We like the location, although it is a (cheap) bus ride either to the centre/old city or to the beach. The Arts and Sciences centre is a 5 min walk away. We were able to find free parking on the street. There are restaurants nearby, but remember some of them are closed on a Sunday.

You'll need transport to get to the beach or old town. Or a long walk. (Remember, there's no Uber in Valencia. But there is Cabify, which is similar.) But the bus system is great.

Lara and Miguel Angel at reception were fantastically kind and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and lovely view of the city. The pool views are very nice and it is a fairly clean area. I'll happily stay there again. Location suit is . If you like to walk, the beach is around 30min away and the centre at about 40min. Underground station accessible under 15min and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Supermarket and pharmacy close by too and really good restaurants as well.

The only thing that might need improving is the cleaning of the rooms when asked by the guest. On our 7 day stay, we asked for a full room clean only twice because there was hair on the bathroom floor and, sand and dirt on the floor elsewhere. However, we came back and it felt like only the beds were done, the floor was exactly the same. They also filled up more shampoo when what we need it was body wash.

The location is great because it's so close to L'Oceanogràfic, to the Palau des Arts, to the City of Arts and Sciences and to Turia Park. It's also not very far from the beach. It only takes one bus ride to get to the city center. Not super convenient for Feria Valencia, but otherwise it's great.

One thing that bothered me was that they had no "Do Not Disturb" signs, only "please clean my room" signs. Which would be fine, if they didn't try to come into the room in spite of my NOT hanging up the "please clean my room" sign. So I had to tell reception or the staff every time I didn't want them to come into the room. Just give us the "Do Not Disturb" sign!

Large, comfy bed. Facilitated a late check out which was great. Large selection of food for breakfast. Location was good, bars and restaurants close by. 10/15 min walk from Oceanografic which is a must see !!

Bathroom very small, water only trickled from the cold tap. Unnecessary amount of chairs in living area. Overall the suite requires updating and modernised. Ceiling looked like had had a crack/ leak and had not been repaired properly. Pool really small but this was expected from previous reviews had read. Hot food options for breakfast were actually cold.

This hotel is at a super location if you wish to combine city tripping and going to the beach. By bike both are 10 min away. They allow you to store a bike for free during the night (there is a rental shop nearby). The location is also a relief from the very touristy centre of Valencia. Another plus is that the location is literally 500m away from the City of Arts and Sciences. Staff was friendly and internet was fast. The breakfast was very good value for money! Given its location away from the touristic buzz, the hotel was not overly busy.

My room was a bit worn. The light above the mirror was damaged, the airco display did not show the temperature anymore and the shower head leaked a bit (i.e. the nose). All in all it was a very nice room but the maintenance should have a better eye for detail.

We had an early arrival and a great relief to find upon check in 10am to have a room ready for us! On the 10th floor we had a quiet room, superb beds, good isolating curtains and a bath/shower combi. Sufficient floorspace. Superb breakfast!!!

Interior of the room could do with a renovation (grip at bath, ceiling panels). CNN or BBC News added on the menu, Sky News is a poor excuse for a news channel; very little English on the telly, hate it when English series/films are synced to Spanish (that's why so many Spanish ppl speak English poorly!). Hotel was too distant (for us) to walk to the historic center; during Fallas it was not always possible to hail a cab (varied €6-€12), poor feet!

The location was fabulous. The room and the balcony were huge. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, breakfast was really nice. The woman in the bar was so nice and helpful. The woman at reception was just ok and became rattled when a rude customer interrupted to demand a taxi immediately. She couldn’t seem to recover from that incident.

We did not park in the car park because the receptionist told us the spaces were so tight. We had a good spot on the street right next to the hotel. Unfortunately someone broke into our car while we were there. Aside from the bar lady, the staff was ho-hum.

Breakfast was very good, location is rather good - very close to “White” museum of art and science and restaurants and shopping centre El Corte Ingles.

1) There isn’t kettle and tea and coffee in the room… 2) swimming pool was not as big as it seemed to be on the foto, 3) the wardrobe door was a little bit broken and WC door was closing badly 4) Location: 30 min walk to the historical city centre and 40 min. to the beach, but busses are near, so u can go both ways by bus comfortable.

Spectacular breakfast. Spacious rooms. Very well placed for the Calatrava Ciudad de las Artes.

Very tight (and fairly expensive) parking. Strange system whereby acces to the lift for luggage and reception is three floors underground, so parking on the first level to avoid claustrophobic manœuvres still means having to descend two extra floors with luggage on foot. Time wasting WiFi password with name and room number which did not work. The reception couldn't say which of the countless variations would be correct and after twenty frustrating minutes gave a general password which worked fine and should have been provided from the outset. The life blood of the hotel for tourists is the No 19 bus to the old centre and the port. Nearly everybody needs this bus and there should be a detailed description of where to get on and off, names of stops etc. Reception was vague to say the least.

A good traditional hotel. 100+ TV channels, convenient public transport connection to the city center and beach. Oceanique 15 min by foot. The pool is small but refreshing. Breakfast was great, incl coffee.

I booked no advance payment with free cancellation until arrival (cancellation fee within first day stay price ), but full booking amount for all days was reserved one day before arrival. I missed thuna or any other fish at the breakfast.
