off exactly at the conference center for only 1,4€) and it was the perfect choice. There are many good restaurants in the area (we would definitely recommend going to tapas bars for traditional Andalusian cuisine), as well as shops (including Spain's largest department store chain - El Corte Ingles) and public parking right across the street. Besides FIBES, almost any other touristic attraction is within walking distance from the hotel and we loved walking on the cozy, narrow streets of Seville. We already recommended the hotel to all our friends and family and we will definitely come back.

The only thing that should be improved is the WiFi. We had to work during our stay and the connection was slow and unstable, not only in our room, but also in the shared areas.

Lovely comfortable room that was large, spotlessly clean and had good air-con. Communal areas were stylish and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. List of choices for breakfast if you eat meat. Good quality food.

I understand that the Spanish are generally speaking, meat lovers but even the baked beans and scrambled eggs had meat in them! As a vegetarian I would have liked more veggie options of protein at breakfast. There was what I think was tofu towards the end of my stay but I wasn’t sure if it was cheese or tofu as it tasted of nothing. Beans, fried/ poached egg, nuts, smoked tofu would all have been very welcome. But having said that, the bead, cheese and fresh fruit were all delicious.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is close to several top-class shopping areas and with 5-15 minutes walk of just about everything a visitor would want to see. A taxi rank (good for the airport ... with a fixed price of Euros 26.23) is beside the hotel as is stop 13 of the hop-hop off bus. There are many tapas bars / restaurants immediately at hand, including the famous Patio San Eloy. The city is a shoppers' paradise, and there is a wealth of tours available (but don't leave Real Alcazar and the Cathedral to the last minute). Although the hotel can organise tours, the tourist office is a minute's walk away. The hotel is absolutely spotless, modern, and very tasteful. The staff are excellent and reception is 24/7. The breakfasts are excellent and well-organised. Our room was high quality and: room service was first class. There is a gym available. Hotel America is recommended without reservation.

Unfortunately our room was full of ants... Despite informing the reception the morning after, when we came back from the day we found the floor still full of ants. There were many. Tbh, I didn't mind them much, as I was staying there only for 2 nights. What bothers me, is that I reported the problem to the reception and it was not properly looked after. Looking at the amount of ants on the floor, they must have been there for a while. Surely if my stay was longer, I would have asked for another room.

The location. The fact that they are invalid-friendly. The excellent parking. Good Wifi.

The breakfast. We just had a look before we decided to have it in the hotel or just around the corner. The hotel breakfast was all about sweets, uninteresting for diabetics. No natural yogurt, no whole bran or things like that. Juices didn ´t look like fresh, more diluted stuff. We were very disappointed and went around the corner. The lift to take the wheelchair up and down at the entrance was very often blocked. Could use a bit of maintenance! Although we had hardly ever seen a bigger walk-in shower, it didn’t ´t have a proper grip for an invalid to hold on to. It would be so easy to install one! Our room did not have a proper desk and chair to put a PC. (And only one easy chair).

great location but consequently a very noisy and busy area. They did not have the air conditioning in use in March - even though it was very warm - so we had to keep the windows open to cool down at night. However, it turns out Seville is the city that never sleeps.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the all the interesting sights- Monument area - Cathedral and Alcezar. The river and Triana are close by. The room was modern and comfortable. It was clean and tended every day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot food, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries. There was a choice of two sittings.

I don't know if it is the late time of the season but the hotel could definitely benefit from having a manned bar. It would have been welcome to return from a busy day of sightseeing, to sit in the lounge and relax with a drink before preparing for venturing out for the evening. The tea making facilities in the room were very welcome but the tea, sugar, sweeteners were never replenished during our stay. We would have also liked some sachets of coffee and milk.

The location is excelent, right in the centre, near all the shops and walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The reception is very pleasant and all the staff is so friendly. The rooms are good size and.very comfortable The breakfast I paid to have included is fantastic wich has a buffet with a great variety of food. The attendant at the breakfast is gorgeoud, always smiling . I felt this is more like a 4 star hotel. My room also had a fridge. I will always stay there.

The only thing I would like is coffee and milk in the room as there is a kettle znd herbal teas but there is a big Aldi supermarket next door.
