Checking in,in July I expected the hotel to be busy. I've stayed several times this year and most things tick the boxes but I will say as a Michelin star chef the food is deplorable. On average in July( when I stayed) that should have seen a full house. Your restaurant was sitting at a 10 % "Occupancy in your restaurant. Your restaurant management and chefs need removed and a breath of fresh air invigorated to make your restaurant work. They're board and lack interest which was clear to see. Each morning at breakfast they were cramming dishes under there arms and dropping and smashing. (unprofessional) I'm a friend of Gordon Ramsey. Your hotel is let down by the quality of food. The music you play is also boring. If you show a 4 star rating this must reflect right across the board. Bottom line, if you want your business to work drop me an email. Lunch time people want pizza, pasta, dressed salad baked potato. Coleslaw. Not stewed rabbit, Braised deer.,unimaginable fish dishes swamped in tomato sauce. You have it all wrong. This surely reflects in your profit margin. Time for your staff to go and invigorate a new concept. The name is Brian Houston and I have a team behind me who can turn your restaurant round.

Great selection of food for breakfast, fresh omelettes were made each morning to order. Room was spacious and clean. Good facilities including gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and jacuzzi on the roof.

Wifi was easy to connect to but the strength and speed of wifi could be improved. At times when we went to the pool e.g. 11:30am there were no loungers left. Lots of people had towels out reserving loungers but hours later they still weren't using the lounger.

We had a lovely spacious room with a sea view and everything was very clean, with a firm but very comfy mattress. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Shower was EXCELLENT, could have stood in there for hours. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety of options, including non-dairy milk etc. Decent enough food and good nespresso coffee! We weren't there for long so didn't get to use the pool or spa but they looked lovely. The hotel was just a few mins walk to the beautiful beach and beachside restaurants, etc.

Only negatives for us were: 1) the hairdryer was rubbish, cutting out every few mins, which made drying my hair quite an arduous task! 2) we did spot a few ants on plates in the dining room which was a little disconcerting 3) pillows were a bit crap but that's always the case in Spanish hotels!

Great hotel in a very convenient location, very clean and staff were always accommodating. Room and bathroom both nice and big. 2nd stay and would return again.

Surprised to be charged for a travel cot when the booking always included an infant, and 'children's hours' for the indoor pool were a bit limiting.

We had a junior suite which was nice, We did have to ask for a kettle and some cups for making coffee. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The location was very central to both beach and town centre and train station.

We had stayed there before so we knew what to expect. Lunch options and quality could be improved but were acceptable never the less.

10/10 loved every minute of my stay. Hotel spotless... Food A1 staff and service also A1. On our final day we did not get our taxi until 4pm and we were told that we could leave our bags and use the facility which was just fantastic and so appreciated. The girl at reception rang our taxi for us it was just brilliant.

There was nothing about it that I did not like it was a fab spot

everything was perfect, fantastic friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble , the food was exceptional, lots of variety, good location just walk out hotel and beach in front , lots of great restaurants to choose from , will be going again

nothing , would be nice to have tea or coffee sachets in room , but that is not a problem

Met my expectations, very good breakfast, the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Outdoor pool was closed at the end of February (too cold) but the indoor pool was pretty cool - it is small though, more of a "spa" type of bigger jacuzzi rather than a proper swimming pool. Gym is alright too

My room was on the 1st floor and facing directly a high wall of the building next door - very dark and cold, hardly any daylight in, forget about any view at all. They moved me to a 4th-floor room and that one was perfect.

Friendly, helpful staff were always ready to promptly handle an issue. Marina on reception was a total delight. Rooms were bright, spacious and very well appointed. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel very kindly upgraded our room and sent up chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. The facilities were superb and included a heated indoor pool and small, well equipped gym on the second floor. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Any travellers should use the back exit of the hotel to access Torremolinos centre itself and the train station. With a train running every 20 minutes the short 20 minute trip to Malaga is a must for some sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to retuning in the very near future. I couldn't think of a single fault. A genuinely lovely hotel. The main pool area was lovely and while the water was very cold it was extremely refreshing after a day in the sun.

Everything about our experience here was amazing! First of all the staff were so friendly, the hotel was lovely and clean and our room was perfect. We had breakfast included and they had such a wide variety to suit everyone and it was delicious! Such a convenient location, really easy to get to from the airport by train and only a few minutes walk to the beach! Lovely sun roof with a jacuzzi and loungers which was so relaxing! Would 100% come back here! Thank you to the lovely staff :)
