It was a nice hotel for a short vacation with friends. The staff was mainly nice and the location is really good, just a few meters walking ton the beach and also only a few meters walking to the bars and restaurants.

The pool does not have many sun beds (only six) so most of the time it is not possible to get a place. Also the staff at the pool was not really encouraged.... often we were just standing at the bar waiting to be served while five people washed the dishes. Also the hotel was definitely too pricy for what it was.

Excellent location. There was some outside noise- kids and dogs, but it did not bother me at all. Water was hot. Shower pressure good. AC Cold. Bed comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool was super fun, but it was so, so hot, we could not stay for long. Very short walk to beach and restaurants. The beach was delightful. The water was perfect. I would have liked an extra towel for the beach. The car elevator was WILD.

The wallpaper in the room was peeling. The hallway floor outside the elevator was stained and the hallway was very dark. Both need to be renovated for the price paid.

A friendly welcome and a smooth registration. Our surprise upgrade was perfect. The views and space from the suite and all areas of the hotel made the visit very relaxing. Wonderful sunrise and beautiful sunsets from the bed. The champagne breakfast was a lovely touch. A very central base, easy to go anywhere on foot.

Access to the reception from the room was not clear. Room service was stated on line but no means if choosing or ordering the food in the room. A number on the room card would have been helpful. Gift of daily teabags and coffee would have been appreciated. No bath soap available for a huge double bath. Not even bubbles. Bath mat very small alot of water on the floor.

Great location and staff. Decor is nice but partly impractical. Breakfast really good with excellent selection - recommended. Room spacious with nice views. Lunch at the rooftop was of excellent quality and tasty. Spa treatment was professional and effective.

My 4th time here. Room and bathroom had water stains and smelled a bit moldy. The plants in outside the window were dead / almost dead so visually not so great (better without). Hotel guest not welcome to the rooftop when there is a party for external people. Pool really small with 'chair' sunbeds so don't expect to spend long time by the pool.

Location and the team were excellent. Check in person, Alex, was so helpful and friendly, as were all the team at reception. Loved that we were able to get beach towels and bring them to the beach, nice touch.

THe lift broke which was not too bad for us as on the 2nd floor, anyone higher up was not great for them. Breakfast was a little mad, nice food, not much of selection and team serving were a little chaotic.

Hotel was very impressive, I was very kindly upgraded to a large room with a standalone bath, which was much appreciated. There is a fantastic bar on the rooftop terrace, with great staff. The pool on the roof is also great. All the staff were fantastic, as were the facilities.

The room was quite dark, as were the corridors, could definitely do with more lighting, as it was never brightly lit. This is the only negative to my stay however, everything else was perfect.

the were very small signs of wear and tear on some of the room surfaces and in the spa area but nothing that would detract from what was an excellent stay. I noticed that they were underway with some renovations so imagine that any of these things will be picked up and sorted.

The staff changed our room to the bigger one and on the top flour - the conditioner was not working, but the new room exceeded our expectations. That room had a beautiful view. Thanks for this decision as it changed everything. We've enjoyed our stay a lot. The breakfast in this hotel is amazing!

Our room had non working conditioner, but the issue was fixed by offering a superior room.

Very smart hotel with beatifully desinged rooms and public spaces. Breakfasts were great and I had an amazing Deep Tissue masage in the spa. Also very close to the beach and the stunning old town of Sitges.

My double bed was 2 singles joined together badly that sagged much too much in the middle. My car wouldn't fit in the lift that would have taken it down to the garage unfortunately.

We had drinks on the roof top bar. Excellent We had breakfast in the dining room. Good quality food for a buffett. We had dinner from the restaurant in our room. The food was okay, and was delivered cold. No plate covers. We did not go to the pool or the spa
