All the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was well kept and the room was clean and a good size with a lovely balcony. The breakfasts and evening meals were very well organised and there was always a great variety and quality of food available. In particular, the staff in the restaurant were very attentive and constantly checking and refilling food in the serveries, clearing plates etc. The outdoor pool is huge and there is a good supply of comfortable sun loungers for the guests to use. The hotel also a lovely spa, which we enjoyed using.

Our only complaint about our entire stay was the condition of the swimming pool. There were several tiles missing from the edges and when we walked past it early morning when the water was calm we could see a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool around the edges. This did deter us from using the pool, but there were plenty of people still swimming later in the day.

Hotel is quite remote but enough to do on the compound of the resort. Will need a car to travel locally and highly recommend you do. Very large bed that was very comfortable. Enough room for all our luggage.

Only issue with the resort is that unless a member you cannot use the practice area at the golf course. (only range and putting green not short game area)This was annoying. Regarding the hotel, nothing really just minor, bathroom and shower area could do with an upgrade.

The location suited our stay in the area to visit friends. However golf urbanisations of villas in Spain sure fairly soulless places, and this was no exception.

there was an excellent guitarist performing in the bar one evening, and most groups of people who came into the bar seemed intent on having ‘a who can shout the loudest’ competition. a pity because this performer was exceptional. it must have been soul destroying for him _ or perhaps he was used to it!

Food could jave been warmer but I am now being picky. Road down to Vera Playa was a bit rough, just be careful.

We read many reviews (some not good), our experience was that the hotel offered exceptional value for money. If you are looking for Michelin Star cooking, perhaps this is not for you, however we have certainly paid much more for far less quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional.

On arrival, the reception staff could be more friendly. A "hello, my name is XXX and welcome to our hotel" would be appreciated. Generally, the hotel is a little "tired," but I guess that they have suffered under Covid19. Paying a couple of euros extra for use of the safe is a little disappointing. Paying a compulsory one euro for using bath shoes in the wellnes area seems daft, when we had brought our own. We threw the hotel shoes (unused) into the waste bin. Thus contributing to the worlds plastic problem.

Nice set up, I stayed here as I had a free day before my flight. Golf facilities were really good and the course was in excellent condition. The hotel room had a superb view of the course. At the breakfast and evening buffet, there were plenty of options, and it looked fresh and was very tasty too.

I couldn't figure out the Spa menu as it was only in Spanish

Cleanliness and food, lovely setting gives Relaxation and Bar area is nice. Being a Golf complex aswell helps.

Bird flying around in Restaurant area. Its not a new thing as we have been before. No complementary coffee or tea in room.

could have had a double bed instead of twins pushed together - could be our own fault - maybe there are doubles abd we just forgot to book that.

I liked the buffet breakfast. Very good selection and nice to have a chef to cook eggs and omelettes. The evening dinner was also a good selection of hot and cold food. The rooms were a good size and we had a golf course view.

I feel the bathroom could have been bigger as once you opened the door, you had to walk in fully before you could close the door. It would have been better for the doors to open outwards.

Nice hotel with spectacular views over the golf course and all the way to the sea. The swimming pool was open late October and very nice. Great that our little dog was welcome in all areas of the hotel. Nice bars and friendly restaurants at the shopping centre next door - totally recommend Hoyo 19. Avoid the hotel restaurant and bar if you can - expensive and not good service.

The noisy cleaning staff who start their job sweeping the bar terrace at 7:30 am, gossiping at the top of their voices and dragging the metal chairs around. The staff at the restaurant who think it's fine to argue with each other loudly in front of customers. Breakfast was rather limited.
