1. The rooms are really clear. 2. The best view are rooms in front of the sea (only suits rooms) and on the swimming pool. If you book a deluxe room, the view can be not so good with a piece of the sea and parking an 3. The waiters are super nice. Thanks to a female waiter on the rooftop (not level). 4. Changing a room was quite easy. The receptionist wasn’t annoyed with this thing (as some receptionists do in other hotels). 5. You can enjoy time in this hotel not even going outside. Several spots to sunbathe if you’re bored with the same view. Several bars, massage …

1. I was in April. Only one rooftop is open, another is for people from suit. Anyway I checked this “VIP” rooftop too and on Friday night it was empty and less fun. So what’s the reason to do that? Probably it work for high season when there are a lot of guests. 2. At dinner menu there is no coffee or tea. Well, I don’t drink alcohol every day. I don’t drink sugar sparkling drinks at all (coca cola, Fanta etc). So my option can be only water which is strange. Also at dinner you need to pay for drinks even your dinner is included.

Comfortable beds. Great Balcony and views. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very good restaurant on the beach. Beach lounges across the street, ocean was beautiful in this area. Top notch breakfast. Good area for walking around the town. Totally worth it.

Sending a personal message to property about one rude employee. All others were very helpful.

Amazing location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views from the rooftop. Overall a good hotel.

You can hear everything from the rooms next door :(, breakfast had almost no veggies and very little fruits which is surprising for such a high standard hotel.

The hotel is across the beach, stunning views, the room we had was spatious. Food is very good, also we enjoyed the evening entertainment. The pool is quite small- at least the one with access for all ages.

First of all- we found a sum of money in the room, most likely from the previous guest, and, even if we asked several times if they managed to return it, we got no answer. When asked for a late check out, we had to ask three days in a row and, in the end, it was not possible. They offer a room for guests after check out to change and shower, really nice idea, but we had to wait like 20 minutes after the time booked for reception to decide which room to give. Quite challenging when you have a flight to catch.

I've stayed in 4* hotels before and this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived at the calm reception with friendly staff, too the sea view room with the fantastic views, We opted for breakfast, and the choice was outstanding - at least book breakfast here. The super friendly restaurant team and waiters were brilliant, and very accommodating. We decided also to try the evening buffet and for the price I expected less - but again the choice was overwhelming. We had initially only booked for a couple of days but enjoyed so much I changed my flights so we could have another night here and the reception team were super helpful organising and whilst we couldn't stay in the original room, we were upgraded to a better room. The bar had nightly entertainment, and whilst we didn't 'stay' in it looked like a good night with entertainment. Oh - go to the terrace on the roof with the pool and bar - this was like a oasis and fantastic during the day when the sun was glowing. Don't overlook this hotel.

Only 1 point - why no coffee or tea in the room when you provide kettles and cups etc and a mini bar? Minor point in a fab hotel I suppose but would still have been good to have.

Location: next to a beach, local shops and cafes. you need to cross the road to get to the beach, but it is not too busy. Parking: always were able to find a slot (free) next to their conference centre in the evening. busy lunch time Staff: super friendly and helpful. Breakfast: definitely meets the expectations of a 4star hotel, eg good food selection, fresh orange juice, open kitchen cooking Room: comfortable bed with 3 different types of pillows in the level junior suite. Rituals toiletries. The Level: lovely relatively calm place to relax; breakfast served there until 12pm; light snacks and drinks (and cava-wine) until 7pm; open bar with more snacks until 9pm; then back to light snacks until 10-11pm FYI: Beach: you can use your pool towels; sunbeds €7

Door keys/cards: they stop working often. although we did our best to keep them away from our phones and other cards, every day we needed to go back to tower 1 to the reception to recharge them. annoying as it is not just a short walk down. Noise/insulation: not good. In a corridor you can hear people taking shower/ toilet. several times we were waken up by people moving furniture upstairs Bathrooms: are a bit dated, so there are elements that do not look clean. also bad small on one occasion from the pipes Terrace: amazing views, but sunbeds are old/ not clean The Level: lovely; nice if you prefer a pool to beach; not sure it is worth your money if you do not drink much alcohol as the selection of snacks between 12-7pm is limited

Beautiful Hotel with view over the beach. The public parts of the hotel were beautiful and modern,it felt they were freshly refurbished. The staff was very nice and helpful, great hospitality. The room was spacious, clean with large shower and good amenities. We had selected half board and both breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with great choice and good quality food. The rooftop offers nice views of the coast. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.

There was a bit of a gap between the door and floor so we could hear noises from the corridor. Same for insulation between rooms which was not optimal.

Breakfast was adequate the usual continental spread, for English breakfast lovers the sausages and bacon weren't the real macoy but otherwise OK. Rooms were spotlessly clean, well equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge packed with drinks and snacks. The pools were well supplied with loungers and deck chairs and the rooftop pool, our favourite one, had a bar with sitting area serving hot and cold snacks. The views of the surrounding area and beach from up there was amazing. Oh must not forget to mention the staff who were friendly and cordial at all times.

The pools were on the smallish size but still nice. The revolving door at entrance I found annoying but that's just me and just to try and get the line to green the bath towels in the room I found too big and heavy lol.

I loved the location of the hotel. Right on the beach and nestled between restaurants and gift shops. Walking distance to town and all the bars and attractions.

This is one of those enormous all inclusive hotels with a rooftop pool on one tower and another rooftop pool on the other tower. We were allowed to use only one of the two. 👎🏻 The room I was given that corresponded with my booking was small and the partial ocean view was so partial it was 20% only. I changed rooms for a corner junior suite in the front of the building with 160° views of the Mediterranean and it was great! The upgrade cost me an additional 80 euros a day and that was fine. However, whoever strayed in the suite prior to my arrival must have spilled a bottle of cologne because the room had a heavy stench of cologne that wouldn’t go away for the entire 4 days we were there.
