Right next to the beach, clean. Complimentary Water and cans in Fridge was very much appreciated.

Foyer/reception area over perfumed. 4pm check in time is very late. They have a Spa but massage was lacking. No music, and curt but technically good massage. Breakfast is €18pp if you pay as you go, but not worth it in my opinion. Basic, and bacon and small sausages were very over cooked and dripping in grease. One bar staff during day was quite rude, banging drinks on table without a hello. Others were nice however.

The room was perfect. We had a sea view room and it was excellent. Location was wonderful. Ideal for the beach and also transport to the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly-

Only one thing and this was NOTHING to do with the hotel but there was the MARINA BEACH DISCO a short way off and it could be a bit intrusive. We spoke to the staff at the hotel and they said they and other hotels have complained. THIS DID NOT DETRACT FROM OUR ENJOYMENT OF THE HOTEL but I think some people may not like it. IN SAYING THIS WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT FACILITIES, STAFF, CLEANLINESS AND MEALS.

The hotel was on perfect location. Close to the beach and with ease connection to the transport to centre town. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff passed every day and left the room in perfect condition. In the price also you have jacuzzi, fitness and rooftop lounge.

First on the arrival for a Wi-Fi connection wasn’t explained from the staff of the hotel at all. There had a two different Wi-Fi networks. One is free, but is limited and other one is with a password and someone from the reception will passed to you, if you ask. Also from many my bookings I forgot to book a room with a breakfast and on the next morning I was little surprised. I didn’t blame the staff for that. Just the staff of the hotel needed to be a little more helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. All the staff are lovely and Gerardo is exceptional he is super helpful and friendly. It's a great location and has some great restaurants nearby. Breakfast has a great variety and there is no excuse not to be healthy as well as opportunities to indulge.

The spa is lovely but you have to pay to use it. The gym is free and is basic.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to nice caring staff (from the housekeeping to the restaurant), special thanks to Ms. Andrea from the Reception. Small, modern and very clean hotel - location is perfect - directly on seaside promenade, near to tram (connection to the airport, city centre), bus stop, cycle paths and and walking distance from sea (between hotel and sea is only wide sandy beach, sea - sandy bottom but clear). Breakfast was super (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, good coffee etc.) and dinner very handy (starter, main dish and desert - you can choose from more options) after whole day exploring Valencia and coming back late. After reading some previous reviews - we had no problem with nearby disco, you can hear certainly normal city sounds from the street during the night, but after closing the window - no problem. A/C and everything in the room has been working without problems.

The roof pool was lovely for a toddler, access to the beach was very easy, room service was fast and reasonably priced (though options limited), mini bar items were complimentary

Mattress and pillow were not the best. We had the option of only a sheet or a very heavy blanket. Something middle weight would have been helpful for hot hot summer nights with AC on as AC vents blew directly into the bed but it was too hot to leave them off.

Great location on the beach. Room was spacious even with 3 adults. Bathroom was large with two sinks and lots of counter space. Great view of the beach from our room. Sea breeze kept us cool.

The water or pipes had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and poured cleaner and gave us air freshener, so I compliment them on problem-solving. It was not an issue after that. Trick to not minding the techno club noise is leaving the windows open until just before bed, then it will seem quiet when you close them! 🙂

Everything from spa to beach. Spa was amazing and clean. The area was quiet but lots to do and eat just not that noisy tourist you drear. Lovely view hiand good air con. Amazing service. Will be back if they will have us! For me, a life dream has been completed (I lived in Valencia many years ago but never could affidrd neptuno... So as soon as I could ❤️)

It was too nice nothing felt poorly run. Eg every room cleaned everyday. Pineapple and ice water is a perfect drunk.

Location - by the Marina, overlooking the beach, on a strip of restaurants and bars. Tram stop and the city tourist bus loop stop both very close by. Staff - the restaurant staff, led by super Carlos, were all friendly; reception was good and staff were professional and friendly / helpful enough. Rooms - clean, smart, in good repair and as expected from the hotel’s photo gallery. Restaurant was good - decent variety and coffee for breakfast, including eggs to order, and lunchtime menu, not least the paella

They could have offered a bit more advice to first-time visitors (eg about transport, bike hire, map, etc) but helpful if asked. Wi-fi was easy enough to access but didn’t seem as effective as it should be

The location was great for access to the beach and was simple to reach with a taxi. The facility was well kept, the breakfast buffet and restaurant was great. The staff were also very accommodating.

We didn't like the instant coffee setup in the room but the machine at breakfast made up for it. We requested one room to have a single king but we got (2) twins butted up so not ideal.
