The rooms were very cute, spacious, with comfortable beds. A/C is working fine. The food at the restaurant is quite tasty. On demand, coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs or omelets at breakfast. The staff was mostly kind and accommodating. The swimming pool is great and occasional passing of ducks or peacocks adds a nice touch.

Restaurant is a bit too pricy. Breakfast could be a bit nicer, the cheeses and preserved meats are low quality

The garden is beautiful, dogs are allowed in the rooms, not crowded hotel. Restaurant was good, good breakfast, clean rooms.

We travelled with 2 kids & 2 dogs. The hotel accepts dogs, but only in the rooms. That we didn't like. If they accept dogs, they should be allowed at least in the garden and pool area. Like this, we were forced to leave the dogs in the room. They have a beach across a busy street. But the beach is wild, somewhat dirty, a bunch of sea grass and stones. It's hard to access. We went with the car to a beach up north, where dogs are accepted.

It's a really fun, eclectic property. We loved all the landscaping, peacocks, tennis and pool and having a good restaurant on site. Also, loved the privacy and size of our space - worked well for four people. The decor/photography is modern and edgy - the whole property has a nice vibe. Food and service were great. I like the big closets. Parking was also good.

No major areas of dissatisfaction.

This was our 2nd stay here. Find it very relaxing and love the garden/nature vibe. Tasty food, if a little expensive, but the Sterling/Euro exchange rate not good for UK travellers at the moment. Great location (short drive) for Tumbao kite surfing beach.

Found our mattress a little on the hard side. Love the use of the vintage and mid-century furniture in our room but the fabric on the sofa/armchairs was very stained. The fabric could do with being properly cleaned or changed.

Spacious, large room (Junior Suite). Very pleasant and helpful staff. Easy going. Lovely to have several peacocks wandering around the grounds and very tame. Joyous, but they can be a bit noisy if that bothers you! Food very good.

Could not fault the hotel. However, Tarifa town, which is lovely, is about a 10-minute drive away, and difficult to park, and of course not advisable to drink and drive. Nowhere really that you can walk to nearby, but having said that you could happily spend all your time in and around the hotel and grounds. The nearby beach is a bit difficult to access if you are not fit or have mobility problems.

Restaurant food and service; housekeeping, friendliness of staff and immediate response to our request for a table and chairs in our room. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. We didn't use the pool on this visit as it was a bit too chilly.

It was lovely to have a bath, as requested but would have been nice to have some toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) to hand in that area; I had to go and buy some. Also, a shelf or table in that area to put things on would be useful as would a chair by the table in the bedroom so that it could be used a dreding table.

Rooms were good, clean and spacious. Pool area is basic but large and perfect for families. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice, with some superb wine fairly priced.

Hotel staff could and should have been more friendly - some were and some were not. Was not even asked about my stay when we checked out. Breakfast was only ok and had to queue at counter for coffee/tea. Breakfast area could also have been set up to be more welcoming, in the way the garden is for dinner. Bar area (same as for breakfast) could be much nicer with some effort.

This hotel is perfect in every way. The rooms are spacious, clean, nicely done out with little a terrace and a private garden. The Swimming pool is big with lots of sun beds. The garden is beautiful, providing a perfect space to relax in and watch the Peacocks wondering around. With Tarifa and Bolonia Beach just a short drive away I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something away from the main tourists trails further up the coast.

We only had one sunlounger in our garden, however, i am sure we could have got another one if we had asked.

Very nice bungalows embedded in a beautiful and very well maintained resort. Bungalows are spacious, quiet and offer privacy. Easy acces to the bungalows by car (handy if you have a lot of Windsurf-Gear to take care of). The backdrop is a beautiful rocky hill, and the beach is very close either by foot of by car if you carry a lot of gear.

Very good southern location. Great facilities in the hotel, like pool and tennis courts. A great restaurant in the evening. 5 min walk from the beach.
