Great room for our family of 4. Air-conditioned and cozy with high ceilings. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Free tea, coffee, biscuits and Orange wine for guests in breakfast area is a nice addition. Great location. Everything was a 10min walk away. Staff are always available at reception and were friendly and helpful.

Nothing. However, it is worth noting that it is a good idea to buy bottled water for your stay which you can put in mini fridge.

Charming and lovely, the staff were really nice and made us feel welcome. The location is great, in the city center, in one of the curious narrow streets that has traffic, but it's not noisy. They offer free coffee and orange wine for guests during the afternoon. The breakfast was quite good, at the first sight it looked a bit humble but actually there was a generous selection of sweet and savoury food, five or six types of coffee and different sorts of tea. We also enjoyed the little tavern accross the street, Las Aguilas. Maybe not on the list of the best tapas bars, but it should be! Very relaxed and cozy, with an awesome tomato salad, meat with tomatoes and grilled aubergine!

Since I tend to pick charming and lovely accommodations, I expect them to be a bit squeaky. Abanico does have the features of an older building - the doors, floors and bed are somewhat loud and even if you're carful they will make noise. Apologies to the neighbours.

Perfect location and within walking distance to all the beautiful sights and restaurants, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Federica and Sergio were so helpful and made our stay extra special, we enjoyed it so much and felt so much at home that we are planning another trip hopefully in February.

Nice modern shower. Comfortable beds. Really beautiful and nicely restored old Sevilla house. Good breakfast with nice Iberian ham included. Traditional Andalusian decoration. The hotel suggested that we used bookingparkcity services as a replacement for the absence of their own parking and it was a real treat.

Although the room was really quiet all night, it was located between the lift and the linen room, so, it became a little noisy at the start of the day but nothing really annoying. All doors in the room showed some age that did not fit well with the nice room.

Impressive lobby. Excellent location, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants close by. 15-min walk to main attractions. Very warm reception at check-in. Staff proactively provided a map and detailed introduction to all the major attractions. Our room for 3 adults turned out to be 2 adjoining rooms with 4 beds! Very spacious bathroom. Large flat panel TV had multiple international news channels such as BBC, CNN in English. Wifi was good and strong. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Aircon and all facilities worked very well. Complimentary coffee from 11 am to 10 pm in the lounge in the lobby. Staff even lent us an umbrella on a rainy day.

The hotel is a beautiful old villa close to the centre. It's been well maintained and tastefully decorated. Our room was a little small but more than adequate. There was an adjoining space to sit and read. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was fine. Essential air conditioning was excellent and more or less silent. Breakfast was rather basic, but the bread and pastries were fresh and we can't complain at the price.

You need to be careful when exiting the hotel as the front door leads to a very narrow pavement and cars whizz pass.

This is a charming, traditional little hotel in the Casco Antiguo. We chose it for a night at either end of our week in Andalucía. The wrought iron entrance door and beautiful tiling throughout are typical of this part of Spain. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Breakfast is good and there's free coffee available all day. Luggage storage after check-out with no extra charge was a real plus for us. We'll be back.

Take care when stepping out on to the pavement. It's very narrow - not the hotel's fault, just be careful.

The hotel was just beautiful and so central right in the old city. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfast to get you set up for the day. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a problem with one of our rooms - loud noise of running water, damp patch on the ceiling. We were told can't be moved as hotel full. That night water dripped from the damp patch and my friends were moved the next day... appreciate these things happen but it caused a lot of upset and disruption to my friends who were in that room

Excellent location, 24/24h reception, very friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, quiet comfortable and super-equipped rooms (we 210 and 211), spacious bathrooms, tastefully furnished rooms in typical style. Varied and abundant breakfast! I loved the ability to enjoy free tea and coffee throughout the day. Pleasant smell in the facility. Possibility to buy naranja wine (we found the free tasting in the coffee area and fell in love). Super recommended!g
