A very comfortable hotel, great location for those who want to have a direct access to the beach (a 15-minute walk). Good communication with the city centre. Fantastic Sky Bar on the 8th floor with decent prices.

The weakest side of the hotel are the breakfasts. Not only the selection is very poor (btw - contrary to the description and photos on Booking, there are no hot meals like scrambled eggs or becon) but the staff (though very nice, friendly and helpful) cannot keep up with replenishing the food, plates, glasses, etc.

It was simple but well equipped and in a great location. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and, although the room was small, it had great views over the square and had everything we needed. The roof terrace was a nice feature and the receptionists were really welcoming every day. Breakfast was a good range of food - simple but enough choice to please most tastes.

It was a little dated and maybe there could have been more hangers and more space in the room, but it was a really good price for a budget hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and buss stations (5-10min). There are no major attractions nearby, but I had no problem getting to the beach, "City of Arts and Sciences" or the city center by bus. The rooms were cleaned daily and I received some amenities, like a toothbrush, soap and others. I had room 505 during my stay and it was clean and nice. Breakfast is served at the first floor, with a nice view of the church in front of the building. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced (€12 per day during my stay). The staff members informed me that I could also order scrambled eggs/omelette, but if they forget to mention this, just ask them. The food, overall, was great, with plenty of options. The staff members were nice, all of them. I kindly asked them to print something for me, they happily did it, so, +1 point for this.

Unfortunately all the reviews about the rooms not being quiet are true. I could hear every word spoken in the rooms nearby. If you're looking for a very quiet room, this is not the hotel you want to book a room at. There is a pretty large gap under the door which doesn't help.

Close proximity to Malvarosa beach. Very close to Francesc Cubells tram line which connects seamlessly with Metro line 5 at the Marítim stop which goes straight to the airport. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast with hot and cold selections (the cheese cake is to die for). Lunch and dinner also served. Dinner is a new offering, the menu is quite extensive, as is the wine menu. The hotel has a roof top terrace for drinks and city viewing. Shops and bars are close by. This was my second stay, and I will definitely go back. I like the hotel's proximity to the port and beach part of the city and the accessibility to get in to the city centre by tram/metro or bus. For non-Spanish speakers, Leo in the restaurant speaks excellent English. A kettle and tea and coffee are available in each room.

The self-service coffee machines at breakfast make very sweet coffee, even the plain black coffee comes out sweet. The solution is not to use the self-service machines but to ask the breakfast attendants to make you a fresh cup of your choice from the professional coffee machine behind the counter. During my stay, the scrambled eggs were mixed with ham, even though bacon and sausages were also available separately. For those not wishing to partake of pork or other meat products, the eggs should be FREE of any meat. This was disappointing.

I loved it here! The rooms are quite spacious & very well equipped - there's smart TV with YouTube, jacuzzi bathtub, bidet, kettle, etc. Everything was kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a very cool terrace that's open until midnight with a wonderful view over Valencia. The location is very good if you want to stay either near the beach or the City of Science and Arts (both about 25-30 minutes walk). The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious Spanish stuff.

Bad sound isolation between the room and the hallway - you can hear people taking the elevator and closing doors very clearly. Breakfast was very good food-wise, but a bit mismanaged in peak hours - tables weren't cleaned up in time, utensils were unavailable, etc.

The bed was massive and comfortable and our room overlooked a square with a church on the corner - we didn't hear the bells. The hotel was approx. 10 minute walk to the metro which then took you to the old town within 10-15 minutes and the airport in 20 mins. Breakfast was basic but adequate - cold meats, etc plentiful and hot consisted of scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The sunset could be watched from the rooftop bar with the sea on the other side. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Not many places to eat during the day (not that we found) but plenty opened in the evening giving you a big choices of where to get a meal/drinks. Our bathroom had a hydrotherapy bath and a choice of 2 showerheads. Complimentary water, tea and coffee too. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors.

The Staff were so increadably helpful and very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was huge and set us up for the day. Our room overlooked the square with a fountain which was lovely. We were close to the buses and the metro station, we had supermarkets and resturants a quick walk way. We were also well within walking time of the beach. The Views from the skybar were amazing and the drinks were well priced. A very big thank you as well for the honouring of my request to make sure we were in a double bed and not two singles.... not sure what size the bed landed up being ( I think 2 3/4 beds pushed together with memory foam topper) but it was so lovely to have space but also be able to cuddle up at night. The infra red light in the bathroom... makes that midnight bathroom trip so much easier on the eyes. ** our rooms access card never needed to be updated or redone the whole week we were there.**

Not enough plug points in the room , we had camera equipment to charge and phones with only 3 plugs to do this from it was a bit of a juggle. One of our favourite things to do its to buy fresh produce from the Central Market.. as there was no fridge, we were unable to keep the food fresh as long - though I know now to check for a fridge next time we book. The skybar is also advertised as being open until midnight, this was not always the case as it closed at 22h00. Our tea/coffee caddy was never refilled - not something we pushed as we were too busy out and about though.

The location is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around, walking distance to beach with again a hustle and bustle of cafeterias and cervezerias before reaching the tourist traps at the beach. Of you have a room with view of the square you're in for a treat in the morning and at night. Beautiful. Beds were fine, facilities ok. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Staff, a 10+!

The hotel is not 4 stars at all, not even by Spanish standards. A 3 star, sure, but 4 is reaching. The rooms are dated but clean. They've tried to modernise it by using a fresh coat of paint but that doesn't hide the age of the hotel. Having said that, all this is no issue if you don't intend to spend much time in the room. Breakfast is ridiculous. Plenty of breakfast bars around that offer more (and higher quality) for half the price (literally) than the small buffet.

The hotel was a very positive surprise for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is not exactly at the beach, more near to the port of Valencia, but the beach itself is 10 minutes by foot to reach (with a bus even faster!) .There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants and coffees nearby. You can reach the main attractions easily with the public transportation. There are a church and a fountain in front of the hotel, which make the experience even more special. The water of the fountain can be heard even on the 7th floor! The rooms are with a normal size, the beds are comfortable, The cleaning service very good too.

The only comment I would like to make is about the WIFI as it should have more strong signal and maybe to play some soft music in the background when having breakfast and add more fresh vegitables to it (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.).

The staff were very friendly and were supportive while I practised my Spanish. From Receprion to restaurant to sky bar, all the staff were fabulous and friendly. The hotel was well placed on the seafront and good walking distance to a brilliant beach. We rented bikes for the morning and enjoyed exploring the local area as it has brilliant cycle paths.

I am scared of heights so going up to the sky bar was a challenge but the good range of Gins and fantastic views made it worthwhile.
