We had a lovely stay from the beginning till the end. The reception team, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies and other people working at this hotel do great jobs. Everyone was very kind, informative, and with a big smile on their faces. The rooms are big and very clean and have a lovely view on the ocean. The food was great and lots of it, every day was added something new. You could either eat inside or outside, which was great too. The swimming pool area was perfect for my children's age. They have had a lot of fun on the slide. There was a little todler pool and a big pool, which was also suitable for my older daughter as it has areas where was not very deep. There was enough sun bed for everyone.. The animation team, including Pulpi was great. They have added so much laughter to our stay. My daughters had so much fun with them. I would only suggest you add more english, we'll known songs to your disco play list since you have guests from whole Europe. Special, big thank you to Moha, for your kindness, great big smile, and love towards my little daughter. She adores You and keep asking about you ❤️.

I didn't like the fact that having a full board I had to pay extra for my drinks at the restaurant ( lunch and dinner), which was surprising and odd. You had to carry money with you. I have never seen anything like that. Other guests were also commenting and were not very happy about it.

Sea view room sun in the morning only. Good size veranda good size family room and space within. The shower very powerful best I have used. Good selection of breakfast also accommodated gluten free foods the staff were great very helpful with requests great team.

Could not fault anything only suggest they also have cereal that's not gluten free flakes for others and kettle in rooms

Overall the hotel was very comfortable. Excellent view from our room on 9th floor. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Food choices were very good and all the staff were very helpful. The guy in charge of the entertainment was very good and was very pleasant throughout our stay.

Care had to be taken getting in and out of the bath/shower as it was a bit slippery. A bit surprised that the prices of a bottle of wine in the bar was double the price of a bottle of wine in the restaurant!

The food (there was a lot of variety), the staff were nice, opportunity to take a bus to the city, nice pool area and it was close to the beach.

There were, what we think were bed bugs which came back every night. We could get rid of them pretty well but the bloodstains everywhere weren’t nice. Also the cleaners didn’t seem to actually clean the room properly. Also seemed like they use the same water to mop the floor of every single room.

The Breakfast had something for everyone and was very well priced, it was lovely. The Hotel staff are wonderful, thanks.The location is very close to La Mata beach and within easy reach of lots of good eating houses.

Maybe keep the hotel lounge bar open after 6 Pm!, it would be nice to have a nigh cap there.The gym needs better air conditioning. Please have a stronger relationship with the local taxi firms, their reliability is shocking!!!

We had ordered a picnic package for tuesday breakfest and it was very very poor - only small water and juice and 1 biscuite and jam and 1 apple. Picnic package was not on level of hotel!!!

I requested a room with a bath - which we got. The views were beautiful All the staff we spoke to could speak English. Tha animation team were fantastic and worked so hard.

We dined like kings on our first night - the food was excellent- sadly it seemed to go progressively downhill from there. Undercooked chicken on our last night. The rooms need updating rather than patching up. Since we were last here - 2018 - this hotel has been taken over by a large hotel group and apart from the addition of a slide in the pool and a change in layout of the dining area everything is the same. nothing has a wow factor.

As an adult ,everything to like , especially as it was not a full house . Very patient staff, spotlessly clean hotel and maid service , exceptional value for the money . Spacious rooms for 2 with balcony and lovely sea view. Passable hot breakfast buffet ( pass on the ham/bacon ) but good variety of the cold , fruit and pastry . Thankfully a bus stop outside with regular service 20/30 mins. and approx . 15 mins. to town OR La Mata . Can`t speak for family bookings but could`nt expect much more ! ( btw,a coin wash/ dryer was available )

A couple of minor things .....shampoo/gel for shower ? , shame to see ham/bacon and not usual streaky ! May have used restaurant for dinner but the menu shewn 30 mins. before 20.00 opening, narrowed our options as we relied on buses to other venues .

The view from the 7th floor is amazing. It's very close to the beach. The hotel is really clean. All the staff are very friendly. The buffet choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner is good. There are plenty of activities during the day, and evening entertainment. The hotel feels safe. Guests are asked for their room numbers when returning to the hotel, and also when around the pool. As a parent, it was reassuring.

The hotel is situated some distance from the main part of Torrevieja. It means getting a bus or taxi to get to the centre. The food is good, but there isn't a huge choice for vegetarians. No air conditioning in the bedroom.

I really liked their customer service. Members of staff at the frontdesk were amazing. We were even given an upgrade to a triple room with breathtaking views! We had a problem with a broken fridge and they replaced it within a few minutes. Very comfortable mattresses. Excellent value for money, we will be back and recommend this place.

The place looks a bit run down, especially the walls. They could do with a bit of painting and looking after some small details to make it just perfect. In terms of noise, we had asked for a very quiet room, and unfortunately they started doing some works drilling already at 7.30am. Also, the cleaning ladies started working in our floor shortly after 8 and they were very loud talking in the corridor. Walls are not very thick, and we could also hear some noisy guests next door from 7. Apart from this, we cannot fault this place at all.
