the hotel couldn’t be better situated in the city. the rooms were very spacious, especially by European standards. it’s everything you want a hotel to be: clean, comfortable, great location, nice gym, and pleasant staff.

we stayed here during the week of our wedding and no significant efforts were made. we got two bottles of water and a piece of chocolate. it would have been nice to see them do a little something extra.

We stayed here in June . The location is good , and Staff are just amazing and very knowledgeable . The hotel deco is very tasteful . Breakfast had variety to choose from and well presented . The staff were just unbelievably helpful . We loved interacting with them as we knew they had best interest fo us to have a great holiday. Whatever you need ' just ask ' and if they can't offer it they certainly know someone who can ! We had a great time in Radisson Magdalena. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very spacious, modern, clean and well maintained. The pool even though very small was a great option to refresh during super hot days. The front desk staff helped tremendously with every request, question or issue. Location is superb! A total winner no matter how you look at it.

The hotel's restaurant was closed during our 4 night stay. I wish these closures would be mentioned prior to the arrival. Also, we had to work with the front desk staff regarding rooms requests made prior to the arrival as they were not addressed.

Excellent stay! The location is perfect. We did not have to use public transportation to visit all the most important touristic places in Seville - all of them are within walking distance from the hotel. There are many shops bars and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood has a nice feel to it, the orange trees that we had a view of make a lovely scenery. The corner room was spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly cleaned every day. Even though the windows were facing a square that is quite busy during the day, the amount of noise from outside was minimal and was not inconvenient at all - the room felt quite sound-proof. The breakfast was very good (with delicious coffee and excellent orange juice). The staff was friendly and helpful. I am sure we will be picking this same hotel for our next trips to Seville, and I do think we will be coming back as the city is astonishingly beautiful and magical :)

The staff were great and very helpful. One of them suggested a great place for dinner which we really enjoyed. The location is amazing where you can enjoy the town and most of the attractions are within a walking distance. The room we chose was quite spacious and very comfortable. Our room was cleaned twice daily. Breakfast had limited choices. I would expect more options from a 5 -star hotel. Nonetheless, there was a dedicated corner for gluten free products, something I did not see in many of the hotels I visited. The waiters at breakfast were amazing though. They were pleasant, fast and passed by multiple times to ensure that everything was going well.

The property was full of amenities. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit by the pool and use the exercise room. The pool was quaint. It was a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The exercise room was just enough to feel productive. The availability of mineral water in the exercise room was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The turn-down service felt personal and warming. The service at the concierge was fantastic! The gentleman who brought up and down our bags was so very thoughtful.

The buffet breakfast was fair. The options were not varied. The chocolate cake tasted stale. The (powered) eggs were subpar. The bacon and sausage were cold. The a la carte options were an improvement.

Location was brilliant, everything was 5-20 minutes River, Cathedral,shops and bars. Hotel was contemporary, clean and friendly. Room was excellent, beds comfortable and even though central location, it was so quiet. Pool area is a cool rooftop with wonderful views, pool was quite small but more than sufficient for relaxing.

The breakfast could have been so much better, very average with limited selection of everything, disappointing for the reputation of the hotel on a plus the staff where helpful and charming .

The hotel is in a fantastic location, central to all of the main attractions, of which you can mostly walk to from the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff who were very friendly and hospitable and tended to our every need whether it was directions to a place or booking a trip or car. We stayed for 8 nights and and have a wonderful time in Seville which was made all the better by such wonderful staff. I will definitely return again to this hotel!

An almost perfect 5* hotel. The location is very central, the building is new and full of amenities, and our junior suite exceeded all the expectations about size, design and comfort (and it was quiet too!). All at a reasonable price. We were afraid that there would be too cold in the room due to no heating (as elsewhere in Seville) - so we were happy to discover an electric towel heater in the bathroom, which saved us from freezing in the middle of February!

Just in case the property management wants to raise the bar even higher, here are a few suggestions. Hair dryer is too weak and could be replaced with something more powerful. One of the two elevators only serves the roof but still has buttons for all the floors that do not work - somewhat confusing. Rooftop pool is probably fantastic but it is unfortunately not heated, which makes it useless till April (or even May).

The location and the friendly staff. Front desk staff Sophia and Juan were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. When we told Juan both my son and I were down with food poisoning and were running a fever and so need an air con room, Juan moved us to an air-conditioned Junior suite. We really appreciate the controlled temp room as other rooms are not air con. so, the windows have to be opened and hence noisy. We slept so much better in the junior suit, and we recovered quickly. Sophia was very helpful. When the tour we booked did not turn up, she quickly arranged for another tour so that we did not waste our time of our short trip. It is always the people make a trip more special. We really appreciate the kindness demonstrated by the staff. The location is excellent. Near enough to many great food and places of interest. A noteworthy restaurant to visit is Petra. Excellent food. The best we had in Seville.

to highlight in the web that the rooms are not air conditioned so we can choose an air con room if being in an air con room is important to the traveler.
