Very cosy and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Water dispenser with glass bottle and glasses available to guests. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Welcome maps of Toledo with recommendations. Very good quality but limited breakfast served. Just next to the river and dining area. Close to orange zone parking. Fast WIFI. Photos from the offer represent reality in the rooms.

The only thing we didn’t like were thin walls. You could hear literally everything from other rooms. Ear plugs would help anyone who needs quiet to sleep.

The check in process is very streamlined and easy, with good instructions, as long as you have Whatsapp, even when there is no one at the desk. The hotel is in a quiet, picturesque area right by the river, but very close to all the attractions, which are easily within walking distance, through beautiful parts of the residential district, though it is pretty steep. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and there is 24-hr access to drinks and snacks (reasonably priced!), and a nice breakfast is provided for a very reasonable fee! I also love that the hotel practices sustainability and is environmentally aware.

There is parking available on weekends (when we were there), but I imagine finding parking (free or otherwise) would be a challenge during the week. Certainly wouldn't keep us from booking again, but it is something to prepare for.

I liked everything about the place. I made an upgrade for a double room as I prefer to have a bit of space. The room was very clean, well designed to allow to store personal belongings. The host was super nice, friendly, providing all the explanation. The location is also awesome - between the nature and the historical centre. Only few steps from the Tago river so you are not exposed to the tourist crowds and only 8min walking distance from the Cathedral.

Beautiful location, next to the river and still only 10min walk from city center. And a lovely walk along the river from the main train station. Cosy. Amazing host Juan - he sent me message during my stay just to check up on me. So very nice touch that has never happened to me before. Highly recommended.

Poor WIFI.

The room was really confortable with an amazing sunny balcony where you could relax and hear the birds and water running on the river. Really great location next to nature walks and excellent for a relaxed weekend away. Staff was really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Bathroom could be cleaner - there were some hairs left in bathroom floor.

Very nice room. Location is close to the river and the center, quite convenient (but consider taking a taxi if you arrive by train). Good value für money.

Not sure why it's called "Eco": shower gel, soap in little plastic bottles, towel taken away after one use, breakfast items also in little plastic containers. Cushions are green, though, and there's some plants.

Laid back attitude. Easy check in and out. Free water upon arrival. Quietness.

Hygiene products claim to be eco-friendly, but for who knows a bit better, the ingredients aren't more than your average cheap shampoo or shower gel. I would suggest to have refillable units attached to the bath wall and use bulk eco shampoo and gel. Our window faced a wall. It should be detailed during booking and this room should be a lower rate.

The location is outside the crowded city center which I loved. The view from my room was Great! I enjoyed it. The room was very clean. The attention from the staff was excellent. The atmosphere from reception was relaxing and related to nature, which I loved!

Fortunately, the hotel was not full but I could hear the noise from reception-like voices. Nothing else, everything was great!

Many roads in Toledo are steep so be prepared for strenuous walking. However, pedestrian access to museums and churches is good.

There is a cafetaria in the basement and for guests it is self service!!! Also cold water (free) at the reception which you can take to your room. And if you like a nice quiet walk under the trees along the river Taag; at 50 meters from the hotel entrance. No negatieve comments at all; a really nice and perfect place!
