What a great place…awesome roof terrace overlooking the old town, and the most beautiful foyer area before you get to your room.

No coffee/tea/fridge. But we wouldn’t let that stop us from recommending this hotel

-Very good and helpful staff; -hotel situated in the old city center, near all "must visit" places; -hotel has a terrace with incredible views; -the rooms are well soundproofed, it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, but when we went down for breakfast we realized that we were not alone😅 -the breakfast is very good, more that I could eat😅 -the hotel has parking 14 EUR / day

It is very difficult to drive up to the hotel, the streets of the old city are very narrow, it is difficult to get in by car, and even worse to get out; unfortunately, there is a scratch on the car as a memory of Toledo.

We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be beat - it was in the old town but away from bars so it felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us get a taxi when we left. It’s an old building, and some may say dated but I think it has a charm to it. Amazing roof terrace with unbeatable views of old Toledo day and night!

The building is old -so it isn’t well insulated and you can hear other people upstairs and through the walls. But no street noise, so once everyone is asleep it’s ok but I’d recommend ear plugs if sensitive to noise (I did and was fine).

Wonderful location and the building full of atmosphere. Angel, part of the management team, was very helpful and encouraging when I needed help.

It was very convenient to breakfast in the hotel with very flexible times. It was good to be served at our table. But, the clatter in the serving area was unpleasant as it was right next to the seating area. Also the lack of variety of cereal or egg dishes was a shame. The croissant was too big and sticky to be a croissant! The breakfast could offer a choice of cheese, fruit or bread.

Excellent location close to the cathedral. Ability to park the car in one of it's 2 underground car parks - although getting in and out is a tight fit - be aware that the streets are VERY narrow! Breakfast was table served by 3 ladies - the large chocolate cake that they served certainly filled you up! This is the 2nd time I've stayed there - this time we discovered the roof terrace - you have to go up a spiral staircase and across a roof to get there - has a wonderful view of the cathedral at night - as well as the hundreds of swifts and swallows catching insects above your heads!

Only problem was the 2nd night our next door neighbor talking loudly on his phone on his balcony at one o clock in the morning - had to get out of bed and tell him to be quiet - nothing the hotel could do about it but a ruined nights sleep.

We've been to Spain several times, this is one of the best hotels we've had. Bathroom was spacious for Spain. Had blow dryer, had air conditioning but we didn't use. Had space to stow suitcases. Very clean. Staff were wonderfully helpful and mostly spoke English. Sheets changed every other day. Breakfast onsite was good but a little pricey. What's hard to convey about this hotel is that you feel like you're staying in an art museum. Plus, do NOT miss the wonderful roof top area, you can go there, have a drink and see most of Toledo at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor and there was a bit of street noise. Really, there is nothing else we didn't like.

The location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and roof deck make this property special. I woke up early and through my window watched light of the sunrise dance on cathedral and rooftops. It’s worth it in my opinion to pay more money for a room with a view but we got 2 rooms for our family of 4 and my husband and son took the larger room on a lower floor with windows without a view and enjoyed the extra space and couch. So both room types have advantages. The breakfast was a good value as well; it felt almost homemade. And there were lots of friendly women preparing it. AC worked well. Room darkening shutters blocked out all light.

Very central near to Cathedral, rooms were large and comfortable. Although an old hotel refurbishment has been very tastefully done keeping a lot of original character. Breakfast was excellent, A little yoghurt starter followed by a generous tostada with choice of toppings, a croissant, and fruit, and coffee. Lovely roof terrace with views of cathedral. Very enjoyable stay not too far from centre of Toledo.

I am used to driving narrow roads in Wales, but be careful if you have a big car. Didn’t think my Honda Civic was big but these streets are extremely narrow, and even the garage could be tricky and especially if you have an suv. Staff were very helpful helping us park. A bar would have been nice but there are some within comfortable walking distance.

On site underground parking garage. Staff very helpful coming out to direct getting car in and out in light of narrow spaces and difficult corners. Desk staff very frrendly. Location good, short walk to cathedral. My room had windows and small balconies on two sides with wooden shutters (nice) but some increase in street noise. Elevator. Rooftop terrace with view which I was told about day after check in.

No Refrigerator and/or coffee making facilities in room. This room had very small bathroom and shower. (problem with room I reserved apparrently so I was moved to this room but room charge was discounted)

Convenient location to tourist attractions, yet situated in a quiet area, friendly reception and service (we needed a taxi to the station and the receptionist did an extra check to ensure that the taxi service was genuine before we got in, which was very appreciated), breakfast was good

Location is good, though we would strongly recommend taking a taxi from the station and back if one is coming via public transportation (taxi ride fees are quite affordable).Air-conditioning was a bit noisy; could not change the temperature
