The location, reachable by public transport and car, close to the centre and shops, are rooms were clean and big, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbours from time to time.

We arrived late afternoon and left early next morning, we were looking for a shower and a bed, we got it. The bed was comfy, the room quiet, for us it was enough.

A bit outdated maybe

Room itself was basic and perfectly fine, especially once climbing up the stairs. Mattress was very comfortable, shower had nice flow of hot water, so that is fine.

Controlling the noise at night, as this place is very popular with families. Everyone was shouting in the hallways and kids up all hours of the night chatting and with music. Walls are paper thin.

The beds where very uncomfortable, when you walk it's seems like the wood from the floor will crack, the shower was uncomfortable and not easy to take a good shower. But the cherry on top to this, was that when we went to have breakfast at 9:30 there was nothing but lefts overs, no bread, no juice, no food, just packaged sweet bread and some jelly, it was awful. And it was so expensive for what it was. 96euros 1 night :/

Location was good. If you just need somewhere dry to stay for a few days then it's fine.

No wifi in the room. Had to stand in the corridor or lurk with the room door open to get wifi. No plug for the sink or bath. The place was a little bit like being in a boarding school that was last decorated in 1960.

Staff made some RACIST comments about how I look and my nationality. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO CALL "MACHU PICHU" TO ANYONE. On top of that, the mattresses were very very old and you will definitely have back pain on the next morning. I do not recommend this hotel!!!
