The first night I stayed there I realized, they offered you breakfast and dinner all included in the same price. The location was not that central but you could go everywhere easily, even go to the beach very quickly and the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had everything needed.

The only part was the smell of cigarettes when I got to the room, the staff tried to take it out spraying some air cleaner stuff but trying to sleep afterwards was very hard, luckily only that night was the worst the other days you only smelled a faint smell of cigarettes.

From the moment we arrived, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had hot water in the shower and got cleaning services regular. The position of the hotel is also a big plus, as we really enjoy walks when visiting new cities, and we were 30 mins away from everything we wanted to see. We recommend staying at this hotel if you want a good sleep and great value for money.

If you are a light sleeper you might be a bit disturbed by the noises if you get loud neighbours, but that could be easily fixed with earplugs 😊

I had a pleasant stay at Sweet Hotel Renasa in Valencia. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring all our needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. The room was clean and comfortable, offering good value for money and living up to our expectations. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would recommend this hotel for its great service and cleanliness.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The housekeeping staff at breakfast wasn't very welcoming, which slightly dampened the morning experience. Additionally, there was a small oversight with the drainpipes in the bathroom, but it didn't affect our overall comfort.

Location for exploring was ideal. We were primarily there to watch Valencia CF play, and with a very late kick off, after the game it was great to be so close as not to need to worry about transport as thr area goes into grid lock post game.

The buffet breakfast included was a little hit and miss. Not overly well stocked at the mid point of breakfast service on either day we had it. The cooked items ran out and the chilled items were also lacking. Pastries were nice. Selection of fruit juices was good. Shame all the glasses were warm.

Location great easy walking to anywhere and very flat Public transport excellent. Room comfortable and although on a main road never heard any noise

We were half board and I wouldn't advise this option.The choices are limited and the same choices every night. We were there for 3 nights. The first night some of the options listed were not even available and what we did have was inedible. Did explain to the waiter but unfortunately not much he could do. Second night we ate out. Third night starter okay but the two main courses once again inedible. We did ask if we could have something from the other menu which was cheaper than we paid but the answer was no. Breakfast was basic but could make something to eat.

Nice place in overall, good breakfast, rooms are clean, large bathroom, friendly stuff, location is not super nice but ok - 20 mins to the beach by bus and 20 mins to old city. Regarding the noisiness and think walls - sleeping with the opened window with windows looking at the street can be problematic as traffic is quite noticeable even at nigh time; though if you're ok with sleeping with air conditioning and will keep window closed it's totally ok, almost no noise from the street. Think walls also wasn't a problem but i guess if your neighbors happen to be noisy people who like having fun at night time you will hear them for sure, so I would say this problem is like 'conditional'.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like.. as I said above sleeping with opened windows looking at the street might be a problem, some stuff at the restaurant didn't speak English ... but it's all very negligible

Great facilities but didn't have time to use them all. Staff were welcoming. Spacious room.

The hotel only replied to my email which I sent before I left home, 17 hours later. My question was about parking. The restaurant is very small and we couldn't book a table to eat because it was always full. The breakfast is 10 euros and not 8 euros as stated on booking.com. It is a little far out from the main tourist attractions, you would need to use public transport or expect a long walk.

Valencia is a fabulous city, it has everything you could need. Hotel a little out of the way but within easy walking distance of everything. Enjoyed the walks into the city through the parks and to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable and staff very helpful.

Visited Valencia for a week and picked this hotel for our stay. - the room was already prepared when we arrived at 11 AM which was a nice bonus - online check in is a very nice addon - the room was spacious and great overall, as well as the bathroom - the location is well connected - near to metro stations, football stadium and no more than 40 mins walk to the beaches and city center - the breakfast served at the cafeteria was amazing and inexpensive - anyone from the staff was polite and willing to help with everything

- the windows are not so well insulated, you can hear the traffic outside, so if you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs - English language skills for the cafeteria staff could be improved
