The breakfast buffet was exceptional and offered everything you could want. The room was roomy, had windows to open (which I like a lot) plus air conditioning. It was done a warm atmosphere with wood and nice furniture. The location is great. You can reach everything by walking. There is a beautiful park across the hotel and beautiful buildings. I traveled to Sevilla to enjoy an open air concert which was located at this beautiful building across the hotel. If you like music check it out, many world known musicians come to play there. To the old town and architectual sights it takes only 15-20 min walking which was very convenient.

I was very happy and content with my stay and the time during my visit.

Everything!. From the welcome when we arrived, to the helpful gentleman on reception who had wonderful English (which helped as my Spanish is anything but wonderful lol), to the free coffee machine in reception, the detailed instructions as to how to get to the car park, the simple, but perfectly clean rooms and the air conditioning. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old quarter of Seville, directly opposite the Plaza de Espania. The hop on, hop off bus picks up very close by and the hussle and bustle of the town is close enough, without causing an annoyance because of noise. All in all a wonderful experience. We would most definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Seville again. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Image is view from our room!!

An excellent, relatively central hotel which is close to most amenities & not hundreds of miles from attractions etc. Entry to the building is via stairs or a ramp, which is handy. The reception area is a large, spacious area with clear white flooring & a seating area. Staff spoke good English & seemed extremely patient, polite & helpful. Breakfast is also served in a restaurant style area on the same floor. Nothing fancy but a decent choice (continental + cereal etc) & a nice clean seating area is good enough for me. Upper floors are accessible via two lifts or stairs & room entry is via key card. My room was surprisingly spacious with a similarly large ensuite shower/bathroom. Despite facing a relatively busy road, the room was basically silent with the window closed. My large double bed was extremely comfortable & housekeeping was in every day. There's a safe in each room & a wall mounted TV but I didn't use it. I also felt that my stay was excellent value for money. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay & would use this place again!

The lobby bar/coffee bar wasn't open (Seasonal?) There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms The thermostat in the room has no instructions

everything was perfect, the room was smaller, but cozy, with a beautiful view of the cathedral, the bathroom was spacious, comfortable, everything was cleaned every day (but perfectly!!!)

the only problem is parking, which is possible for 18 euros at the hotel (you won't find out about it here on booking), the dusty parking lot is opposite the hotel, but it is always full in the evening. In the parking lot, different men take turns asking you for 3-10 euros for finding you a place....

Location was good for a nearby conference but is a good 15-20 min walk to the lovlier old town location. Very close (5-10min walk) to Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa gardens. Window view of Plaza ( and car park) from bedroom nice, however constant traffic noise very loud even with window closed- main thoroughfare for buses & ambulances constantly passing

Hotel is positioned on very busy 4 lane main road with constant noise. Apartment not clean on arrival but daily housekeeping was friendly and did great job making up for this. Overall OK for the cost if you dont mind walking distances and traffic noise.

Pasarela Hotel is perfectly located close to Plaza de España, which was really convenient for our stay and to explore the city and its beautiful landmarks. The room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very modern, with side views over Plaza de España. The bathroom was also very spacious, with all toileteries needed for your stay. The room had a desk and chair and good wifi which was very helpful as I had to have meetings in the afternoon there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, helping me to find a taxi last minute at 4:40am when my ride to the airport cancelled on me. Overall, a very pleasant stay with good value for money considering the quality of the hotel and the location.

Nothing to note, everything was to our taste.

Location is fine, in a quiet area, just in front of Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes walk from the historical city center. Friendly staff Spacious and very clean room, huge bathroom. Air conditioner works well. The breakfast is ok, not too special but enough.

Wifi connection was bad on the 4th floor

We managed to grab free parking on an open space opposite the hotel rather than their paid for parking a way away and we were concerned the next day, a working day, as to whether we could get out but there were some guys helping to find spaces and guided us out!

Re parking, all hotels say yes we have parking but none actually have their own parking and shift you off somewhere else! This should be more pronounced in their wording on the sites so at least you know!

Centrally located just behind Plaza de Espana, perfect for a visit there or to Maria Luisa Park or the Alcazar. Cathedral is about 20 minutes away on foot. Extremely comfortable room with plenty of size. Option to book parking with the room. Very good breakfast. Views to Plaza de Espana just like the photo above from many rooms. There is also the option for free parking on Sundays on Calle Pedro de Castro or throughout the week in the sketchy dirt lot behind the Plaza de Espana (note it is free despite the presence of squatters who will try to convince you to pay them).

Parking instructions were unclear. Garage is 250 meters from the hotel and we accidentally went there first. If you book parking, drive first to the hotel to check-in (you can park for 10 minutes in the alley Cjon Manuel Pacheco, perpendicular to Av. de la Borbolla). They will give you a keyless entry fob to open the garage gate and a key for the stairwell. The box to use the keyless fob is 2/3 of the way down the ramp to the parking garage. Parking will be in a numbered spot reserved for you, down one level. You will have to use the keyless fob again to leave - look for a small box located around the corner from the exit gate.

We arrived early to this hotel and the staff allowed us to do an early check in. That was really appreciate it. The hotel is across the street the Plaza de Espana and we were able to see it from our window. You can walk to the Cathedral if you want. You are at 15-20 walking distance.

When you arrive you think "what did I book?". The first view is not great, but its totally different inside. What I didn't like is that we had to leave at 5 am and I asked to the guy in the front desk to call us a taxi. A little bit arrogant he said that we could take one outside. He saw my face and told me I can call one if you want, but he didnt do the extra effort. We went outside and spent around 15 minutes looking for a taxi. It resulted that there were no so many taxis at 5 am as he mentioned.
