The location was perfect, the room was exceptionally quiet.

The fact that despite booking a parking spot in advance, we were told on the arrival that there was no availability.

Good location in Toledo, especially if you arrive by car as they have a underground parking lot behind the hotel. Friendly staff.

Paper cups in the room. not nice to drink coffee or wine from paper cups. The breakfast was a weird experience. Instead of normal buffee, you need to select French, English or Spanish option, without knowing what you get, then you must pay for extras. Parking lot was very narrow that if you have a bigger car, like I do, you’ll end up scratching it -like I did.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful (I am a wheelchair user) and there was an exceptional breakfast each morning. My accessible room was well appointed and of a good size. I had a really great stay and would highly recommend.

It would be better to have an accessible entrance open 24/7 as I had to telephone to reception to get into the building every time I came back. Please put a buzzer/bell at street level to attract attention, as the buzzer is currently up a step and I could not reach it.

This is a lovely, quiet hotel, in a great location within the Jewish Quarter near the Monastery, the old synagogues, San Tome church, the old walls, and the El Greco museum. The walk to the Cathedral and other central sites takes just 15 minutes or so. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable as well as spacious, with great beds. There are only three floors, but there is an elevator.The breakfast is great.

There is hardly any noise from nearby rooms, but the doors close noisily. That was no problem at night, since everyone seems to go to sleep early, but can wake you up if you want to sleep in.

I liked everything about the Hotel. Foyer and reception decorated extremely well. All staff we had dealings with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic much better than the usual all buffet breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious with a jacuzzi bath and mirrored wardrobes nice and roomy. The Hotel is in a great location and we also had a lovely view of the Town from our room. We will definitely go back to Toledo and will stay in this Hotel, as well as recommending it to others.

There was nothing we didn’t like and cannot think of anything that would have improved our stay.

Hotel: Nice, clean and almost like new hotel. Location in the old Town, city center...but a steep (15min) walk to the heart of the town. Not a problem, but be sure to wear the right shoes. Decoration is "local" meaning swords, Knight Armour, old paintings and so on. But all in a modern style, not old fashioned. Check-in by a very friendly receptionist who provided us with a lot of information. Very good, we felt welcome from the first minute. Parking (spacious) present which is a great + in the City center. Room: Good size, clean and well maintained. Big bed with great mattress. Air-conditioning working well (it was 38⁰ outside) but didn't shut off when temperature reached. Bathroom: decent size, all amenities present (even Rituals products), clean and well maintained. Restaurant: First evening in the "real" restaurant, second evening in the "coffee corner like" restaurant because the real restaurant was closed. Unfortunately no one of the staff told us about the closed restaurant (opening hours indicated an open restaurant). A pity, should be communicated to the guests at least one day before. Same menu, same prices which to me was a little odd. Waitress was very friendly. Restaurant food: is of good quality, modern and not typical Spanish. Prices moderate. But to my opinion it's not good to serve the same appetizer of the house 2 days in a row. Variation is a plus. One personal tip; don't use so many goat cheese with the foie, it overruled the beautiful taste of the foie. Breakfast: Because of the low occupancy the breakfast was served mixed, partly "a la carte" with a choice of Spanish, English, French and Healthy and partly as a buffet with sweets yogurt and so on. A good solution. Quality good. Overall: good place to stay if you don't mind the walk (15min) to the city center and if you need a place to park!

Everything is more than perfect. Amazing hotel is placed in great location near to all Toledo attractions and has everything what you need during the staging in Toledo. I’d really recommend for all to accommodate this hotel who visit Toledo

Personally, I found out myself to pay a little bit expensive price 18€ for American / large English breakfast with various meals though I prefer only Continental Breakfast. So it was unpleasant experience.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the restaurant staff, especially Deborah, were really nice and accommodating......😀

The staff at the front desk were lacking in warmth and welcoming without a smile, and upon returning from exploring the beautiful city the same evening, we asked a simple question about the hotel restaurant and the gentleman told us to go ask the restaurant ourselves.....

Everything was 100% perfect. Rarely do I find nothing to complain about but this is the occasion when nothing was wrong. Objectively, if you have an SUV, you'll find Toledo a challenge and the garage of the hotel also a challenge. For everyone else it's perfect. The attached restaurant was excellent but do reserve in advance. The breakfast was genuinely good. The hotel is to modern standards but in an old flour factory, so it has charm.

Lovely room, beautifully decorated. The look and ambience of the hotel is great. The location is ideal for exploring Seville. The room and facilities were always spotlessly clean. The breakfast is amazing. The small rooftop pool is a nice touch and the view from there and rooftop terrace is fantastic.

The rooftop terrace says you can order drinks from the reception to be delivered up there and asks you not to bring outside drinks in. However both times we ordered a drink, they did not arrive and we ended up canceling the order after returning to our room some 30 minutes later. Minor quibble, but something for the hotel to look at as the current system is not working.
