The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me with the map as it was my first time in Seville and on my own. Greet location and very close to city centre.

There were limited facilities such as no fridge in the room. However the staff were nice and allowed me to keep my cool drinks in their fridge downstairs. It just meant that I had to go downstairs everytime I wanted something. There also isn’t a restaurant or any food served in the hotel.

I loved my stay there. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet as I like. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The hotel is well situated, there is the park with las Alameda de Hércules (and plenty of places to eat nearby) at less than 5 min when exiting and turning left , and straight in the opposite direction one can reach the Plaza de San Francisco and the Catedral / Alcazar on foot.

Location was fantastic for both sightseeing and socialising. Special mention to Manuel at check in and check out. He took the time to help us navigate the tight underground parking at the hotel. I hope the hotel recognises the fantastic asset they have in him. A lot of other organisations could learn from his attitude and approach.

All the staff were excellent, very helpful with information on local attractions and transport links. Also, allowed us to store baggage both ends of stay and a slightly earlier check in time which was much appreciated.

We had a room over the street and there was a noisy bar below, not the end of the world (and nothing the Hotel can fix) but possibly next time may ask for an internal room. It didn't spoil anything.

It's a great location, very clean. It's in a quieter area, and not too far of a walk from the touristy places you came to see. The windows to outside are sound-proofed, which is helpful because the street is pretty active. And it's right next door to a long street with lots of little restaurants, perfect for lunches or breakfasts close to the hotel.

The walls a paper-thin, you can hear neighbors and people in the hallways. But it's not terrible.

The location is convenient, the rooms felt welcoming and homey. The staff was really friendly.

The bed was quite hard and with the bar quarter right next to it it was a tiny bit noisy at night. Also, sometimes there was a bad smell from the bathtub.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city centre. it was really convenient to go back and forth to the bazaar and other places.

Unfortunately because of the renovation breakfast was not served during my stay. I neither have any kettle in my room to make a cup of tea or coffee for myself.

The hotel is located in a narrow street, small basement parking with a bendy entry ramp, we couldn’t park as the car was relatively large to go through the bendy ramp There is a public parking at the end of the road adjacent to the department store El Corte Ingles 10 minutes walk away

The room is too small and the price was extremely high €230

Breakfast was not available during my stay due to renovation. The hotel is centrally located, every major sights are within easy reach.

Unfortunately I was woken up by noises around 4 AM every night while stayiong there - both by other tourist getting back to the hotel and also from outside, as people was rather loud outside.

Hotel was within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Bus stops within afew mins walk also. Staff very friendly and helpful especially with assistance to their carpark!! Would definitely stay again :-)
