The hotel literally backs onto the seafront and a plethora of very good restaurants.

The location and area is a party destination with very loud dance music that sullies the ear all day! To get any peace we had to move quite a considerable way down the beach. Part of our stay included Fri. and Sat. This was when the party music really kicked in, lasting until 6.00 am. Horses for courses of course, as if you were at the dance venue, I am sure the music was not loud enough!

I liked the comfiness of the bed, the sea view from the balcony, the bathroom/shower, the tv with the ability to cast from your phone.

The wifi was incredibly slow for being such a modern hotel. The hotel made it clear that mosquitoes may come in if you have a room with a balcony and that mosquito repellent was available upon request, but I think they need to prioritize putting up devices that can repel mosquitoes in every single room. It shouldn't be up to the guests to decide whether or not they don't want to get bitten by mosquitoes. Prevent the problem from happening in the first place!

Extremely good value for money - definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of the size of the room, the comfort factor and amenities available. Specifically, the bathroom was high quality in terms of cleanliness, fixtures, and the shower water pressure and temperature control (which I have found to be less than satisfactory in many premium properties). 24hrs reception with very helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast available was also great, with a very good spread and quality again for the price. The location is great if you want to spend more time at the beach ... it's RIGHT next to the beach. A bit distant from the old town and picturesque touristy areas, but easily reachable by public transport.

I removed 1 star on 2 aspects: 1. There was a foul smell in the room. They sprayed some room freshener everyday which helped, but did not cover the smell fully 2. There was no real window in my room, though there was a window opening into a very small courtyard / fully enclosed balcony kind of space, so to be fair there was some natural light coming in to the room.

I really liked the accommodation being close to the beach it was right in front of it Also, it was possible to store the luggage a little while in an extra room free of charge before departure/ after check out which was very helpful. The room was very clean, pretty and has been cleaned daily.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway, so when people were shutting their doors loudly or speaking outside you would hear that at night or at day if you are trying to sleep, so I recommend ear plugs to avoid that.

Convenient location right by the beach, and decent connections to go to the city center (it takes about 30 mins though). The room was nice. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants around.

The room could have had an additional chair/stool. A kettle would have been convenient as well. The window let through a lot of air, which made the room quite cold (there was air conditioning for heating though, it just seemed like a waste of energy). There was a strong smell of cleaning agent in the room - not sure if it was supposed to cover something up or if switching to a different brand could get rid of this problem.

Localisation, cleanliness and politeness of the staff. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful beach with the promenade.

No window with any view. I was in Valencia for work in November, so I was leaving in the morning and when I was coming back it was already dark. For me it was no important. But if someone came on holiday and had a view on the wall from the window - it would be irritating. I suggest: before booking, it is worth asking if there is a sea view from the window or not.

The view is amazing. I had a Seaview double room, it was clean and comfortable. I could lay in bed, see the beach, and hear the ocean. You can see the sunrise every morning. There are a handful of lovely restaurants downstairs, the noise is very minimal, and they serve great food. You have bus and tram within a short walking distance. You can also use the cities bicycle hire right there, too. Excellent hotel for the location and price.

I spent wonderful 4 weeks here. First of all I want to point out a personal - responsive and helpful guys. Location cannot be better - on the beach. Additional thanks for the room with a sea view and terrace.

In case of a long stay, as mine, it was not really comfortable without a fridge and a kettle in the room. But, you can ask on reception to use them.

Great massive beds, great shower. Very clean. Had a room overlooking the beach. Amazing location right on the the beach, long promenade with lots of restaurants and cafes. Bus 32 close-by which takes you to the centre (old town) in less than 30mins. Also, you can walk to the City of Arts and Sciences in 30mins. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Did not know what to expect of a 2 start hotel, however, my stay was great! The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The reception is open 24/7. The rooms are getting cleaned very well. All facilities are there including air conditioning that worked very well. I had a great time with a great location. Definately would recommend!

The only small minus would be that if you like to sleep in, you will likely get awakened by the sound of the cleaning staff starting to clean the rooms around you. However, that is to be expected, so it did not bother me much.
