The Crystal Pool has a very central location and all the major attractions are within walking distance. The Reception staff were very welcoming , professional and obliging, The area is pedestrianised and taxis can only reach roads, which are a five minute walk . If you can get to Seirpes Street you will be very close to your accommodation. There are no shortage of Tapas Bars and restaurants nearby . The rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and the shower would take paint off a door.

Housekeeping begins sometime after 0800 hrs every morning and the paper tin walls of the lower floor rooms, ensure that every sound infiltrates your room. Added to that the housekeepers think that every guest should also be awake early in the morning and their loud conversations ensure that , once they arrive , everyone else on the lower floor should also be awake .Management should have a word !

This hotel is very nicely situated and rooms are ok in general- see specific comment below and pool is a big+. Staff is friendly.

We were 3 friends and 1 room on groundfloor was not smelling nice , smell of water, drainage. We asked for another room which could not be facilitated in same building so she had to go other building. In our opinion the rooms on groundfloor should have been checked upfront on this smell and somewhat flexibility on getting a better room in same building, would have been appreciated. For the rest ok.

Ideal location, friendly staff, amazing shower and air con, comfortable bed with everything you need in the room. This hotel is absolutely spotless throughout and room cleaned daily. The rooftop area is gorgeous with shades you can pull over sunbeds. The pool is an added bonus in this beautiful, hot city. With glass lift and seating scattered throughout, this hotel has it all. A well deserved 10/10 experience. Thank you!!

Breakfast was excellent - delivered to the room every morning - good variety and fresh each day. The location was excellent - very central and easy to get around and see all the sights of Seville. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient.

The room was quite small and the ensuite bathroom had a clear door that gave full view of the toilet - not the best layout or choice of material for the door (an opaque one would have afforded more privacy). The room was directly on to the street and was quite noisy during the day but over night it was much quieter, although we still had to use our earplugs to get a good nights sleep.

The location was perfect, right in the centre! The staff are very friendly and helpful We got a bottle of cava in the refrigerator Room was cleaned to a high standard every day The decor is very nice throughout the hotel The room was small but perfect for a couple on a 4 night city break The shower was sooo good We would definitely stay again!

The doors and windows are not soundproof at all (bring earplugs!) - we could hear doors banging and conversations from the hallway and the room we were in meant we could hear everything going on in the busy street outside.

Nice clean room with a comfy bed and a Nespresso machine. The hotel is right in the middle of the center of Seville, across the corner from one of the main shopping streets.

The room was quite small and the bathroom had a glass door so it was impossible to get privacy. Also, the room itself did not feel very private as it was right on a (nice) patio but not very acoustically isolated so we could hear noises from outside. The pool is very tiny and not so inviting but the rest of the hotel is very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, an accident ruined the end of my stay as someone from the hotel staff came into my room by mistake waking me up at 6.40 am. I understand it was a (brief) mistake because my boyfriend had left earlier so they thought the room was empty, but I was terrified and, although they later explained and apologized (in Spanish), I was still shaken until I left.

This was an outstanding property - modern, contemporary, sleek, efficient, well appointed rooms. It’s a tech hotel (no key card, just a code to enter hotel, your room). This was a perfect location for me. In the heart of Centro yet on the edge of the historic district. Easy walks to main attractions (Eg. Alcazar), great restaurants, shopping and the main Autobus terminal. Staff were exceptionally welcoming (kudos to Tatiana!)

Roof too pool is just a shallow half-lap (but glass bottom !!!) However it works just fine for cooling off after a hot day. No amenities up there yet. WiFi not functional at pool.

Excellent hotel located in the center of seville perfect to discover the city. Cristina? Did my check in, a very friendly and professional young girl. Big room with everything that you need to spend a couple of days on, but the one located on the bottom floor doesn't get too much natural light. The pool on the top terrace is definitely the biggest attraction.

Having a bottle of cold water in the fridge room upon your arrival will be a great touch.

The shower and the ceiling fell with a lot of rubble, we have photos and videos as evidence sent to the hotel, could have hurt if I or anyone of my family was on shower, definitely not a good memory from this hotel. We did early checkout on next day just left the hotel. Staff very friendly not so sure about the management, as they refused to give me refund for the incident who could have harmed seriously anyone who would be in shower, luckily there was no one

Wonderful location in the historic center of Seville, most points of interest for tourists within 10 minutes walking distance, Plaza de España a 24 minute walk away. Nearby (paid) underground parking, but narrow spaces. Staff was excellent, very helpful with local tips. Good breakfast - big quantity. Stylish interior.

Check-in process a bit cumbersome...we were asked to pre-check-in online, including needing to submit passport images and selfie pictures of our group of 5.
