Very nice little place. We arrived very late but there was somebody in reception to check us in. Staff was really nice. The room was big enough. Bed was comfy, AC was working properly and wasn't too loud. We had a little balcony with side sea view, which was nice to sit a bit and relax. There was coffee/tea set and bottle of water in the room, mini fridge and safe as well. Towels and cosmetics in the bathroom. Large walk-in shower. I believe there is daily room service but we didn't use it. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the place. The place might have been refurbished not long ago - it didn't feel brand new but it was nice and fresh, not like some older comments could suggest otherwise. Beach is just around the corner and it's so big that crowds are not an issue. Water was so warm and clean and you can rent umbrellas and loungers if you wish. Bus stop is very close, I think there might be tram stop as well but didn't use it so not 100% sure. It takes about 50 minutes-an hour to get to city centre. Getting to/from airport not the greatest with public transport but taxi was around 35 euro.

I was missing a bin in the room, there was one only in the bathroom. TV wasn't working great, signal was breaking and there was no english channels, which would be nice to have in the evening. For light sleepers, the noise from the nearby clubs might be an issue. I've heard it but surprisingly enough didn't bother me too much.

The beds were simple but perfect in its comfort, unlike most beds they didnt cause me any neck or back pain. They may not look imposing but they were very good. The bathroom was very clean and good and there even was a rainshower which was just so comfortable. The only issue at all was that you couldnt lock the bathroom door. We didnt hear any noise whatsoever from the neighbours, but sometimes people on the street. (we had a room with windows directed to the street between the two bars). Not too bad though. All in all the room wasnt exceptionally big but it was good, especially compared to its prize. The staff was extremely nice and helpful in all matters. The overall location of the Hotel is near perfect and they even have a Citybike Station (Valenbisi) right near the hotel - perfect for mobility, to get there and away from.

There really isnt much negative to say. The hotel isnt particularly big or fancy, but it totally delivers on the things that matter. We didnt get the Hotel Breakfast though, as we felt that it was relatively expensive considering the fact that there are dozens of restaurants nearby were you could also get breakfast - even though allegedly the portions of the breakfast in the hotel are big.

Danielle, the receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. She spoke perfect English and was a wonderful welcoming host. The view was good - seaview with a small balcony. The location was great - right on the beach with lots of cafes to choose from. The room was very good, big beds, good pillows. Bathroom and shower were also very good

The only thing that made our stay unfavorable was the noise from the disco nearby. The music was loud, the rhythm was reverberating in my ears and I could not sleep. They did not stop until 3:30.

Great location for the beach! Room was of a good size and the bathroom was great - looked like it had been recently renovated. Beds were comfy though a little firm. The staff were great, allowing us to store bags after check out wo I could do the Valencia half marathon and then allowed us to use the shower on the rooftop terrace/bar area afterwards.

It was quite noisy from the street below. Whilst our room was fantastic, when used the shower on the terrace it was a little smelly in the bathroom, mainly a drains smell, which was a completely different experience to the lovely bathroom in our room.

The location is phenomenal. Right on the beach, sunrise view over the Mediterranean… the restaurant was amazing. The servers at the restaurant were amazing. It was a great location if you are wanting to party and stay in the beach area.

The room smelled a bit like mildew… especially when the A/C was on. The shower head holder was not there. And the twine flooring was rough on the feet. It is a trek to get to the city center. Walking is possible… it is about 5km or 3 miles one way. Wear good shoes. Or you can taxi which is about 20€+ each way.

Beautiful hotel with lovely helpful staff!the hotel is right next to the beach and even though there is loud music and noise outside non stop, when you close the windows you can't hear anything!air-condition and sound proofed .Next to restaurants and the Marina ,the perfect spot to have a holiday in Valencia .Tram stops less than 5 Minutes away and in town in half an hour! Also close to bus stops but we found them very busy so opted for the metrobus(tram). We had two beds instead of a double but they were comfortable and big so it was not a problem at all. Lastly, there is a roof top bar area with lovely view and places to sunbathe .The bar was not open when we got there but I preferred that because it was not busy .It will be open very soon for the season .

The only thing that we didn't like was a bad smell we got from the drains and we had to keep the bathroom door closed non stop.even then though,it would come through and made our resting not so good.As we were there just for a a couple of nights we just tried to go through with it but it was a very unpleasant thing .Hopefully it can get fixed.we were on the second floor so maybe it should be avoided .

Great location, just around the corner to the beach. Also, close to a tram and bus station, so easy to get transport to the city (takes about 30 mins). Had a great stop of restaurants and bars along the bar so within a few mins walk. The little rooftop on the 4th floor is a great place to sit and see the beach.

There wasn’t anything in particular we didn’t like. I think it is a pretty basic and small room but for the price, it’s what is expected and for the location, it was ideal.

Small hotel at the beach, clean and with nice staff. There is a small balcony with 2 chairs which is a plus. I had an issue with noise in my room that was investigated and removed. Complimentary bottle of water waiting for me everyday in the room was a nice touch.

Didn't have any issue. There was a bit of drainage smell during certain times in the bathroom not uncommon in Valencia. I used scented sticks - maybe something the hotel could add.

Super location - lovely roof area. I got a late checkout for a small fee which helped with my late night flight

My room 318 had a bad smell from storm water - they put in a dehumidifier which helped alot but the bathroom still kept the smell.

Beachside hotel with a great spacious room, hotel staff arranged a cake for my birthday as well on my wife's request, all was perfectly taken care of. I've read complaints about people hearing the music from the nightclub on the pier, but you can't hear any of it with the balcony door closed, so I won't worry about that at all if you decide to visit this hotel.
