Lovely hotel, clean comfortable room & a Mountain View balcony!
often struggle to find "boiling" water hot enough to brew tea in hotels abroad, this being no exception, the hot water in the coffee machine simply wasn't hot enough & tried to ask a catering staff to provide me with a cup of hot water so she microwaved it with the teabag still in & I got a hot cup of brown soupy looking liquid, probably the worst cup of tea I'd had all week.

The plentiful parking. The friendly and helpful staff. The porch with view. The bathroom. The breakfast room. The lobby.
The layout of our room which would sound very big if one went by square footage was awkward, space was wasted and it was hard for two people to move around in crucial sections (especially past the foot of the bed toward the porch door) without stepping over each other. There was space for one comfortable chair but none was provided. There were no bedside lights for reading, only one very harsh and clearing ceiling light.

The breakfast was great, good choice. There was also a free hotel's parking. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was very clean, with the views to the mountains. Thick walls, didn't hear any neighbours. Highly recommended.
I didn't find a hair dryer in the room, but I haven't asked at the reception for it, so not sure if the hotel provided it.

Great location for an overnight stay in the Pyrenees. Spotlessly clean room with excellent en suite facilities. Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast selection. Short downhill walk to the busy town where there are numerous good bars and restaurants. Private off road parking directly in front of the hotel.

Loved the views! Every room has a mountain view. The staff are so friendly and have such amazing recommendations. Driving in the Aran Valley can be dangerous during winter but the staff are so helpful with advising where is safe to drive and explore! They have a cozy sitting room and amazing breakfast. They make sure to keep the heat on so that the room is warm on arrival and stays warm!

Breakfast was good, a varied selection, well presented. The breakfast room was very pleasant with a view out over Vielha town and the mountains. It was an easy walk downhill to the town with a variety of restaurants.

Friendly staff, amazing view from the room, great breakfast.. we loved the New Year’s stay there and we could not recommend it more and I hope to go back there :)
