It was the perfect location. The rooms were clean and modern.Staff were all very friendly and helpful We had a wonderful 2 night break away.

Nothing everything was as expected. Although if we had been staying for longer than 2 nights, the room would have been on the small side. If staying for more than a couple of nights, I would suggest booking one of the larger rooms.

The hotel is new, about 200 meters from the beach and it's easy to find. The room was clean but really small, with only one window facing the corridor, which made me worried about leaving it open at night. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean, but the room size and strict rules about eating were unexpected.

It was weird to find out that eating in the room could lead to a 200 Euro fine.

Whilst the location was central and access to the beach was very close and easy, it was very difficult to get to the town centre as you have a huge amount of steps to climb and would not be suitable for elderly or people with disabilities. I have no problem with the hotel itself it was great and has its own elevator.

Room was tidy and balcony was only for one I booked the best room but this was too small. Silly posts around bed were ridiculous in such a small room

Decor was very opulent and everything so clean, fresh towels everyday and room sparkling. Water in fridge on arrival was very welcomed as was the AirCon and the fan on the ceiling light, as it was 37deg heat at peak of holiday. Location was superb, especially if you like the beach. It’s just across the road, literally and the El Vero Playa beach restaurant and sun bed’s were definitely the best at €8 p/p per day. This restaurant was the cleanest out of all on the strip and the food excellent. The Italian restaurant in the Piazza de San Miguel is just the best! Went there 3 times, that’s how good it was! Such authentic Italian cuisine. El dorado restaurant right across from the hotel was fab for tapas… best salads. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but the Cozy Inn cafe/restaurant with is just up to the right and around the corner was fabulous and so clean, great breakfast for 2 for average of €16. Perfect location for a beach chilled out holiday. 2 minutes walk to watch the sunrise and 5 minutes walk to the centre if you like the buzz and shops. There’s a lift for €0.50 each way but the steps are very easy, not a hard climb if able bodied. Will definitely return. Very quiet hotel, shower room available after checkout so we got to maximise the last day.

The pubs in the area were a little underwhelming. Lots of choice further away, so not a problem at such. Probably helped with the serene atmosphere from 11pm on. Wind down and everything closed between 12 midnight and 1am for sure.

My recent stay at Hotel Perla del sur was nothing short of exceptional. Cleanliness is paramount to me when choosing accommodations, and I was delighted to find that the hotel exceeded my expectations in this regard. The rooms were impeccably maintained, with every corner exuding freshness. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring that the premises were spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredible value offered by the hotel. Despite its prime location and excellent amenities, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of travelers. The combination of quality and affordability truly sets this hotel apart from the rest.

ALTHOUGH A LITTLE HARD TO FIND TO START WITH THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION - ONCE I WHATS-APPED THEM THEY GAVE US EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS. THE GUYS LOOKING AFTER FRONT DESK WERE REALLY HELPFUL - FROM SHOWING US OUR ROOM, HOW TO GET WIFI, WHERE THE AREAS TO VISIT WERE, THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WE HAD WAS QUITE SMALL BUT REALLY WELL EQUIPPED WITH BALCONY, AIR CON AND FAN, SAFE, FRIDGE, HAIRDRYER - TOILETRIES - IT WAS VERY GOOD VALUE AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH FOR NICE LONG FLAT WALKS WITH PLENTY OF PALCES TO EAT AND RINK - IT WAS ALSO NEAR MANY SHOPS AND EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO THE TRAIN STATION, WE CAUGHT THE TRAIN BACK TO THE AIRPORT.

THERE IS A LIFT FROM THE OLD TOWN TO THE HOTEL WHICH WE ONLY FOUND ONCE CONTACTING THE HOTEL, WE WALKED THE STEPS WITH OUR LUGGAGE THE FIRST TIME! IT IS ONLY 50C A PERSON AND WORTH USING - IF ARRIVING WITH MORE LUGGAGE A TAXI WOULD BRING TO THE BEACH SIDE OF THE HOTEL WHERE IT IS COMPLETELY FLAT TO RIGHT OUTSIDE.

We really liked this hotel! The check in was smooth and our room was very clean and nice with a big bed, lovely bathroom and super aircon! The two people who cover reception (man and woman - sorry I didn’t get your names) were really friendly and helpful (we borrowed beach towels). The wifi was strong but it’s one of those systems which you have to log in after every time your device switches off, and also one where you have to put the password in then agree to T & C’s too….so you can’t connect a chrome cast to it and then the tv. For such a modern hotel I was a little disappointed that the Toshiba TV wasn’t a smart one….so no Netflix / YouTube / Streaming etc….so we watched our iPads instead. We did however liked the way that the hotel had usb plugs for charging our phones / tablets and also that you could stream music to the speakers in the ceiling. Locationally, this hotel is right down by the beach so very central. Theres an area on the hotel roof where you can sit and get the sun if you like…although I don’t think the hotel has developed this area to it full potential…as this space could be amazing. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Room was tidy, was not expected to have such good conditions as a 2 star hotel. Owners were very nice and sent us a video with instructions how to enter the hotel as we arrived late in the night and always made sure we have a good time. Very close to the beach and the elevator towards the center. The matress is hard and i loved it and very nice pillows. I would definetly recommend to anyone searching for a good sleep and positioning towards the city's main attractions.

Honestly, the best hotel we've been to! Lovely, clean hotel with such amazing service. Everything was top-notch and could not have been nicer. In the rooms, you'll find a safe, kettle, towels, shower gel, soap, fridge, complimentary tea and cold water. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Towels and sheets changed daily. Beach towels are available free of charge. The hotel has luggage storage and a separate bathroom with a shower that you can use after a day at the beach if you have an evening flight. We didn't need to use it but how amazing is to have that as an option!! A very nice beach is just 2 min walk down the street. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, truly incredible and worth every penny.
