Staying in the hotel has indeed exceeded my expectations. Well-equipped room with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay in Valencia. Bus stops close to the facility. It is a great place to stay with kids, as you have a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. And also – tasty breakfast from the hotel (in the Elbar)! Recommend to book this option. The hotel is located near to the City of Arts & Sciences, Oceanografic, and a big shopping center. So it's a good option to visit Valencia and explore the city. Very hospitable and kind staff. The location of the apartment is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in very quickly and easily, despite our late arrival. We used the luggage storage service on the day of departure and found it extremely helpful. Great plus points from us for that. I would describe the furnishings of the apartment as very functional and sober. On the one hand, everything was there, but comfort wasn't the main focus. A huge plus - there was a coffee machine that makes very tasty coffee. For us, this was a very good stay at the start of our trip to Valencia, and we will happily book this apartment again for a short stay in the future. The adjoining restaurant is very cozy and serves very good food. Service is also top in this restaurant. Similar to the apartment hotel.

This hotel was great value for money, it's an Aparthotel but with a 24 hour reception desk, with staff that are always willing to do whatever they can to help and very friendly. The room is very large and has all of the amenities that you could want. It is in an excellent location, next to Oceagraphica, science museum, and the hop-on tour bus stops nearby and it's not far from the old town too, so easy to get to see everything. There is a restaurant onsite that we didn't use but looked great.

Our trip to Valencia was perfect and Valencia Flats played a big role in it. The apartment was clean (very important to us), spacious, well-equipped and on a perfect location. The whole staff but especially Pablo, the manager was extremly kind, welcoming and accommodating. We are very grateful for being able to do an early check in (and for free upgrade!) as it was nap time for our 20-months-old daughter which we're not sure if we just got lucky or is this simply Pablo's extra touch to make you feel welcome and comfortable :) either way we highly recommend Valenica Flats to everyone and if and when we come back this will be our place to book.

The location is ideal for families, with children. The apartments are comfortable, the space is well organized. From the location you are 10 min walking distance from the Ciudad de Scienes, Oceanografic, shopping center and supermarkets and well connected with the city center, beach and other places by public transportation. Elbar, the restaurant opened has great stuff and good food. We traveled as a group of 2 families with 3 children under 7 years and we had a wonderful time.

The walls are very thin, I could hear the staff cleaning during mornings and neighbours talking during night.

Its close proximity the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències in Valencia. In addition, a shopping mall is also walking distance that has a "carrefour" that made any grocery shopping very convenient. Old town where the cathedral and other landmarks is about a 40 minutes walk as well. Staff hospitality was very good. From check in to the support given to us for any queries we had were very good. Apartment facilities were very good as well. As a family, it was very nice to have a working kitchen that were equipped with a coffee machine, to cooking and dining utensils. A very good pizza place is also located near the property, which was a big bonus for my family.

I would have to say the parking, since we drove to Valencia. For those who drive, I suggest to inform the staff before hand so that you would have one reserved for you as spaces are filled up rather quickly. In addition, the parking lot is not easy to find and located at the back of the apartmnetnt. So, the check-in staff had to show us where it was located. Parking spaces were rather tight as well.

excellent stay in Valencia, I would recommend this property for anyone. Reception guy was so nice that we were able to check in earlier, as soon as the flat was ready food in the location is excellent, we tried the lunch menu. easy to access with direct bus lines to the center , to the beach, to bioparc. any place you can easy reach by bus. the apartment was great equipped - plates/ pots/ cups/ glasses/ cutlery anything... there is a mall and supermarket 2 blocks away and restaurants nearby (I would eat at the hotel though, as it is delicious.) you even got in the apartment small container of vinegar/oil/ salt / pfeffer to have for initial meals. the refrigerator also had a freezer we had a birthday during our stay and they were so nice to bring us a slice of cake and birthday card- cake was really good!

I liked everything, only small inconvenient was that there was no dishwasher, but we did not mind.

Outstanding hospitality and service! I stayed while traveling with my bike. Could park the bike safely and for free in their underground garage, and they kept it for a whole extra week while I was visiting Ibiza. Also my luggage what I couldn’t take with me on the plane was stored for the entire week for free. The staff is very kind, speaks English, and helps you with everything! Good bar downstairs with quality food, nice atmosphere. Location is amazing. Really outstanding!

The place is quite noisy, that is the only down side. My first night there was a small party going on at one of my neighbors, which kept me awake. But I just had to call the reception and they made sure to (very friendly) bring the quiet back. They even called me back to check with me if everything was ok. Again, amazing!

Great value for the price and excellent location. Staff is very helpful and customer oriented, providing all the necessary information and great tips for visiting the main attractions of he city. We booked a family room for 5 (very spacious, total capacity of 6 adults, with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies - 1 of them for smokers) and a small room for 3. We found fully equiped kitchen with everything we needed (including coffee machine, cutlery, etc). Underground paid parking available and i loved there is a free luggage storage after check-out, if you want to enjoy the full day and leave the city later. I am convinced it was the best possible choice we could make for the price paid and I would make the same choice again without even searching for other options. Valencia is a great city and this is the accomodation you need for a visit, even if it is for one night or one week. Totally recommended! Apartment was big with 3 separate rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living room). Very close to Oceanogràfic Valencia, science museum, cinema, also to tram nr.10 and some food markets. Although it was an apartment, sometimes it felt like a hotel because someone came to clean it. Bed was high and "hard", which I liked, also bath was excellent. Down in the bar we hade welcome drinks, also for kids. If there is cold or vice versa, in the flat is air conditioner.

Thin walls, so sometimes this was too loud of those, who came "home". There were not washing machine, dishwasher and TV was "old" with some channels in Spain. No chances to dry clothes after beach or running.
