Great location. Easy walking to most attractions in the old town. Ammenities good. Pool nice. Staff all very nice /helpful at checking in and with some local tips.

We had a room at front of building (106)?and street noise loud at night. Just groups walking home from partying but till early in morning. Was going to ask to move after first night but only there 2 nights so put up with.

Everything about our room and the hotel and breakfast was first class. The room was lovely large and very clean as were the communal areas. The breakfast was freshly prepared everyday by a very pleasant gentleman,and topped up as required ,he kept it spotless. All the people that worked at this hotel that we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Going by the outside of the hotel you wouldn't expect such a lovely inside just as the photos. The hotel is local to all the main attractions.

We can't think of anything this hotel could do to make our short stay any better.

Really beautiful hotel. Very peaceful, lovely courtyard. The room was spacious, with a jacuzzi bath and very clean. The bed was huge, really comfortable mattress. Location is excellent, very close to the Setas, and about 20 mins walking to everything else.

It would have been nice to have an outdoor terrace or seating area, but I can see it is a very old building but probably not possible. The breakfast was good value at 10 euros, but the eggs had been sat there for a while and the bacon was only half cooked! It could have done with more fresh turnover of the hot items.

Loved this hotel!It had such a Spanish feel about it and was in a great location.All staff were so friendly and helpful and our room was immaculately clean.Nice comfortable bed and soft fluffy towels and it was a bonus having a coffee machine which was topped up daily.Our room had an outside balcony which was good and it was also useful having a room safe.Very nice loungers for sunbathing.Small rooftop pool.Good selection of fruit and pastries at breakfast with scrambled egg and bacon plus cereals, yogurts,cheeses,cold meats etc.Overall a fabulous stay!

Great location and had a pool for super hot Sevilla days. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms a good size. Staff were amazing and so kind and helpful.

We booked a room without a terrace but more inner space. Unfortunately we were moved to a very tiny room that had a terrace that was too hot to use. When asked to move rooms to what was originally booked, we were told we had to check out the next day with all our things before noon, and wait until 2 to get our proper room. Unfortunately we just decided to skip the hassle and deal with the closet sized room that was beside a noisy storage area for housekeepers.

A small hideaway hotel in the center of old Seville steps from Plaza de la Encarnación. Not fancy, but adequate. We enjoyed our stay. 1. The public area and lobby are attractive and welcoming after a long day of exploring old Seville. Rooftop pool is nice. Eugenia helped us every day. She is a smiling and wonderful help in getting tickets, providing directions, arranging transport and she provided recommendations for gastrobars and restaurants that could address my gluten sensitivity. I had not one problem. Paula was also very helpful. The rooms are small but quiet - adequate.

2. We are not fussy people. Recommendations - room lighting must be improved. The only seating and place to read is the bed but that is not possible - lighting is very poor. The mini fridge and coffee maker are unnecessary clutter and should be replaced with seating. 3. Breakfast space, hot breakfast choices, and the coffee machine must be improved. The mini fridges and coffee makers in the rooms could be replaced with complimentary 24 hour hot and cold beverages and small snacks in the breakfast area.

We had booked at Itaca Sevilla by Soho (the cheaper of the two boutique hotels) but due to a pipe problem we were upgraded and moved to the 4-star Itaca Sevilla right next to the Cathedral. Excellent location, with a tiny swimming pool and bar area on the roof top (best for evening drinks). Excellent service, very welcoming and helpful.

The only problem was in the lobby and breakfast area, where there appeared to be an unpleasant drains smell perhaps due to bad fitting waste pipes (a smell that we also encountered in other parts of the city and in some restaurants/bars: a common problem in many Spanish cities, I read).

Lovely boutique hotel, in a perfect central location. Very clean and welcoming. We loved our bedroom, which had direct access to a large terrace. The pool with loungers on the rooftop was also a real treat and added benefit . Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice, and very fresh healthy choices. The staff is really friendly and so helpful. They booked a Flamenco show for us, gave plenty good information about Seville, and even, once we were gone, helped us locating and shipping to our home in Ireland a jacket we had left in the taxi on the way to the airport. 100% grateful and would recommend without hesitation

Would have loved to stay longer

Wonderful location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent each day. Our room had a large patio/balcony area where we were able to sit each night and the bed was comfortable. Small complaint they could do with better bedside lamps to enable reading. There was a fridge and a safe. The outside pool on the top floor, while small, was more than enough to help us cool down after a "hard" days sight-seeing! We would thoroughly recommend to family and friends and will stay here again.

My wife asked, twice, if the room cleaning staff would please leave some more/extra body cream but this request was ignored.

This hotel well exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent and all main points of interest are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The beds and pillows are super comfortable! Breakfast selection and presentation is excellent! From Desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were super clean. We loved this hotel and were sorry to leave it! Would definitely stay here again when in Seville and would highly recommend.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this hotel! We loved everything!
