felt very safe as access was 4 floors up. the lovely check in person kind, patient and offered lots of advice for getting around Valencia.

there was no fridge in the room.

The hotel is in a wonderful position. It is situated 10 minutes walking from the city of art and sciences, 20 minutes from the old town by bus and 15 minutes from the beach by bus. The bus stop is right down the street. A big mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket, is directly connected to the hotel. There are also additional restaurants and cafes walking distance with plenty of vegetarian options as well. A pharmacy is also around the corner. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Julia at the reception desk was the best and she helped me a lot throughout my entire stay. The room was comfy and clean.

There was no fridge and no coffee machine in the room. Also when asked for additional toiletries there were none available.

We liked the location but if you are planning on only visiting the old city then it's not so handy as it's a bit far away. Public transport is excellent and we walked to the beach several times. Turia Park is beautiful. It's about a forty minute walk through the park to the old city.

Breakfast was reasonable. Boiled eggs would have been nice. The instant scrambled eggs was tasteless and the coffee was bad. If you have a sweet tooth then you're OK. The air conditioning is controlled centrally. It got quite cold in the middle of the night.

Ilunion Aqua3 hotel made a very good impression. It is very conveniently located opposite the City of Arts and Sciences. Beautiful architecture and the opportunity to run every morning in a wonderful park - what could be better?😊 The staff is friendly and helpful, quickly and clearly solves any problem. I remembered, unfortunately, only two names - Maria and Marta, but other employees at the reception were also very kind. I am very grateful and will gladly stay at this hotel again if I'll in Valencia

Easy Check-in process. Car parking in nearby shopping centre, which was easy to pay for and easy access direct to hotel. The property catered at gluten free customers at breakfast by providing bread and muffins. Close to restaurants and shops, also a short walk to the beach. Would return to this hotel. Stayed here for the MotoGP, the track is approx 30 minutes away by car (minus traffic at the event).

The breakfast options didn’t have allergen information displayed with the food name options, I was advised by reception this would be noted. Not a deal breaker but would have made it easier for someone who has a restricted medical diet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the bath were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, near Oceanographic and Turia park and next to a shopping mall with coffee shops, supermarket and pharmacy next door.

Shabby furniture, the room was extremly small and crowded, no fridge, not enough space for clothes and personal belongings. The rooms look better and larger in the presentation photos. The breakfast is in my opinion overpriced for what it offers (in terms of taste and variety).

Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room was lovely, albeit a little warm. Beds were large & comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the Art & Science centre, the Hemispheric & the Oceanographic. Hop-on-hop-off bus stop is just outside the shopping centre that the hotel is located above so it's a great base to tour from. Also good location for shopping & restaurants. Great for the price I paid.

We were dropped at the shopping centre that the hotel is located above so it took us a little while to locate the entrance, maybe lacked a bit of signage.

Great location with everything you need close by. Tip: rent a bike from Valenbisi (via the app, 13€ week subscription), you can use it for free for the whole week if you only make 30 min maximum trips at each time. their bikes are everywhere in the city(also in front of the hotel)

The bathroom door slides to close and doesn’t completely isolate you from the bedroom. No real closet (just a place to hang your clothes).

Spacy room with enough comfort and perfect airconditioning. The location is realy good for everything with many city transport options. The hotel is just in front of the Oceanographic and the City of Arts and Sciences. It is a part of a comercial center and close by a big El Corte Ingles with many restaurants and bars close by. The city center and the beach are situated in a short distance wth friendly transport facilities. Very good breakfast.

I liked the comfortable room and the helpful staff bur still a small refrigirator in the foom might have been a convinience.

Location, breakfast the room were excellent. We visited Valencia on foot :), and I can say that a lot was near the hotel (if you like walking). Shops and restaurants and fitness centers are within the same building (a shopping mall), which is very convenient. Access from and to the airport, by Metro, was very easy as well.

Access to the reception was a bit strange due to positioning in a complex building and poor signage.
