Spacious, clean room and the location, underground parking. Within walking distance to the most attractions.

The staff who I dealt with seemed miserable and cold. It felt like they've have been forced to work there. When staff are miserable, it generally ruins your overall experience. Checking in took longer than it should have.

- Room was stunning and bathroom is amazing and hygienic too. - The beds and pillows are comfortable. - Staff is so friendly and helped us with every question we had! They gave us recommendations what to visit in the city and which restaurants to go to. - Location is perfect; it’s a 5 minutes walk to the bus station that goes to the airport. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the city to Real Alcazar where a lot of monuments are. - Breakfast is definitely worth it! They had a lot of variation and a daily special. - The pool is nice and well-maintained. Next to the pool there’s a rooftop terrace with a bar where you can order some drinks and food. Drinks and food are affordable and delicious. - There’s a possibility to loan towels to use at the pool. There’s a deposit of 10€/towel that you get back whenever you bring the towel back to the reception. - For the women out here: there’s a vanity which is perfect to get ready! - The air conditioning works perfectly; it was between 35-40 degrees Celcius in Sevilla and the room was always cool. - Bonus: the room is equiped with a speaker system in the room and bathroom which you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth

- The only thing that bothered us is that we got a room with 2 single beds shoved together with 2 seperate blankets while we booked a room with a double bed. For the rest, there is nothing negative to say! We enjoyed our stay here.

Spent several days for business travel. I would revisit, and recommend for personal trip also. Location: It is located near the Plaza de Spain. It took approx. 10 minutes from the airport via the taxi. Staff: All of reception staffs are kind and professional. Dining, facility management, housekeeping and door guard staff are also. Facility: The hotel has a gym and swimming pool with bar for drinks. Gym is quite small but it has good equipment. Swimming pool is located top floor and has great view. Car parking is located underground. Parking is good and parking spot has enough space for each vehicle. Dining: Personally I fully satisfied with the breakfast. Dining/Cafe at 1st floor is also nice. Staffs are professional and kind. Room: I stayed at the room with two single beds. I totally satisfied with the room condition. Housekeeping is pretty good.

The only thing I disappointed was the shower. Overhead showerhead has enough water pressure. However, another showerhead connected to the hose has really weak pressure. I could not use it during my stay. I think this can be easily fixed though. This does not affect my stay a lot but wanted to make a note here.

Nice big clean room/bathroom, quiet, nice terrace with a great view, very kind stuff, good breakfast (just everyday the same), nice lobby, good location to walk to the most city attractions and also to the train station, we got also breakfast package on the last day when we leave hotel early in the morning ... I would come again in the same hotel for sure

If I have to find something where it can be improvement ... maybe bed a bit hard for me, I couldn't find any music channel on TV (except one rock radio), terrace was sometimes closed in the morning, cold water in pool (I was there just before closing pool in November, I guess during hot summer is ok temperature to refresh)

Nice hotel and great room

Quite a walk to main part of town didn't bother us but might other people. Parking is expensive

The hotel is on the edge of the old city and benefits from being easy to find with great onsite parking. The views from most rooms are not exciting as the hotel is mostly surrounded by other high rise buildings but It is only a short walk to the Plaza d'Espana. and a bit further to the great sights of Seville. We had 3 days exploring the wonders of Seville, the open top tour, hop on/hop off bus was a great starting point to get a feel of the city. Reception helped to book the cathedral and Alcazar. The breakfast is amazing, the dinner was okay without being exciting. We found no great restaurants within easy walking distance but there are plenty in the old area. There is an excellent tapas bar nearby with outside and inside seating. The staff are the stars of the show, they go the extra mile to ensure you stay is exceptional. Would we stay again? Yes if travelling by car but for a stay without a car we would consider a hotel with more character in the city centre .

It was a shame that the roof top pool was out of action but perfectly understandable at this time of year bearing in mind the heating cost. It may be the reason to choose the hotel during the hot summer season.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept on. I was also impressed with the gym facilities, which were well-equipped and allowed me to stick to my fitness routine while on vacation. The breakfast offered at the hotel was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of options available, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit and healthy choices available.

Clean, very spacious room. Very nice bed and bedding. The staff was friendly and courteous. I usually do not use the breakfast options in hotels, but I had some very early mornings, so I tried the buffet once and came back every morning! Excellent value for the money.

I found it quite strange that a 4-star luxury hotel of this size, with great rooms, amenities, etc., tries to nickel and dime you with a minibar that had very poor and cheap options. Cheap beer and canned nuts, no wine or spirits. €3 for a bottle of water? In Seville? This is a brand-new hotel, so why would you do something that other hotels stopped doing 10 years ago?

Loved the location, great access to the city and all sites. We walked a lot but also used the metro and tram which are within an easy walk. The hotel is modern, clean, good sound proofing in room, a great size room which made the week stay very comfortable, blackout curtains were amazing (I would like some of those for home). Reception smells fantastic. Room cleaning was very discreet and to a high standard (we never ran into the daily cleaning person in our room).

Nothing to complain about the hotel. I just wish some guests would be more considerate, for example, lower voices in corridors, preventing children from running across the dining table at breakfast.

The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning in the room was easy to adjust. We really enjoyed having a coffee on the terrace and in the downstairs cafe. There was a wide variety at breakfast and all the pastries and bakeries were very fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were kind to show us the best places to visit and see and recommend good nearby restaurants. The location was just a 10 mins walk away from alcazar and other tourist attractions. The room service was great too.

The beds were a bit creaky in some rooms which did disrupt my parents sleep but the staff kindly offered a different room to switch to. One other thing is that the vegetarian options (e.g. cheese) are right next to the meat options such that people often use the same tongs to handle both. We had to ask the staff to get us some cheese from the kitchen instead which they did with no issues.
