Bed was very comfortable. Water in the room on arrival FOC and mini bar. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Outstanding location, 5 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to nearest metro station for travel to the airport and less than 3 min walk to the main square.

Coffee supplies weren't topped up after room was cleaned. No extractor fan in the bathroom so end of bathroom door was very worn looking. Both minor faults on an otherwise great stay.

We liked the location and the historical building. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfy.

Room was very small. I kept hitting the corner of the bed trying to get by. Coffee was so-so.

Staff was very friendly. I was lucky to have a room at the end of the hall so not many people had to pass along. Beautiful room and I slept like a baby in the bed

The bathroom was fun and spacious but some molt in the corners

The location was perfect for us, so close to everything we needed! Transport links were amazing, very easy to travel around the city and to/from the airport. The receptionists we so lovely and welcoming, we had an issue with a key card not working and they were quick & happy to fix the issue. Gave us good recommendations on where to go as well! Rooms were kept very nice and cool, which was a huge relief in 30 degree heat.

We didn't have much of a window or view in our room, not an issue at the time as we only stayed a few days and wasn't in the room too much but would have been nice to see.

An elegant hotel with an interesting history. Great location right in the centre of Valencia, walking distance to all the places of interest. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with an enormous bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located in the center of town, there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Also, the breakfast was nice and the room was stylish.

The central location was ideal. The hotel had character and the decor was tasteful. The staff were polite and efficient.

The large wooden framed beds are a hazard. Moving round the room, it was easy to walk into the rigid corners and they were at such a height as to risk injury.

The location was fantastic!!!! Also the room we were allocated was modern and clean!

That there was no rooftop and that the bathroom did not have a window (it steamed up quickly and the extractor fan was not the best!)

The hotel is in a central location, very close to all major attractions in a walkable area. The hotel is very well kept, the staff amazingly friendly and professional and the rooms are very clean. The rainshower is a plus. However, the lack of aeration in the bathroom made it very steamy. The toiletry products offered are very good quality.

I stayed in an executive room and missed little details such as tea and coffee facilities. The room was lovely but relatively small in size for an executive room. The Wifi was very slow, often going on and off. I couldn't use my laptop, which is not great when looking for restaurants and stuff.
