The building itself was majestic, a grand estate with a lot of history; and yet it felt modern, elevated, and comfortable.

I have no complaints.

BEAUTIFUL building in a great location. Small spa area (small whirlpool, Turkish bath, sauna) can be reserved for 1h/ day. Small fitness area exists (we have not tried). Staff was very friendly. Massages and treatments can be booked as well. The courtyard looks very nice to sit in during the spring and summer (we stayed in winter and did not use it). Several typical local bars close by.

A very good 4* hotel. For a 5* hotel (as listed on booking) it is ok.

Knowing that I was celebrating my 40s, they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and surprising me with champagne, wine, and a birthday cake. I couldn't have asked for more. The comfort level of the mattress was outstanding; it was so cozy that getting out of bed became a delightful challenge! The location couldn't have been better, offering everything one could wish for. The staff were exceptionally polite, adding to the overall positive experience. The sauna and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a perfect way to unwind. The room itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful, with everything one could need readily available. All in all, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations. Looking forward for my 50s :-D

Honestly I can't complain everything was perfect

Fabulous hotel. Very convenient for access to all the main sights. Lovely decor. Great room, comfortable bed, really good shower. Drinking water and chocolates provided every day! The hotel is air conditioned and not controlled by a room key, so comfortable at all times. The hotel bar provides a wide range of drinks and the restaurant and room service menu are excellent. The hotel is well staffed and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

My only disappointment was the outside patio area it lacked atmosphere and subsequently was not used by people, this was a shame given the climate. The pool is an inside pool which given the hot weather was not enticing.

Staff was very helpful with anything we needed.

I lost the plane and missed the first night of the booking. While it was already paid for I called and asked if I could get a refund since I found myself in a exceptional situation by losing the plane. They said the couldn’t and while this was fair I would have expected a bit more customer orientation for a 5 star hotel.

Elegant building. Easy and efficient valet parking. Convenient, well-appointed restaurant. Professional staff. Most of all, the location.

Bacon at breakfast tasted a bit funny, and the scrambled eggs had an odd texture. It would have been nice to have other price options for breakfast, for those who don´t want a copious buffet. The room was way too crowded for the number of people, esp. in this time of covid. Tablecloths were too big, overflowing onto the floor. Twice I tried to call reception from the room and never got an answer. Floor in spa was wet and slippery.

Location is absolutely wonderful - you can walk to the center, you can walk in the park nearby. Loved the restaurant in the hotel - was nicely surprised about the quality of food and service! Felt like a true high-end experience. The front desk staff are lovely, polite and very helpful.

SPA was somehow disappointing, as at the check in I was told I had to book a spot (the SPA is tiny!) in advance (and that day was already fully booked) and being on holiday you wish to have a level of flexibility on that. So, I only went once. Also, what is being positioned as "swimming" pool is in fact a large jacuzzi. For me it was disappointing as I was really looking forward to have a morning swim each day during my holiday.

Friendly people, well converted property, generous room and bathroom, great location to walk into the old town, the Turia garden, and down to the arts and sciences cultural complex. (In fact all the way to the sea.) Fine restaurant.

Front street-facing room a bit noisy from the street, and a bit light with curtains that didn't close with an overlap.

Artour and chiara were fantastic, artour just sorted it all out could not have done without his expertise, had a absolute brilliant time , totally looked after from the staff I would definitely book here again and I will advise my friends of the jewell in valencia fantastic thanks again JD

Maybe a coffee machine in the breakfast room, as the staff did struggle when it got busy in the morning s apart from that nothing, fantastic 😀

Amazing hotel, clean with very attentive staff. Spa was relaxing and clean. Rooms were clean and bedding and towels changed daily. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cooked hot food, continental style, fresh fruit and pastries. We opted for the cooked breakfast from the menu each day. Great location with a nearby metro and some great family run Spanish restaurants
