Location was excellent and within seconds of loads of eating options. Great list of best restaurants supplied by the hotel. They managed the bookings for you, which is great if do not speak Spanish. Very little English spoken in Seville - good English spoken by the reception staff at the hotel. One Restaurant I attended was a Michelin star restaurant and outstanding! Fabulous Coffee Shop in the Reception area of Room Select. Would definitely return here when returning to Seville!

Would have liked a safe in the room to store personal possessions, passport and money. There was no kettle in the room. However, one was supplied immediately upon request.

It's well located, easy to find, on a quiet street close to 2 piazzas, restaurants, and a shopping street. The staff was super nice and helpful, we even got a recommendation for dinner. The coffee place downstairs was awesome, really nice way to start your day. I also used their lobby, it was such a nice chill zone with stable wifi, highly recommended if you need to work while you're visiting. We also got a private terrace on the rooftop, which was the perfect little location to have breakfast.

The bathroom had a transparent wall, which made it impossible to have a private moment. I understand that it's made to keep the room bright, but it's a bit inconvenient if you don't want to be seen while using the facilities. It would have been nice to have a little fridge to be able to have chilled water.

This Hotel is an absolute gem!! It is fantastically situated within easy walking distance from most of the major sights to see. Triana and Plaza España are a little further away but still possible by foot. A good selection of bars and Restaurants are literally downstairs and I had a hearty breakfast every morning just down the road at the Granada cafe/restaurant for just 5€. Loved the bed and pillows in the hotel, so comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, (my room was cleaned every day). I LOVED this hotel. I was a single traveller and it ticked all my boxes!

I think my room would have been awkward for a couple or friends due to the bathroom being separated from the main bedroom by only a glass door. But… my room was a deluxe Single, so for me it was perfect.

Room Select is superbly located – right in the centre of Seville, just a 5-minute walk from where our taxi dropped us off, as it’s situated within a pedestrian zone. The hotel has a modern, minimalist feel, with all the amenities you’d expect from a quality 3-star stay. I’d describe it as a “concept hotel” – clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a stripped-back aesthetic that still manages to include everything you need for a comfortable and fuss-free stay. I’d previously stayed at a Select property in Madrid, so when I found one in Seville, I knew exactly where I wanted to stay – and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-sized – not too small, not too big – ideal for a weekend break. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. A great choice for those who appreciate modern simplicity and central convenience. Booking.com's photos are factual. Added bonus they have a luggage room, which is becoming harder to find nowadays, especially in Spain!

Everything. No need to ask for towels to be changed. Every day a clean, nice, comfortable room. The hotel is super cozy and beautifully decorated. Hot water, good pressure. A/C and TV. Electronic key and 24/7 reception which is great not to worry about times when walking around and touring the city. Great location and vibe. Ideal for solo travelers or couples who don't want to cook. It was a huge plus to the trip. Would even go with children because the common area is great to sit down and just eat something brought from outside. A nice coffee shop in the entrance tops it all.

The hotel is located in the old city 10 - 20 min walk to all historical attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast is not at the hotel but there are lots of places with a lite to a more substantial breakfast within 100 m. Nice stuff and a clean room. It is easy to come to the address with the airport bus for 5 Euro, which leaves you 10 min away. Ticket for the bus you can buy on the bus and pay cash or with a card. No need to stress to the ticket machine at the bus station. In the old town, I would especially recommend the restaurant "Bar Santa Cruz "Las Columnas", 10 minutes away, in the old Jewish quarter, for its local feeling, tapas, and... prices!!! If you decide to go for - City tour on the red or green buses, I recommend it on the first day(s) to have time to take advantage of some of the walk-guided tours which are included in the ticket (24 Euro).

In a great central location off Sierpes pedestrianised shopping street, within 10 mins of most tourist attractions Real Alcazar, Giraldii Tower, Cathedral, Setas de Sevilla, Santa Cruz. Tram stop 5 mins away. I was travelling solo and felt so safe walking around the city day and night, even along the many narrow streets. Allowed myself to just wander, get lost, go around in circles, but so many interesting places to see. At 007 Tetran there is a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of seats and tables. Modern/Boutique style. The room was lovely..faced an inner courtyard but this meant it was so quiet even though I was in the city centre. Opaque glass to toilet and shower. Great shower, toiletries, I had fresh towels everyday. Comfortable bed. TV. Hairdryer. Lift and stairs. I would definitely stay again if I was on my own or sharing with friend/partner who you don't mind watching in the shower.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was perfect fir my 6 night stay.

I was between trips so I booked this hotel for five days to recharge. The location was perfect! Everything was within two blocks! My room was cleaned and restocked with big fluffy towels every day. My bed had 6 different pillows to choose from and the staff were lovely people. Every day I started with the best coffee latte with a muffin and ended with a glass of white wine at the plaza San Francisco . I recommend Select Tetuan for anyone with expensive taste but conservative budget!! It was beyond expectation!

The location was fantastic. Most things I wanted to do were within a 5-7 minute walk or I could take a 5 min walk to get to the tram station. I stayed in a deluxe single room as a solo female traveller and felt very safe here. The room was comfy and suitable for 1 person but the bed was big enough to relax properly in. Staff were kind and helpful, cleaners were lovely and friendly too. Housekeeping was a lot later than most hotels I’ve been to but that wasn’t a problem once I knew.

Only real thing I would have liked is a safe in the room. I wasn’t bothered by no hotel breakfast, lots of places in the area do a good affordable breakfast. Some other reviews complained about the noise, but I will say yes to that but also it’s kinda no different to if you live in an apartment, you’ll hear people walking to their rooms / if they’re talking loudly in the corridors etc because the place is quite echo-ey. The noise didn’t overly bother me.
