We had a ground floor one bedroom apartment with a double room and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. This was perfect for 2 nights off season. Clean and modern decor. The kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk into town with lots of bars and restaurants. If you have a car be aware that there are parking restrictions on the streets, but we were able to find a free spot about 5 mins walk away. You can park overnight right outside but need to be off by 10am.

could do with some mugs instead of the tiny tea cups light comes on automatically at night when you visit the bathroom which can wake others up. bike hire is free but can only be arranged during one hour a day. Insufficient toilet paper for 4 people for 2 nights. limited dishwashing soap.

Very nice and clean 1 bedroom apartment, with balcony and sea view. The facility was recently renovated. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. The distance to the beach and the promenade is +/- 150m. Easy access to the town of Sitges via the promenade. The town is situated 1 km from the facility.

The swimming pool is closed from October 15th despite the warm temperatures in November. Collecting the free bicycles that were made available is somewhat cumbersome. The bicycles must be collected at yet another location where no one is present.

Location was perfect and room was very nice and most important needs were in the room. Air conditioning, balcony, beds and kitchen were nice. We didn't use the pool but it was also nice to have one.

Elevators didn't work while we are checking out. It was actually the only time we really needed them. It has been difficult to take all luggage through stairs from 2nd floor. Water was pooling on the edge of the bathroom sink. This was uncomfortable while using the sink. All the rest was very OK.

The apartment was in a great location . About a 7 min walk into Sitges and a 2 min walk to the beach. The apartment size was perfect and well equipped . We would definitely go back and would recommend it.

The hotel where you pick the keys from is about 2 kn from the apartment . This caused an issue when we arrived late because we couldn’t get a taxi and It was too far to walk . Luckily the lovely reception man took us there in his own car !! He definitely went that extra mile and saved the day. The pool was nice but the grass could do with a cut .

Refurbished to a high standard. Although the bare essentials are supplied it was still deal for us with a 1 year old to cook the basic meals. The location was amazing, very quiet area and only one street away from the beaches and a short walk to shops and the old town centre

you have to buy the rubbish bags and the bins are on the street down a little bit from the apartment. As with all the other reviews the check in is very far away and a bit of a hassle but as we were expecting it was ok.

"Madlen" apartment on the 2nd floor: spotlessly clean; bed firm but comfortable; quiet surroundings; excellent wifi signal. Good quality modern furnishings and equipment and bright, attractive decor. Splendid bathroom with perfect hot shower and a vast supply of towels ! Friendly and efficient check-in procedure at the Sunway Hotel reception.

Microwave oven is in a cupboard with a door which opens at head height - be *very* careful ! - awkward to lift out dishes of hot food. Filter coffee machine rather small and flimsy: OK for one person (I was on my own) but probably not so good for a group; no kettle. Cooking smells from other apartments sometimes seep through the ventilation system. Sliding doors on wardrobe in bedroom did not always run smoothly and sometimes jammed.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the sign-in process easy (even with a late arrival). The accommodation is excellent. It feels new, spacious, and modern. I was highly impressed as the pictures on the site do not do it justice. It is a short walk from the centre. I thought this would be an annoyance, however it made for a lovely stroll in the early evening and then again after the bars and clubs.

It is a long distance to collect your keys - it was an additional EUR10 from the key pick-up to the accommodation. This is far from ideal, and is something anyone should be aware of when booking the hotel. The aircon was inconsistent, and more than once tripped when we were staying there.

Very clean apartment with plenty of room and in a quiet location. Also good value for money.

A little noisy at night with kids in the apartment next door/above - suggest putting families with children on the ground floor or in a separate block. Also, booking in at a separate location was not ideal as it was a bit of a stretch - suggest you give passes for the bus train to/from the hotels.

It was clean and tidy in a quiet area out of the town, with a nice balcony that we sat on a couple of afternoons and read.

Annoying lights that came on via a sensor in the kitchen and bathroom (we covered the sensors to get a good nights sleep) and the shower hose had a split in it.

Having to collect the keys from another place. Staff at the hotel were friendly and polite and very quick at getting us the key. The walk back to the apartment with bags was a bit of a challenge would recommend getting the taxi to wait.
