Fabulous selection of local chorizo, eggs, mushrooms and peppers for a hot breakfast. Amazing selection of fruit, cold meats, breads, yoghurt and delicious pastries too. Help yourself buffet which was so good. The chocolate covered croissants, with cream and chocolate filling were heavenly!!!! The views out over the sea, from the restaurant, were amazing. The evening meals - 3 courses, with a drink included for €23 was fantastic value. The choices changed each evening with a choice of 4 starters, mains and deserts to choose from. The food was really good and the portions ample. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and Rafael at dinner and breakfast was an absolute star!

Air-conditioning needs a booster! Not great for higher heat, I had to wear my neck fan during the night. I didn't like the plastic "Masa" branding. It's a nice old grand hotel with some great older features; spend the money on renovations rather than branding that doesn't match the decor.

Bed, room, shower, breakfast and staff were all excellent. Parking was easy. Teamaking facilities in room were much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel.

I'd requested 2 extra pillows when making my booking but they weren't in room on arrival and had to be requested again. No details shown on how to use the telephone eg make a call or call reception. The TV showed channels for BBC1 & BBC2 but were showing invalid. No trouser hangers in wardrobe

Ideal location for our needs with beautiful sea view from our balcony. There was a bus stop directly outside which gave regular access to all beaches and city very cheaply The menu of the day in the restaurant offered excellent choices and the food was really good

Although they said had a cafe in the bar area the kitchen was closed on the occasion we tried to get food during the day ( but that was only one occasion)

The staff Nuria(Lola) and Rafael are the best! They give extra atmosphere to the place with their positivity, sense of humour and proffesionality. The cleaning staff do an excellent job always so clean in the rooms. Love all decorations inside the hotel and also all beautiful flowers around the pool. Since I sold my summerplace in Torrevieja this is my new place. 🥰🫶💫☺️

Lovely hotel. Restaurant had exceptional food and views 🥰 staff were all lovely. Would definitely stay again.

One small thing was that the pool didn't have a shallow end for children to swim. My daughter can swim but it was too deep for her to feel safe. Think this hotel is more catered for adults only.

It was a pleasant suprise to find we were outside the centre of Torrevieja, in a lovely area, overlooking the sea, with wonderfull views from our room. There were local bars/ restaurants within a short walking distance. The parking at the hotel was very convenient, not underground, and quite cheap. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Potentially, getting in and out of the shower in the bath was dangerous because it was a slippery surface in the bath. There was a handrail on the wall of the bath, but this wasn't always convenient to use.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bartender on Saturday night was a great guy and worked really hard on his own serving a dinner and dance party and a very special thanks to Lola the receptionist for all her help. The cleaning staff for the room were so friendly and happy which you do not see in the UK.

Lovely, friendly hotel in beautiful position on cliff top with good views. Good breakfast, with excellent choice. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful! Unfortunately, our request for a room with a separate bed was not fulfilled. We rented several rooms, some were very small. Regardless, we had a good time.
