The location is really central and you can walk to the most important places,close to the railway station and the hotel was easy to find.Also good connection to the beach by bus. The stuff was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciate that!

If you are a light sleeper, the location is a bit noisy, and also, the walls are thin, so you could hear pretty much everything. But what bothered me was there were these lighting fixtures right above the bed, and you could easily hurt your head when getting up. If the hotel could change those, it would be good.

The location of this hotel was very central so perfect for what we needed. Rooms were spacious with a large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the little quotes around the hotel and the little quirks that were left every day in the room such as popcorn, sweets, horchata!

To be honest, there was nothing we didn’t like. Due to the building where the hotel is, the lifts are quite small but that’s just how it is and didn’t affect our stay. A fridge would also be handy but again, we knew about this at the time of booking so were prepared for not having one.

You would not be able to tell this was a 2 star accommodation. Although the rooms were basic, they were large and bed so comfortable. We had the quadruple room which really looked like 2 rooms, which also came with a balcony. The shower was powerful and all amenities were provided in terms of toiletries. We came prepared with a travel kettle and travel iron as we saw these would not be provided and it met our needs. Breakfast had a good selection of food which was really nice. The only thing I would say is the rooms need more drawer/cupboard space. This hotel could go from 2 star to 4 star very easily with the following provided, Kettle with tea and coffee facilities Safe to keep belongings Extra cupboard space. But I guess that is reflected in the price A wonderful stay would highly recommend and stay again

Good coffe and good ciocolate:) Every day the cleaning was perform between 11.00 and 15.00, very good. Hair dryier in the bathroom. Soap and sampoo was there. When I want warmer, I could use AC. I received invoice for my stay, thank you. There are 2 elevators, small. In the front of the hotel is a coffee shop with canoli , my children favorite desert.

Breakfast can be improuved. At one floor there were some renovation activities. In one day they start to make noise (drilling, using mashines...) at 8 AM, was so unexpected, I jump from the bed imediatelly, to leave the hotel. From 9-10 AM the workers can make noise from my point of view, not from 8.

The room was enormous, and with the added bonus of a balcony. The location was brilliant too.

Our friends got a room that stank of drains and were told "that's Valencia for you". They were offered to be changed to another room after one night but decided for a 3 night stay it wasn't worth it. The breakfast buffet was a little unorganised and seemed to be run by one young person on her own for the whole of our stay. It was constantly running out of things and took quite a while to be replenished.

Although the hotel is not the most luxurious, the location more than makes up for it. A few minutes walk from anything in the historic center. And a short walk for a bus or the metro. Couldn't ask for a better location. Also the breakfast is well worth it. Would stay here again.

There was a lot of students staying when we were there. So breakfast was a bit packed. However because they were staying we got a bigger room than we expacted.

The location is more than perfect! Everything is minutes of walking from the hotel. The staff is nice, english speakers, always with smile on their faces, one of the girls helped us with directions to the metro (which I find very helpful and very useful). The breakfast is also good, great actually - different things, fresh orange juice etc. The thing that surprised me the most is that we’ve paid double room, but to feel more comfortable and to enjoy our stay at highest level, they give us room for 4! The room was with amazing view, lots of space, bath hub and king size bed.

I really liked the hotel. In the very center, easy to get to, easy to find. At the same time, it is quiet and cozy, atmospheric. The bathroom is very comfortable, good shower, toiletries. The bed is snow-white, and the room is sparkling clean. The staff is very pleasant, they speak English. I had written a request to keep my luggage until the evening after my checking-out, they immediately wrote that I can keep it at the hotel for free. It is very convenient. I'd stay here next time.

The room was so spacious, bed & pillows were really comfortable. Small fridge in the room although it didn't feel that cold. Coffee machine was a nice touch and the shower was amazing. In a great location too. Right near the fountain and it lights up at night. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. Would definitely stay here again as it was such good value.

It was a little but noisy from outside but that's expected in most cities.

The location is fantastic, very central. We had a great room which was large with a large bathroom.

The aircon was set at 26oc, not great as it was 40oc outside. This broke a couple of times. They don't have bikes and scooters to rent as per their text to us. The city veiw was from a side alley but as the main square is very noisy (we heard fireworks being thrown a few times) it was fine, but certainly we didn't get the room that was pictured.
