The property is close to the ferry and as our trip was linked to a trip to Morocco the location was ideal. The hotel was lovely, bright, clean and very comfortable with all the expected amenities.

One of my selection filters was for available parking. It would have been helpful for the parking instructions to be provided as what was required was to stop at the hotel, unload and a staff member would guide you to offsite parking. This was all fine and the parking was secure but on a small busy street when you are looking for attached parking it created some confusion.

In a great central location. Room is basic but comfortable.

The property is advertised as having parking. However, this is off site and about 2km from the property (we were escorted to take our vehicle to and from a locked garage). Not a problem but something to consider if you need to access your car easily during your stay. The building is lovely with many historical touches. During our stay there was constantly lots of dirty laundry piled up all over the stairs to and from our room. Not only unattractive, but also a potential trip hazard.

Everything was neat and comfy and the room was spacious.

The noise from the pipes from other rooms or when the crew is doing the cleaning of adjacent rooms is something to consider if you have a light sleep. The room does not have desk or working space. The night table have an extensive piece but not sturdy enough to work on it. Beside those two details everything was very good.

Restaurant on-site was closed out of season. Breakfast provided at a cafe a short walk away. Hot water in shower was short. Our rooms overlooking the street created too much light at night. Avoid these in summer when noise will increase, too.

Great location close to the old town. Parking is available at an additional cost. It is very secure. Very clean room.

Room size is a little small. But has everything you need. Our room (106) has a flexible shower base! Bit of a safety hazard.

The location is fantastic and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I booked a non-refundable date and realized 10 minutes later that it was the wrong day- called the hotel and a really nice man helped me to change it at no charge. The breakfast was great, the room quiet, and the bed comfortable - it's a lovely space, especially as they have incorporated the old convent walls. Couldn't ask for a better location for dining/ drinks and shopping and the back garden is perfect for getting away from the crowds to have a nice quiet nightcap at the end of the day. We'll be back!

Everything, the location was awesome, the room was generous in size and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive. The furnishings were tremendous and the gym was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel, clean and easy walk to the Old Town. Great breakfast in downstairs restaurant. Very short walk to the ferry if interested in going to Tangier.

A lovely building in a great location to explore Tarifa.

One of the staff seemed to feel we were an inconvenience. A small issue as the others we interacted with were very warm and helpful.
