Comfortable spacious room with sitting area, fridge, ensuite. Our room even had a roof terrace we could go up to. Was 'old world' Moroccan Spanish in style (which I loved but need to know that it isn't slick and modern) ...obviously well maintained to retain the authentic old Spanish look but with all modern facilities. Clean, great air conditioning,, lovely courtyards and good breakfast. Short walk to food squares, Alcazar and the old town. All staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing really .... our room was up two very steep flights of stairs, but that is the nature of these old buildings. I was made aware of this and I am sure I would have got help if required.

Ideal location to reach all the sights on foot. The hotel itself was very quiet and the patios, with seating surrounded by greenery, were perfect for taking a quiet break from sightseeing. We spent a week here in February and really enjoyed our trip to Seville as a result. We would highly recommend the hotel, and the staff who did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay. Thanks to the receptionist for the recommendation of 2 nearby restaurants on our evening arrival. We tried both and returned to one of them a second time during our stay. The fact that Wi-Fi was only available in the area of the breakfast room and reception didn’t spoil our stay. For anyone with bad eyesight or not sure of foot the many single steps of varying height, which are difficult to see in bad lighting, could be a problem unless you keep in mind where they are. We did not trip on any. Our room with a double was very spacious and we had comfortable seating for two - exactly what we like on holiday.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the location was within walking distance of the cathedral, Real Alcazar and other sites. We enjoyed the architecture very much, in particular the courtyards with fountains (switched off at night). The breakfast was very good and a large range of sweet and savoury options was available. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Our large room was at the back of the last courtyard and up a steep staircase, but it was heavenly quiet and perfectly clean.

WiFi was only available in the public areas, but given the age of the building, that was to be expected. We enjoyed minimal screen time, but if anyone needs to be online during their stay, this is probably not ideal.

The hotel is actually a fantastic Andalusian casa, exactly what we were looking for our stay in this exceptional city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean and each one with it's own style. The staff was always there with a big smile, ready to help you, very polite and respectful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. Also, the location very close to the center, we didn't need to use a taxi or other means of transportation. Overall, it was really a great choice and we will book it again for our next stay.

This facility is quite charming: each room is unique, there is a pretty good breakfast option, and additional services (light snack or evening drink). I liked the access to the roof terrace, and the sitting areas on the main floor are quite nice.

I have no complaints - but, you might want to realign the bathroom door in 18, as it sticks a little bit. And, again not a complaint, just need to let folks know there is no elevator to upper level rooms (there are several on ground floor, though).

I got the room that was on the highest 'floor', leading towards a sort of attic with its own roof terrace accessible from the living room on which you could have your coffee or tan etc. I liked the old style features, bed was comfy, plenty of toiletries, nice towels and slippers, good size living room, water provided. Facilities and furniture like in the photos on the website. Breakfast was served near the inner courtyard on the ground level, in a good sized room, lots of coffee option, fresh orange juice delicious, plenty of pastries, bread and fillings, a few cooked dishes as well as fresh fruit. Not many vegan options though apart from the lonely avocado but the omelette with cheese was tasty.

There was no coffee/teas selection in the room, luckily I had brought my own teabags anyway. I overheard someone asking at reception for a teabag at some point which I thought was really strange, for the money I paid I was expecting that much. Also, the wifi was not available anywhere except on the ground floor close to reception but at least I knew that from other people's reviews.

The hotel is located within the old town of Seville and attractions are all within walking distance. The hotel staff was great, friendly and accommodating on the last day my son and daughter was running the Seville half marathon and the hotel staff allowed us to stay with two of the four rooms we rented well past checkout time, allowing them to shower and us having a further explore of the exceptional beautiful Seville. The Hotel has historic value and interest.

Wifi is only available in the reception area - but this is advised upon on their page. Parking - not available near the hotel. Nearest parking area is around 10 minutes walk and gets full pretty quickly but that is not the Hotel's fault.

Loved this accommodation. The full breakfast spread (15 euro), and even the simple coffee and bread option (5 euro), was the best breakfast offered of all our stays so far. Also enjoyed the beautiful rooms, historic buildings, and great customer service. I felt like I was staying in a part of Seville's history. What bargain prices during our winter stay! I'm sure it's more during the summer.

Wifi was not available in the rooms, but that was to be expected with the thick walls of such an old building. Had to do research on what to do in Seville in the outdoor common areas with wifi.

The location was excellent. We walked from the train station, left our bags and walked in to explore the old town. The location was quiet and calm. The hotel itself was beautiful, with tranquil interior courtyards and decor fitting with the style. The suite was large and clean and had a useful kitchenette with fridge, stove plate and crockery & cutlery provided. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they offered advice on places to see and to eat and stored our bags on the last day.

Historic character of hotel , helpfulness of staff.

I had a problem with transfer to the hotel from airport via Cohosting service. I booked , paid 30 Euros and received a confirmation. However the taxi was not there. The Emergency number was not answered. I received no explanation or apologies. I still do not know why the taxi was not there ! I have been promised a refund but only between 5 and 10 days. Why this could not be immediate I do not know, as i paid immediately and the money was transferred to Cohosting immediately. I think the hotel is risking its reputation as the confirmation came from the hotel's email address and carried the hotel's logo. In fact I thought I was booking with the hotel.
