Pools were lovely. Nice and spacious

We weren’t made aware that the spa is separate and an additional charge to use the indoor pool, so to be made aware of that at the start of our trip would have been better.

The design and location of the hotel as well as the kind and efficient help provided by staff. Very good fish buffet and bbq on Saturday.

1) Too less personal work at the La Punta restaurant for dinner causing a very slow service which repeated each time we ate at the restaurant during our 10 day stay. During one dinner we even had to wait for 40min until a waiter family gave us the menu and asked us which drinks we’d like to order. 2) Swimming pool is only accessible scrim 10am onwards which is unfortunate for people like me who like to swim prior to breakfast. I can understand that only from 10am a lifeguard is present, would leave the option to guests to quietly swim prior to 10am at own risk.

Staying at this hotel is like staying at a Resort on a island, but not leaving Barcelona. You would need a car as it is not close to the city, nevertheless they have a free transfer to the beach every day which you can use to go to the city. the views of the Hotel are very beautiful, you have see views and also city view from the garden. There is almost nothing around the Hotel which makes it very calm and nice. The rooms, beds and facilities are very, very comfortable, which makes it easy to like it and to enjoy. its perfect for romance and for family holidays with kids. They have several swimming pools so its never crowded and also the kids pool is amazing. staff was always available and nice. Breakfast was wonderful....there is nothing missing.

Parking wasn’t an issue as lots of space underground. Room and balcony were a good size with a mini fridge in the room. Views were lovely from the balcony. Made use of the shuttle facilities taking guests to and from the beach.

It was a few kilometres outside of Sitges so you need to either drive or make use of the shuttle facilities which were from 11am-6pm on the hour. Otherwise a taxi/bus ride away. It is still advertised as having Tesla destination chargers but this isn’t the case anymore, the Tesla chargers have been removed. We had to pay for charging our vehicle but it was available. The lounge music at the pool was pretty dire.

Hotel room, staff who spoke English, fellow tourists and pools were superb! The views of the sea and golf course and palm trees are amazing. Pool bars and snacks were delightful although not a huge beer or specialty cocktail selection. Also loved the 15-20 min walk to the private beach past huge beach homes and the golf course.

It is expensive to stay here compared to comparable hotels we stayed at in Italy especially on weekends and summer months but it is a 5 star resort on a golf course and cab rides to get here from Barcelona airport are expensive but once here you don’t have to leave. And they really mean no more than 3-4 people per room so larger families like ours had to book 2 rooms. Breakfast was a huge buffet but also required extra $20 Euro per person vs being free in Italy and Portugal and included in the room price for much less for same fare.

Incredibly clean and wonderful hotel. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was delicious however €24 per person a day. Pool opens at 11am and Towels provided by hotel.

Distance from Sitges centre, however staff willing to order you a taxi OR shuttle available 11-6. Food in hotel was highly priced and majority of it very fancy however expected at a 5 star hotel. Pool opening time and shuttle start time quite late in the day

The hotel staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, setting a delightful tone for our stay. Our room surpassed all expectations, boasting an incredible view that left us breathless. The spaciousness of the rooms was remarkable, offering ample comfort throughout our stay. The pool and spa facilities were exceptional, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the delectable breakfast offerings each morning. The bar, accompanied by its friendly staff, provided a wonderful atmosphere for unwinding in the evenings. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic

Lovely room and the excellent staff

Limited pool hours for children when outdoor pool is closed out of season. Would be good if there was an hour available in the morning. Menu was more or less the same for restaurant, bar and room service Items for ‘cooked breakfast’ always seemed to be cold (not those individually prepared by the chef)

I have stayed here 3 times, so that alone states a lot. It's a bit far from the town, but there's a bus stop right outside and the bus costs 2 euros. If you have a car, which i invariably do, it's not an issue. There's plenty of parking onsite. The views over the golf course to the sea or mountains is stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are lovely. The enclosed pool area is one of the best i have experienced for relaxation.

The evening dinner menu is limited and a bit pretentious. If that's what you like, then enjoy. I prefer more traditional fayre, so tend to eat in the restuarants in town. Judging by how few guests eat at the restuarant, i am not alone in this. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The hotel has loads of corporate delegations using their facilities regularly, so they probably don't notice/care that their regular guests don't eat there.

I like the staffs' friendliness and facilities. Pools and deck chairs are perfect. Don't have to rush to reserve the chairs, always there, either in the shade or sun spot. Staffs are always welcoming guests with smile.

Breakfast - we stayed there for 2 weeks and sometimes the veggies are soggy / limey. There were couple days that the coffee capsules ran out, only de-caffein capsules available.
