Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, the rooms. We had a very large room with kettle, coffee pod machine, safe, fridge, microwave. The bathroom was spotless with a brilliant shower. The hairdryer was powerful. The small balcony was a cute little extra. The ground floor bar was a good place for us all to meet up before going out for the night. Every member of staff was very helpful and professional. I can't find a fault with this hotel.

We liked everything about the hotel.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from Xavier Metro stop, line 3 & 5. The staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. I had an issue that the staff followed up immediately and let me know the outcome very quickly. The deluxe room was newly decorated and there was a small balcony where you could enjoy the sunshine, the atmosphere and the comings and goings in the Plaza below. The sound from the fountain in the square was beautiful. The room had tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge. There was breakfast available but I didn’t sample that. It looked very nice and good to have the option if needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean. It married old style structure with modern facilities excellently. The location was fantastic. It was very close to everything. It was great to wander the streets and still be so close when returning from exploring the city. It is convenient to metro and buses, lots of attractions and eateries. I would highly recommend the property for anybody planning a trip to Valencia.

There was some renovation work taking place but to be fair it was being carried out in the least obstructive way.

Room was super clean, bright and comfortable. The location was awesome. So walk-able so so many desired locations but also super convenient for public transportation and taxis. Plus tons for nice restaurants and convenience items right outside the door. Also, while we were in Valencia our 5 year old son got very sick and had to spend 5 nights in the hospital. It was very scary especially as we have been traveling abroad. The staff could not have been more kind, understanding and helpful. We will never forget that and will be forever grateful. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel toward the entire hotel and it's staff. We hope we can return to Valencia again some day and there is absolutely no other place we would stay.

Breakfast is very good (a lot of choice and fresh food, good taste), for 9,50 euro for person. Staff is very kind and always available for every request. The position is ideal, because at walking distance from everywhere in the centre of the town (main attractions, restaurants, metro, etc.). The room is nice and clean

Bathroom is very small. The insonorization within rooms is very poor (it is not so efficient)

Location fantastic. Our room was perfect for the two of us. 5th floor room 502. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, blackout curtains excellent, powerful shower, staff very polite on reception, fresh towels every day. Very clean. The Maids do a fantastic job. Everything was perfect about our stay. Would recommend and will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Valencia!

Location was excellent. Our trip from the UK went: airport->Metro->straight line walk->hotel lobby. Once you're at the hotel you're pretty much on the doorstep of everything. A (really enjoyable) five or ten minute walk to the North are the Mercat Central and the Catedral de Valencia. Another fiver or ten from there and you're at the famous Saranos Towers and on to the Jardi del Turia. The staff at this hotel were amazing. Equally happy to converse with you in (very good) English, or to humour your attempts at (very bad) Spanish. At one point I misplaced my phone sometime around breakfast time. Me being me, I'd just forgotten that I'd left it in our room, but before I'd figured that out the reception staff had already bent over backwards to help me find it, checking CCTV footage and speaking with other staff members to help me track it down. If anybody's worried about how rowdy it might get staying right in the centre like this, I can only say that in our experience it was anything but. It was nothing like what a night in the centre of our own city (Manchester, England) would be like. The area outside the hotel is pedestrianised so traffic noise isn't an issue, and the only other sounds we could hear were from musicians or general restaurant chatter. This seemed to stop by around 11pm.

As mentioned, you could hear some noise in our room from the restaurant outside and from performing musicians. These did stop before midnight each night though (I think sometime around 11). Purely subjective, but the bed was a bit too soft for my wife and I. Every time I moved the whole thing wobbled and it disturbed her a bit. Not a deal breaker and we did get used to it in the end. If you like a soft bed it may not be an issue.

Perfect location and great view from the room windows. Extremaly clean room, bathroom and hotel at all. It is one of the best places to stay in the historic center - everything is on walking distance. Personal is helpful, respectful and polite. Good breakfast.

Everything in walking distance. Also for the disabled appropriate. Breakfast was very good. The staff friendly. The air-conditioning. The cleanness. The luggage concierge. Different vending machines. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The coffee in the breakfast was just OK despite the fact that they have different machines working with both coffee beans and capsules, they also served filter coffee. There is no bottled water in room service. You should buy it from the vending machines for one euro or fill your bottle free of charge from a machine in the lobby.

Our room was very nicely decorated, bright, spacious & spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location in the main square was perfect for visiting so many of the beautiful attractions in the historic part of the city. All the staff members we encountered were friendly & helpful, particularly at reception. Our inability to speak anything but very basic Spanish was not a problem, which we very much appreciated. We were especially grateful to be allocated a room with a bath, two balconies & for the lovely birthday wishes, thank you!

We liked everything 😊 A small table in front of the sofa in our room would have been a welcome addition, but not essential.

This hotel is beautiful perfect location I had a balcony view out towards city which I loved sitting having breakfast and coffee watching Valencia wake. The room was stunning there is nothing I can fault about it. The hotel and rooms have the most beautiful scent, even the bedding and pillows. Room was spacious with fridge and kettle, bed was very comfortable. Even though I had city view room was quiet and I slept like a log. This was my first trip travelling alone as a woman of 54 and it was my birthday. I felt completely safe and did not want to leave. Bathroom came with shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser which also smelt stunning. I cannot wait to book and return to this hotel.

There was nothing I can say negative about this hotel, staff or surrounding areas beautiful.
