It was a pleasant suprise to find we were outside the centre of Torrevieja, in a lovely area, overlooking the sea, with wonderfull views from our room. There were local bars/ restaurants within a short walking distance. The parking at the hotel was very convenient, not underground, and quite cheap. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Potentially, getting in and out of the shower in the bath was dangerous because it was a slippery surface in the bath. There was a handrail on the wall of the bath, but this wasn't always convenient to use.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bartender on Saturday night was a great guy and worked really hard on his own serving a dinner and dance party and a very special thanks to Lola the receptionist for all her help. The cleaning staff for the room were so friendly and happy which you do not see in the UK.

A good hotel with some great views over the city. The staff was helpful and the restaurant has a above average menu. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is a bit from the town center and there is a 15 minute walk to the next store, however there is a vending machine in the lobby with snacks and sodas.

Very good selection of hot and cold breakfast. The location was spectacular I enjoyed a sea view from my room , which I did not pay extra for . As I have a lower back disc problem, I did appreciate the firm supportive mattress, similar to an orthopedic bed. But can understand some people prefer something softer . Nevertheless woke up refreshed with no back issues

The hot food selection, consisted of very salty sausages and bacon, which I had to leave. The quality was not very good. Otherwise everything else was very good. Finally for English speaking clients, other than BBC world service , all entertainment channels was dubbed in Spanish. Also no Sky Satelite channels either . It does seem television in the rooms are aimed Spanish guests rather than international guests, considering the name “Masa international Hotel “ should be international. Masa has an office in the hotel selling properties to international clients, which they are famous for over the years. But no international TV

The first receptionist(male) who booked me in wasn't as friendly or helpful as all the others I encountered. I was disappointed there was no dining service, apart from breakfast. Not sure this was made clear when I booked. Despite paying a lot for the best views in the hotel, which they were, I was disappointed that my balcony was quite narrow and had no privacy, where Iwas overlooked by a neighbouring guest. Although my bed was comfy it squeaked whenever I moved. The room was large and had all I needed in it, but the furniture was a bit out dated.

I had the best room and the best view in the hotel! The views were superb! The room was large and the bed comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent! All but one of the reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. I loved the pool and all the outside areas. Having tea and coffee making facilities in the room was brilliant, especially when a kind receptionist gave me a jug of milk!

The breakfast menu was varied, with full English style cooked food, breakfast cereals, cold meat platter as well as fruit, hot and cold drinks. everything was self service in a dining room with breathtaking panoramic sea views

The size of my room, but I requested a sea view room and was upgraded free of charge by Maria on reception. Maria like all the staff , extremely courteous friendly and always helpful. This is my second visit in two months, going back in January 2022

Wouldn't be ideal for people with mobility issues It's a bit far from anything, lots of hills around.

Good location, bus stops outside front door, good sea views from the bedrooms . Good beds, room service clean excellent, has own swimming pool!

The location and views from this hotel were really good, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable

My only criticism was that the bed was quite hard but that is a personal preference
